My dog got sick and had an accident yesterday and they were able to fit me in the next day. Dillon, the tech assigned, text me the next day and was earlier than scheduled which was GREAT! He loves dogs and has a dog of his own and my dogs loved him. He got right to work and cleaned my carpets in less than an hour. They looked almost new when he was done and the whole house smelled fresh! He also gave me some extra cleaner for the next time my dogs have an accident or for any spills. I took before and after pictures and there is no change. I was told that the area where there was wear needed to dry in order to look clean. It has now dried and the rug looks like it did prior to being cleaned.

Pieces of wood, showing in the in the downstairs vent. It may have been something in the vent. He had to have seen i it to restore the vent. But wasn’t showing previously. Now I have to climb on a ladder and try to get it out I’m 59 years old and the last thing I need to do is get on a ladder. The young man smoked and left his cigarette butts in my driveway. We found rusty nails, which was extremely dangerous to us and our dogs. Pieces of insulation, tact’s and some piece of equipment.
Again the guys were nice, just not very professional. Maybe some coaching to improve the results of the duct cleaning and cleanup. I do not want them to return as we have already cleaned most of it. Respectfully,

I thought they were trash and only holding on to them for the sentimental value as the motorcycle itself is displayed in our kitchen, literally hanging off the wall above our refrigerator. When I met Bruce and Stephanie, and they explained the business they are in and I told them my story. I had everything to gain and nothing to lose by seeing if they could salvage the nearly 60 year old badly cared for leather bags. My Father has no idea that I was doing this as he had written them off as a loss when his friend passed away, leaving EVERYTHING in his possession to his best friend, my Father. So Arrow took on the project with unwavering confidence and dropped them at my office this morning. I couldn't hold back the tears of knowing how my Father is going to react when I give them to him in a few short weeks. My Father was by his friends side to the very end, helping him in ways most couldn't start to image….to the end. He is an amazing guy to say the least as I am humbled in his presence of how he treats people and still teaching his 53 year old son how to be a proper man.

The coat was 30 yrs old and when I got it back from Arrow it was better than new the leather had been cleaned and touched up in any areas that needed a little coloring from being worn and scuffed the entire coat was smooth butter finish and all patches were clean and cuffs and waist and neckline areas were like new again. Arrow Cleaning has gone above and beyond any thing I have ever seen from a cleaning company there communication response and attention to detail for the customer is well beyond any thing I have seen. Sent a text reminder about the appointment and another text when they were on their way. They were professional, did a very thorough job cleaning and explained what they were doing. Not even a few minutes after booking the appointment, they called to confirm and as specifics and explained that due to the cold weather in order for their equipment to work they would have to wait for it to be warm so they asked if a different time would be great. They not only called but they sent a text and an email. Before their arrival, they sent a text and email stating they were on the way and even called saying they will be at our home in 20 minutes. They showed up and took a look at what we wanted done. Extremely nice guys and they did such a great job and was really fast getting it done. The guy used his coat to block the front door to keep as much of the cold air from coming into the home. The prices are cheap and they truly do make the carpets look brand new. Brian was fast to come and assess the situation for us and give us his knowledgeable advice and tips in order to save our carpet rather than having to replace it. He used his machines to suck out any excess water that he could and then after fan drying the floor for a couple of days, he returned to clean and deodorize them. He worked with us with our schedules and was very reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fair prices for quality work! Our carpets look newer now than they did before the basement flood!
canda h rated it 5/5: Brian and his son did a great job. The job was vent cleaning and it was for 3 floors worth of vents. There were several things going oat my home which probably made it a much more difficult job for them but they didn't complain. They took care to make sure that they didn't damage anything and did their best to meet my expectations. Having the owner on site is truly a benefit when using this company because he cares about the job. I am happy with the work that was done and how everything was handled. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs this service.
