After doing the work the technician John Z. recommended we schedule a hydro Jet clean which would give our pipes a lot better flow and a longer life. John was on time both days, was great in his explanation of the work needed, and did an overall fantastic job. I highly recommend when calling Ace ask for John.

Curtis Cassidy answered the service call and came the same day and arrived quickly to diagnose the problem. He was highly professional and friendly.

My wife and I hired these people to do a simple sewer inspection on the home that we just bought and were in the process of moving into. They told us the sewer was ok to use. Exactly two weeks after we moved in the sewer backed up on us. We had to call another plumbing company to fix the issue. Cost us thousands. We would have never bought the house if they did the job we paid them to do. Once confronted and notified of their incompetence, they got defensive and basically told us to F-off. Currently in process of suing them.

More specifically they were able to provide us with a quote quickly, got us booked on their schedule, provided reminders for the appointment as the date approached, showed up the date and time they promised (wearing masks)! The day of installation they discovered I only had one flue and offered a cheaper option that saved us a few hundred dollars from our quote! They didn't make a mess – left the basement and outdoors better than how they found it. Honest, professional, reliable. I would highly recommend (and they will be a go to for me in the future)!

One fireplace had never been used and so did not require a sweep. Al provided me with instructions for this wood burning fireplace and even provided the name of the wood company that he recommends. My gas fireplace did require a sweep. Cloths to protect my home we're out down immediately upon entry and there was no mess when finished. Al started up the fire and showed me what to do. He suggested installing a pilot light and provided the name of a company he recommends. Al was quick and thorough and professional. He was also kind and I enjoyed speaking with him. I will use this company again. Thank you.

He explained what needed to be done for the repair and the estimated cost. We authorized the repair to be done and within about an hour of time he had the new part and installation completed. He used a drop cloth to keep things clean and so there was nothing for me to have to cleanup. Thanks Mike's Mobile for having such a great employee!

Joana Sorci rated it 1/5: Had them come out to put screens on our windows. 4 different technicians, 5 visits out here and a whole year later…. our screens still don't fit. I finally gave up after the 5th time and paid in full because it wasn't worth the headache anymore. Most of the screens have a half inch to an inch gap and lots of bugs still come in the house. I wish I didn't waste all that money and just left our windows without screens. They were nice and kind on the phone but the technicians just did not know what they were doing.

1. The fireplace was cleaned well but the chimney was not. Upon opening the damper, a rather large soot cloud covered my new gas log set, hearth and rug. (Installed 2 days after cleaning.)

2. The cleaning and inspection was far too quick to instill confidence that it was done properly, thoroughly or that I received a service worth $200. Rather than efficient, it felt rushed.

3. When the service person was doing a verbal breakdown of their findings, it was rushed, a quick flip through iPhone pictures as he packed up. It very much felt rushed to get onto the next job. Again, they were polite but the interaction lacked high level customer service that I was told A1 offered.

4. Please consider asking your service people to not wear cologne/perfume if they're going to be in customers homes. As a chronic migraine sufferer, I did not have a pleasant day with my home filled with a strong cologne smell the morning of my service.

Overall I was not satisfied with the quality or the value for the money.

Jeremy did a great job with extensive repairs to our wood stove pipe on the roof, and he cleaned out the stove for no extra charge. When we tried to light a fire on a Saturday, there was a problem with the air intake. I texted him about the problem and expected to hear back on Monday. I was pleased when he responded immediately and then called me and scheduled another visit on Monday. He identified the problem with the air intake and fixed it at no charge.

When I closed escrow, I called the company and said I wanted the listed repairs completed and re emailed them the report. They said no problem and we set a date. They called a few days before and said they could only do partial work because it had been raining. Ok, no problem. The date came and I went to the property and waited for the set time. I called 45 minutes before the end of the time frame to check in. They said I’d be getting a message any moment that he was on his way. Ok, it’s still the time frame. They called me 40 minutes later and said they were running 1.5 hours late. I explained that I hadn’t moved in yet, needed to get lunch since we have no idea how long the appointment will take and I need to check on my dogs. If they could come after another appointment, I could still do today but I needed some time to run those errands. He calls me back and says if I move the appointment to be the same day my cap, the tech said he’d throw in the chimney sweep for free – a $150 savings. Ok. Awesome. That makes up for it. Fast forward to today. Tech shows up, scrubs the bottom of the fireplace, goes on the roof and comes back down and explains that he had hoped the wrong sized cap could be rigged on but it can’t and the correct size is $200 so I’d need to go get one and put it on myself (you quoted me after seeing my chimney… what). Ok, so what exactly have you do so far then for payment since the chimney sweep is free? He said no, your rescheduling is what was discounted. Excuse me? I didn’t need to reschedule, you needed to reschedule. I said again, I’m positive he said specifically the chimney sweep. He said I didn’t even order one. I checked my email and it’s clearly there. He claimed to be the owner and said his guys go off script and would never promise that then said he’ll do the sweep and we can work out price after. I said no, we need to work out price before you do more work since I expected the printed quote that included chimney sweep, which you say I never ordered, plus discount so let’s see exactly what you’re supposed to be doing here and the coat. Then he stormed off saying I can find a new company. I replied to the email I sent before that included the quote and haven’t heard back. I’m going with A1 cleaning services and they’ll be here in 2 days compared to the 25 day waiting period from when I called this company to today. I have no idea what work was done today, if their estimate was even accurate or even what happened. The dude didn’t even look like he was on the up and up.
David Bolce rated it 1/5: Wish I chose another company… plain and simple. We called Integrity Cleaning Service also known as DBA “Sacramento Chimney Sweep” to inspect our gas fire place, which is 20 years old, same as our house because the switch to ignite the fire was acting up.
Basically, our gas fireplace needs a new regulator. Initially, we were told they will “get some prices on the part and call us in a few days”. It’s been almost 2-months and they have never once called us for an update on this part. On the flip side, I’ve been reasonably patient, calling every 1-2 weeks to check the status of this part as it’s winter and we want to use our fire place! Lol.

Again, our home was built in 2003 and the owner (Allen) acts like he’s trying to find a regulator for a something from the 1950’s.. Blames it on the CA energy laws, blah blah.. This is not an old house.. Millions of people in CA have gas fireplaces.

How can you own and operate a chimney repair company and not be able to find such an important part (regulator) for a gas fireplace?? Btw, every time I call to check on the status, as patient and respectful as I can be, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, the owner always has a condescending tone, like I’m bothering him.. Almost as if his customers are vampires and he’s the last human on earth.. Not a professional operation. Do better.

Just had our chimney done and he was very professional and courteous. Fixed all the cracks and installed a chimney vent on top to keep the rain out. All for a very reasonable price. We will definitely will refer him to anyone that needs it.

He came a few minutes early, and noticed the fireplace had hardly ever been used, and was already cleaned/running properly, turns out he was the one who actually installed the damper before we moved here. He gave a few pointers on how to get it started, along with a pamphlet. Since we did not need it cleaned, he did no charge. Highly recommended!

He laid down tarps and when he left it was as if he had not been there. Everything was left as clean as he found it! I will be calling him every year to take care of my chimney!
