The employee attending me for the return ask me for a receipt, I didn't have one it was an online order. Then she scanned what ever she wanted to scan for the refund. I pointed out some incorrections on the refund and yet she still refunds incorrectly. Clearly she hates working with people and she needs to find another job. No one cares about customer service here. Not buying from homedepot anymore, Acehardware has better customer service. I'll be shopping there from now on.
I came back for my refund and Elena took care of me. Super knowledgeable and friendly. 5 stars for Elena. Congrats! 12-8-2022

blah blah rated it 1/5: Terrible. Short-staffed and the staff that's actually there don't help at all. They'll just walk right by you if you even attempt to ask for assistance, or just have a question. Management is non-existent. I'm guessing they are hiding in the back of the warehouse since they suck at even maintaining a presence at their own store. I would give this place ZERO stars, if it were an option.

We had a mama raccoon give birth in our fascia and woke up to little baby raccoon cries and scratching in the very tight roof area right above our bed. We called a bunch of animal removal companies and decided to go with Reliable. They showed up quickly and worked super hard (and in the pouring rain!!!). Our raccoons were removed humanely and the fascia was properly sealed in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this company. Norma (what a gem!!!) fielded my many calls, answered questions and sent out Jonathan to check out my roofing situation.

Jonathan was friendly, thorough, & took copious photos and sent them to me. Then he explained what needed to be done and why. So, bottom line for my older home was stripping off old shingles, checking and replacing some wood that needed repairing, and a brand new roof.

The roofing team was on it: hard working, thorough, cleaned up daily, and also answered my questions! Jonathan was constantly in touch, stopping by, keeping me informed… he even answered my texts when he was on vacation.
Jeff came out to check on the job and explain the inspection protocols… which went smoothly because Alego Roofing is such a marvelously awesome company and my roof looks fabulous!

Again, many, many thanks for a smooth, professional job that was completed two days ahead of the promised date. Great price. Totally EXCELLENT experience.

The real stars are the workers. Nice guys, hard workers. I was off work on the day they started and made myself leave the house so I wouldn't sit outside and watch. When I got home the entire roof had been stripped and some boards replaced. The next morning all of the supplies were delivered. When I came home from work on the third day I had a new roof, and the guys did a heck of a job cleaning up. The roof passed inspection and I couldn't be happier. Looks pretty good too!! Thank You!!

They were proficient, considerate, and very well-mannered. He was really kind and clear in his explanations. In terms of how long the job will take, he was dead on. He consistently responded to all of my inquiries and even advised me to get in touch with him directly if we had any additional queries. Amazing work was done on the brickwork. He is very imaginative and meticulous. Once more, I would heartily recommend this business and will do so in the future!

I realized when they started the job that they were no longer TK Roofing but a different company called Clark’s Modern Solutions (2 stars rated)!
I have no problem with sharing leads but only when it’s transparent and quality is good. Unfortunately it was not the case and I don’t recommend this company because this is not serious practice!
