I was told it would take 3-4 hours for move out cleaning for a house of my size. On the day, they were done in two hours. Ok, cool. But I should have done a walk through with them to ensure jobs were done. I collected photos and videos of dirty marks still on walls in very obvious places, debris still on a supposedly mopped floor, cabinet fronts had splatters and dust in crevices. My landlord charged me ANOTHER $175 as they said the oven wasn't cleaned well enough AND the dishwasher wasn't cleaned. I went through the entire house AGAIN after they left and cleaned what they didn't. I was never sent a receipt or notified of what my bill was. It was just deducted from my card. I needed a receipt to prove to my landlord that cleaning had been done. But they NEVER answer the phone unless they don't recognize the number. I have left multiple voicemails requesting callbacks, a receipt, wanting to discuss the heinous "cleaning" job as well as unprofessional manner in which this business is operated. Do yourself a favor. Pay only by CREDIT CARD so you can dispute with your credit card company and get your money back if the job isn't done to quality standards, as you won't be able to get a hold of anyone at the company to file grievance with. Or, do one better and just don't book them at all. Find anyone else to clean your house.

The only good thing is that everyone (manager, contact person, and maids) was very nice and scheduling the service was easy.
The maids spent SIX HOURS in our home while our dog was outside in the heat. They did NOT wipe down the tops of the toilets. They did NOT dust all of the blinds. They dusted about half the house (not sure why just half). Their vacuum cleaner was either broken or full because they turned it on and pushed it around but the floor was obviously not vacuumed. I paid $600 to have to vacuum myself. They didn't wipe down the mantle.
When I complained, they only offered to send the same people back to our house to further inconvenience us. No offer to even at least refund the money they charged us over the quoted about of $380. Don't let this company take advantage of you the way they took advantage of me.

I started using them on a bi-weekly basis from a referral at the end of 2020 because my cleaning lady needed to be cautious with Covid. At first, they did a very good job. They sent the same crew out every two weeks and they were thorough, on time and and had a consistent schedule. However, about 7 months ago they started to change. The quality dropped drastically. They started sending different cleaning crews every service and even though I would confirm a general time, they would always change it last minute. My scheduled time would be the mid day slot, but they would try to change it to an 8:30am slot or a 4:30 pm slot last minute. I worked the slot around my schedule so that I would not be home. I asked that this issue be resolved, they would promise to correct it but then the same thing would occur next time. I also had to send them photos of uncleaned areas, especially in my bathroom every other service. There would be mildew build up and stains in my shower; they clearly had not cleaned. Then they would appease me by saying they would deep clean the shower on the next service (which I had every other week and then every week for the last few months), but the areas were still untouched and mildew would STILL be in my shower head and tile (even though they had a roadmap with the photos I sent in). This is the kind of mildew that takes some time to develop, gunky and gross in the crevices and easy to miss when hoping in and out of the shower and not thinking to pay attention to the shower heads. Situations such as that should never happen when paying someone to clean your house every week. They simply do NOT care about the quality of their work. On top of all of these issues, they attempted to raise my price $40 each service to almost $200 each service. So, I am a customer that has been with them for a year and a half and when I moved to a weekly schedule, they attempted to charge me significantly MORE! I thought moving to a weekly service would make it easier for them to keep my 1900 sqft home clean (one bedroom is completely empty, by the way, and the other just requires basic dusting since it is a music room). However, they were worse! The cleaning service got worse! And on top of that, they tired to charge me $40 more per service each week. What a joke. Terrible customer care. Shame on them. They are very disappointing. I would not recommend them. There are better services and I have taken my weekly services elsewhere.

When I reached out on the same day – they argued that they did not cause them – but after lot of arguing and going back and forth – their manager Alexander would come to our house and look into it. All the time they kept blaming me that I had the scratches from before (but there were not – it is a one year old stove).

    THE MANAGER NEVER SHOWED UP – KEPT POSTPONING – SAYING HE WILL COME TOMORROW AND THEN THE NEXT.
    BUT NEVER SHOWED AND THEN WENT MIA – no reply to calls or messages-!

    Very very frustrated and disappointed. Would never hire them –
    What is the point of the insurance that they have, when they do not compensate for the damages!

