absolutely hate this place. The owner or worker, Suha, is unprofessional in her communication and puts forth poor substandard work. This is the third time I used this place for my laundry and it turned out to be a magnanimous mistake. The clothes were due on a Friday after asking exactly when. I was told “around 5 or after.” The laundry did not arrive until 8pm, essentially ruining my Friday evening. To add to this, there was a gaping hole in my laundry bag and the washed clothes arrived damp. The driver who is unaffiliated with this shoddy business saw the hole, felt the clothes and agreed they were damp. He took the laundry back with him to the store. Today (Saturday) I contacted Suha multiple times with no response. She finally texted that my clothes would arrive today without giving me a time, essentially ruining my Saturday as well. The clothes AGAIN arrived damp. I will have to dry them using one of the machines in my building. DO NOT GET YOUR LAUNDRY DONE AT THIS PLACE. This is my advice to you, fellow readers. I am never using this business again. I would gladly pay extra for quality work. I would also like to add that Suha charges your card without telling you or asking that the card be charged. She got my card info the first time I used their business. I plan on getting a new card to avoid possible fraud. Another fateful mistake.

The owner Erica is so sweet and was very honest with me as she wanted to make sure that I wasn’t overpaying for something that I didn’t need which I really appreciated. Greyson Neal rated it 1/5: Very disappointed with this company. Was treated extremely unprofessionally. It started out very well and was worth the price. Overtime it got increasingly worse. I would get cancelled on the day of cleaning. Unprofessional timing and responsiveness happened quite often and for too long, that’s my fault. Multiple times the cleaners would come 2-4 hours later than the original time. Last time they cleaned, they did not dust, vacuum, wipe down anything. She left within 45 MINUTES for a 1500 sq. feet apartment. There is No way you can get that size apartment done efficiently in that time. I called to ask them to come back and clean so i can give them full payment. I was rudely questioned of my knowledge of cleanliness and immediately said i was wrong. I took photos of all of the issues with the cleaning and was quickly met with extreme disrespect. As soon as I told her that, she said she didn’t care about my business or myself and hung up the phone. Never doing business again with them!

When booking was told I would get a call at 9 am to ensure I was home to let them in. No one called. At 10 am no one showed up. I’ve been calling their number since 9:30 am and even left a voicemail. No response. After reading the reviews apparently this is common. I want my deposit back since they can’t even answer the phone to explain their delay; unacceptable business practice. This company is not a real cleaning company. 100% do not recommend calling/scheduling them.

BOOKING: I called and got a quote for $180 for a deep cleaning of a TINY apartment, informed the caller that I have three pets. They asked me to send a $90 deposit in cash. They said they would send 2 people and it should take 1 to 2 hours. I sent the deposit Immediately and only got a confirmation after reaching out out to them multiple times.Something did not feel right.

TIMELINESS: I was quoted a 2 hour time frame for arrival. We precleaned the apartment, all the dishes were done and nothing was out or on the counters.

EXPERIENCE: The apartment had been swept and mopped by us two weeks ago, but it certainly needs deeper attention. The cleaner arrived on time but she had NONE of the standard cleaning materials with her no broom, no vaccuum. She had one bucket and spray cleaner.

PRICING / BAIT AND SWITCH / COMPLIANT – After standing in my kitchen for a few minutes, she asked me if i ordered a basic or deep cleaning. She told me that they quoted me the wrong price for deep cleaning. A deep cleaning would cost $270 or more. I was annoyed, and expressed that i felt like i experienced a bait and switch. I agreed to pay $180 for a basic cleaning even though it wasn't what i agreed on at the time of booking.

THEIR RESOLUTION: Instead of actually cleaning at the new agreed upon rate, she sat on the phone with someone for 20 minutes they decided not to clean. They offered to refund my money and said that I would get the same price quote from another service in town.

MY TAKEWAY: I don't like to post rants online and believe in paying a fair price for work. I don't like hurting small business owners. This company is very poorly organized or simply a SCAM. I saw that they have a lot of positive reviews and a few negative reviews but i wanted to give them a chance any way. I am very disappointed that we will not have deep cleaning or even a basic cleaning done before memorial day. i also took photos of my apartment so you can see the condition it was in when they showed up. (it wasn't bad).
