The price was much better than others I was quoted (I only had external windows cleaned). The 2 gentlemen that showed up to do the cleaning were prompt, professional and they did a great job – it was also single digit temps outside too! Overall great experience I will be using them again!

The team had to do the job in nearly 100 degree heat and never complained, so I was impressed! Two issues prevents me from giving 5 stars, though: 1) the team showed up about two hours early for the appointment. This was during my work day and I was unable to check their work (part of the contract) or share concerns. I scheduled the job at the time I did so that I could be available, so this was disappointing. 2) While the quality of work was pretty good for the most part, the price was a bit expensive for the quality we received.

Hired for deep clean. Cabinet fronts and baseboards all still grimey. Spill still in fridge. Grout still dirty. The staff was so nice and they did a fine enough job doing a basic clean, but it was definitely not a deep clean.

Liz Schaefer rated it 1/5: After researching various cleaning services, we ultimately decided to go with MB's Cleaning Services after talking to MB herself and reading numerous stellar reviews – Customer service and exceeding expectations were key themes during our our initial discussion and again when we decided to move forward with an initial "deep clean" to be followed by monthly cleanings. After coming home and doing a walkthrough, I was disappointed so much so that I expressed this to Carolyn and sent her pictures of missed areas (attaching a few of the ones that were sent as reference). Additionally the floors still seemed quite dirty, you could see where a cloth was wiped across the cupboards only halfway (if at all) and half the windowsills seemed to be untouched. I have yet to hear back from her or MB since submitting payment. I debated whether or not to leave a review, and maybe expectations were too high, but for a "deep clean" we felt it was anything but that…
Pat and Lora rated it 1/5: I booked a move out cleaning for a 3 bedroom and 1 bath home and gave specifics such as, the number of rooms, square footage, what needs to be cleaned (most of the walls and ceilings were recently painted), and requested the inside windows to be cleaned. I sent my address which with a google search, one could gage the size, number of windows, and age of the house.
Two people were sent out to clean with one showing up late. They both said they were new and the one that was late said this was her first home to clean. It is not their fault they were both assigned to a job neither of them were ready to tackle. I gave them each a cash tip.

In 3 hours, they completed part of the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The rooms are not that large.

The office staff person I dealt with was rude, unreasonable, and disrespectful. She would not listen to me or give me a straight answer and clearly did not care about customer service. They charged my credit card without sending an invoice/bill for my review/authorization.

I will not be recommending them to my realtor or anyone else.

Closet interiors not painted, damage from repairs everywhere, siding falling off, front door ajar and jammed shut, trash left in the unit, left all lights on through the whole project, and ran all power tools through my unit alone driving my bills through the roof, the company is totally unresponsive, project went a year over projected completion. The PM was a joke, extra doors, siding, and other leftover materials left in the garage. After a final walk through, needed to call them back 4 times. I live in Madison Wisconsin now and had to make 4 special trips back to MN. They literally had a light bulb hanging out of a hole in the wall above the bathroom sink. I called the PM to ask why and he said the fixure we picked was back ordered. He said he reached out to me and got no response so that's what he did… I felt foolish. As a PM myself, I get IT. Waiting on an email can make your project come to a grinding halt. So, I checked my emails and found no such correspondence…. So guess what, he just lied. Great. Well we have now accepted an offer and were still finding issues! I work in construction, I know how it goes, but to have a PM sign off on a project in this state just goes to show, they aren't paying attention and they do not care. If I was moving back and not just selling, I would have never signed off on a damn thing. Please don't make the same mistake my insurance company did. Don't use these jokers. They are shady creeps and should NOT be trusted.

Him and the lead Angie will literally do nothing all day but yell at everyone else. Terrible management. Angie loves to have an attitude and threaten people sending her son on them, and Nik is so scared to lose her because he'll have to do his job. Terrible company, they don't care about you at all they just want their butts covered.

I can't believe how great my windows now look.

1.Return customer-I felt I should have gotten some kind of a discount. None was given
2. I asked the technican to clean all the window wells. He did not, so I had to go around and clean all of them. For over $300, I felt asking him to do that, was no big deal. Will I hire them again, probably, but next time I will do a research on other companies as to cost and other people's recommendations.
I give these men 8 out of ten.

When the crew FINALLY arrived (2+ hours late) the first time to clean our house, they asked what we wanted done. The simple and most direct answer was “clean our house.” The owner of the company stated that the house was hardly dirty, yet when we were billed we were billed for a “deep clean that was 3 times what we were quoted originally. The house was poorly cleaned, which I discussed with the owner and he told me to “pay what I want” so I did. We established a 2nd cleaning for 2 weeks later and I provided specifics of what needed to be different from the “deep clean.” The cleaning company never showed up. Again, if you are considering hiring this company to clean anything, I strongly urge you to reconsider doing any business with them.

The house was full of pets and pet hair, but they left us with a sparkling clean house. Everything from fridge to bathroom, each of the bedrooms were cleaned very professionally. The next month, we continued with a "standard service". Matt was our provider, and even though he was on his own, he was timely, efficient, and did a amazing job! I love that Lake Maids has the option for us to use the same people, since it makes it much easier with our dogs once they know the person. Matt was wonderful with our pups, and helped to work around my schedule. We look forward to our cleanings, and LOVE that they tackle the stuff that we don't have time to get to on a regular basis. The staff are responsive, easy to work with, and the website gives easy options for updating scheduling, credit card info, and adding personalized cleaning options for each service.

I looked at a lot of local companies and liked that Lake Maids had a convenient online booking option and also very customizable services. There were lots of add on services that I felt like I didn’t necessarily see with the other companies or that the others said they would not do.
I had one initial deep clean and so far two follow up standard cleanings every other week with Matt. I have been super pleased with the service!! It’s a such a better cleaning job than I do and has saved me stress and time. My house looks and smells great afterwards. I have one antique shaggy rug in particular that is hard to clean- this is the cleanest I have ever seen it. Matt is also very personable and doesn’t mind my cats hanging out with him. 🙂

Their customer service has also been stellar so far. The couple times I have called (I believe it’s the owner or manager I’ve spoken to), they are very helpful, thorough, and friendly.

I have already recommended Lake Maids to some close friends and would recommend to anyone!

The house was full of pets and pet hair, but they left us with a sparkling clean house. Everything from fridge to bathroom, each of the bedrooms were cleaned very professionally. We were scared of losing all of our deposit and more, but investing in this cleaning made sure we got all of our deposit back. Highly recommend, highly professional and very nice people.