My remodel included new flooring in the whole house with some floor plugs installed. This necessitated jackhammering into the foundation which created huge amounts of dust that settled into every nook and cranny. Craig removed every speck of dust from all surfaces including windows, window tracks, walls and even my fireplace. He was friendly, professional and courteous from our first phone call through project completion. He takes great pride in his work and is not happy until you are. I think my house is now the cleanest that it will ever be!

It seems as though every time I go to the ladies room (which is pretty often!) a team member is straightening up, restocking, and keeping things tidy. In addition to their hard work, the entire staff is very professional. They are always very friendly and quick to say hello. Overall, the building is always kept immaculately clean from the large floor to ceiling windows that line the entire five-story structure to the floors and trashcans. PJS does an excellent job!

    The cleaning crew has a regular schedule to clean the offices but, requesting cleaning after an event varies. Even though I send a schedule monthly for events there has been some times where a last minute event will pop up just a day or two before and they have always been accommodating with last minute changes. The cleaning crew is consistently the same people who already know the ins and outs of the building and if they change crews they always let me know in advance. They always let me know right away if they have any issues or if they observe something that is broken and needs attention. They even fill the bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap to make sure that we are ready to go for the next day of work or the next event. They even go the extra mile to leave me a note on my desk if we are running low on something so, I can order it.

    There have been a couple times in heavy rain that we have had some wet carpets in the lobby and they have responded the same day in coming out to clean the carpets with the water vac. They also let me know when they think the carpets are coming close to needing the water vac cleaning again. It's nice to have a few things that you don't have to remind yourself about because they will let you know.

    If you need your office cleaned or have an event venue that you want to make sure looks spotless every day I would call PJS because I have never encountered a better or more reliable cleaning service.

The first time was their best cleaning then after that their services start declining. One time the crew broke the refrigerator shelf and I didn't notice until the new tenants moved in. The next time their crew didn't have a vacuum. The place has still dogs' hairs here and there. At that point I was still giving them another chance. This time it was their last chance. 2 bed unit that is not cleaned at all. All appliances are not cleaned from outside. The plates for the electric range were missing. I called and complained. New plates were provided, thanks Juany but what about all the pictures that I sent you showing the inside of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers, the closets and living floors with dirt and macaroni still on the floors. the mini blinds still dirty. Juany didn't care if the service was done as it should be done, they just withdrawn the money from my credit card.

They show up on time or early, have the best prices in the area, do a great job cleaning, and the girls are fast and efficient at what they do. Once in a blue moon, they might miss something, but the owner is quick to send them right back out to fix anything. The girls are so nice too. If there's anything you're not happy with and you can point it out while they are there, they will fix it immediately and with a smile. I also love the new payment system. Satisfied customer, here!

Diana Marcela Guevara and Aurora Paz Garza have been extraordinary support to my busy (and messy!) household. By making available time I would otherwise spend scrubbing baseboards or dusting shelves, Juany has improved my quality of life. They have implemented new protections to ensure clients receive something in writing before a service is delivered. Additionally, new management is just so much more pleasant and helpful! I will also note that I had no complaints about the cleaning services, themselves. I wasn't home to meet the ladies, but the house was spotless.

    Original Review: Do not recommend, their business tactics are appalling. We apparently had a miscommunication over the phone and because they don’t put anything in writing or text you to confirm the agreement and their prices aren’t listed online, I received a bill for $75 an hour that I wasn’t expecting. When I reached out to work it out, I was instead told I had 24 hours to pay or a collections agency would file a lien against my house. That part they managed to put in writing. (Which, BTW, isn’t a legal remedy for one-time residential cleaning services in Texas.) After looking at other reviews, I’m not the first person they’ve threatened.

    Miriam is efficient, she hits everything on the checklist, and is so sweet and unobtrusive as I work from home. I love getting an ETA text the morning of my cleaning.
    Our home is super clean and all the items are put back in the same place after being wiped down and underneath. I know that seems small but it would drive me nuts when picture frames or Knick-knacks were set back down sideways in the past by other companies. What? Why? That made no sense to me with other cleaning companies.
    Last time she was here I had a deep clean adding oven and refrigerator cleaning. When she cleaned my refrigerator, she must have taken a before picture because everything was put back exactly the place I had it and that fridge was sparkling.
    The big things and the little things make such a difference! I hope the quality stays consistent because I am thrilled!!!!

