My story: my GE washer had issues and needed repair. Every other place I contacted just took my number and told me they couldn’t schedule me for at least a week.

But that morning Dalius was texting me collecting details on the problem, offering times and even trying to arrange same-day service if he could squeeze it in.

A few hours later Ivan showed up, diagnosed the problem as needing a part that likely would take a few days to get. But he managed to find one, pick it up, and install it in the same day! Machine is now running great!

Their honesty and integrity is top-notch. Their responsiveness is unmatched.
Their costs are very competitive.

Our fridge is in a difficult spot to access, but he found a way to get to the problem and fix the issue we had been having for way too long. We should have called them sooner, and we'll definitely call them again for any other appliance needs. Plus, they saved us a lot of money. We highly recommend them!

He was able to come out the day after I called and was patient and thorough explaining what was going on with my washing machine and freezer. He explained how I can increase the longevity of my washer and said he'd be willing to make recommendations for a new one when the time comes, as well as my options for replacing my ice maker in the future. He also checked in via text a week later to make sure the repairs were still working well! I got a slight discount for having 2 appliances looked at, and pricing seemed very fair. Friendly, professional, and I felt comfortable having him in my condo while home alone. Would recommend this company!

Shane rated it 1/5: Called to have water heater replaced. Called O&W. Sent pictures of the water heater and they were unsure of the ventilation system of the heater. Scared me into thinking I had a real situation on my hands. Told me I had to hire a chimney specialist to look at my set up. To add insult to injury they refuse to do the job. Contacted a chimney specialist and sent the same pictures. Told it was perfectly fine and tell A&O this. The specialist had worked for the company in the past and knew them. Told me to give his name and that they could called him. I called back, left message, and information. They blew me off and never called back. Called another plumber, sent same pictures and was told no problem. Came following day had job done in 1 1/2 hours. Either this company does not have enough experience, or they are only interested in the easy quick buck jobs. This would make me nervous if I was going to use their services.

When I called Jake at Laabs, he was able to find the part even though we only had the model number and not the part number and assure me they had it in stock. I picked it up within 15 minutes, and Jake took the time to explain to me how to replace it and also suggested ways to find YouTube videos that would walk us through the process.

David Ridgeway (The owner of All Variety Service Co.) is highly professional, and very courteous. I needed a washer and a dryer installed quickly, and he had my machines installed in my basement the very next day.

I own a 2nd pair of used/refurbished machines that I purchased from David's store 6+ years ago. Both machines are still operating perfectly! David has also fixed my oven a couple of years ago on a "service call" via my property management company. The oven works perfectly to this day!

I highly HIGHLY recommend purchasing laundry machines, stoves, etc. from All Variety Service! You can't beat the prices, especially if you're on a budget. Could not have gone worse. The first tech (Will) sent out took my dryer apart three times, admittedly lost screws and bolts inside, was at my house for four hours and ended up telling me it was an electric issue. Turns out he tripped the fuse and didn't have a clue to consider this as a possibility. Made me call an electrician, and pay for electrician service only to learn about the fuse being tripped.

Called Ansely back for them to come look at dryer again, as now established the problem is not electrical. Second tech (Anthony) came, took the dryer apart again, and said it was a circuit board problem and he'd have to order parts and come back again.

Two days later, same tech (Anthony) returned to replace the circuit board after 3 hours he left telling me all his readings showed the dryer was working. I went to do laundry immediately after he left and the dryer did not work.

Next business day I called called Ansley to report that my dryer was not working. Tech (Anthony) instructed me to disconnect the vent from the back of the dryer and the dryer would work then as he said it was a vent problem. I did so and the clothes inside dried. However, subsequent loads, with vent still unattached, did not dry. This proves it is not a vent problem.

The next day (Saturday) I called Ansley to report that the subsequent loads had not dried, even with the vent unattached. I received no call back.

On Monday, Ansley called my warranty company and reported the problem to be a vent problem…even though he had a voicemail from me stating with the vent unattached the clothes were still not drying. Ansley appliance never returned my phone call from Saturday. Instead they lied to my warranty company on Monday telling them it was a vent problem and they couldn't do anything else.

I called Ansley on Tuesday, having expected a return call from Saturday. Anthony told me he would not come out to my house again to service the dryer because he "wouldn't get paid by the warranty company for a fourth service call." Even though, the dryer still isn't fixed.

Not only was Ansley Appliance unable to help me, and blatantly lied to my warranty company, I found them to be condescending, having once been told I "couldn't possibly understand" the problem with the dryer. To every service call they were at least 15 minutes late to the 1 hour window; first time Will came at 1:30pm for a 12-1pm call and for the second call Anthony came at 2:15pm for a 1-2pm call.

This company is incompetent, unprofessional, condescending, and should be ashamed at the level of service they provide.