I really like that they don't push to come more often than I want, or raise prices for coming less regularly. Also, the cleanliness level can be adjusted: I'll use their deep cleaning services a few times during the year, but most of the time I just want standard. I'm very glad I found them!

The process was so easy, they sent over 2 people named Ilda and Julian and in a couple of hours our disaster of a home was turned around back to a beautiful family house.     I have called 3 times now asking to speak to a manager and every time I'm told he's in a meeting or just stepped out. This is starting to sound like an excuse. The service provided was sub-par for a number of reasons that I have listed below.

    1. The cleaning lady showed up without the proper cleaning supplies. I had to leave 2 times to go get supplies- paper towels (she had 0), clorox wipes, oven degreaser/cleaner (she explained she had nothing to clean the oven with, I also had to supply the sponge) and pine sol as her bottle was almost empty. I would think that when paying for a cleaning service, that the tech should show up with the proper equipment/supplies to get the job done.

    2. Her vacuum cleaner did not work properly and when I asked her about the carpet being vacuumed she explained that her vacuum doesn't do a good job. The entire upstairs including the stairs is all cut-pile carpet and I had to go back over it with her vacuum myself a second time b/c it did not look clean. Even after the 2nd time of having to do it myself, there were still crumbs and little pieces of things everywhere. She also said she could not vacuum the stairs but that she would sweep it. Sweeping cut pile carpet does nothing, it still looks dirty.

    3. I had to tell her multiple times that she forgot to clean certain areas. She even missed cleaning the rim of one of the toilet bowls. Also, she did not mop the tile in the laundry room and I've included a photo where she stopped at the threshold to the room. Window sills were also missed as well as the shelving in the pantry and the pantry floor.

    4. The water to the house had been shut off yesterday and I understand that this was my fault. I know not having running water can make cleaning difficult but I had asked the neighbor if we could get water out of his hose and he had no problem with that. I filled up her mop bucket and another bucket I brought multiple times so that she could clean and just b/c water isn't coming out of the faucet doesn't mean she can't do her job. She had water in her mop bucket and another bucket to get water from if needed. I dumped both out and refreshed them multiple times.

    I'm really disappointed that I had to stay at the house for 3+ hours to not only help her clean but clean behind her b/c areas were missed or half cleaned. The whole point of hiring the cleaning service was so that I didn't have to clean it myself and take time out of my work day to do so.

  • Clifford Valls rated it 1/5: Quoted me $731.00 for a post reno clean. Sent 1 person with 2 kids to clean my house. Charged me $816.89 before the cleaner showed up. Cleaning was minimal at best not detailed at all. Requested a refund and was told they would they credit me only 300 dollars. It has been nearly 30 days I have not received my refund nor had managment contacted me. Save you money do not use this company!!

    I scheduled a move-out clean for a 3 bed 2 bath townhome back in June, I have waited to write this review in the hopes that the manager (I believe his name is Adam) would have had the decency to reply to us as we have been nothing short of polite and patient given the unfortunate circumstances with the “cleaning service” we had.

    First, I scheduled the move-out clean to be done around 10am on a Wednesday morning, when the day came I received an automated text with a rescheduled time for 1pm instead. I had to call them because they did not call me to tell me that my appointment time would be changed, they just changed it on their own saying that the cleaner was not available until 1pm. I didn’t have an issue with them cleaning at a later time, just wish this was communicated better.

    Second, I head over to my townhome right around 5pm to check on the cleaning and figured the cleaners would be gone or wrapping up. Once I arrived, I opened up our garage and the first thing I notice is that it hadn’t been swept out, that was one of the move-out items I had requested in addition to the deep clean service. So I pulled out my phone and started taking pictures, I walked inside and noticed the carpet stairs were not vacuumed well and NONE of our laminate floors were mopped! Someone definitely came in and cleaned but this was far from a deep clean for a move-out and mopping was part of their deep clean checklist. I have pictures here for you all to see.

    Lastly, I requested a reclean and they had scheduled the SAME cleaner to come back the next day so I went to my townhome to leave the key for them to get in (I was not present for the first clean either) and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. At this point, we had to be out of our townhome the very next day so we had no choice but to leave it as-is.

    This is just unacceptable, if you are looking for a move-out/deep clean service, I encourage you to go with another company so you don’t have to go through what we experienced and save yourself the frustration, time and your money.
