Not this company, they basically had a semi truck with built in hoses that reached the back rooms, mounted carpet cleaner in the truck, and all the bells and whistles. I was happy to hear they wanted to rectify the previous situation and while the woman on the phone was pleasant and apologetic, when the cleaners came back their work was indicative of my initial review. Somehow they finished the job early & the dishes they cleaned still had food stains on them. "Washed" coffee cups still had dried coffee marks on the inside of them. They didn't even vacuum the upstairs bedrooms. Very disappointing.

INITIAL REVIEW:
I've used Limpio Cleaning Services twice. The first time, the two women did a phenomenal job. They cleaned baseboards, windowsills, cleaned out our fridge, etc. and we ended up giving them a huge tip because of their work. The second time was last week and a different set of women came and cleaned while my husband worked from home. Somehow they ended up breaking NEW dishes, had to be prompted more than once to wipe down surface areas because they "forgot", and did not wipe the windowsills. We paid for a 4 hour service but they left within 2.5 hours and parts of the house were still unsatisfactory. Unfortunately my husband couldn't check their work because he was on a ZOOM call when they were leaving so I feel kind of cheated out of our money because I had to follow up AFTER a cleaning service. So I say all that to say unless you can request certain people or have the time to constantly check their work, I'd say check elsewhere.

First, I had to re clean all of my bathrooms. I had bought a new piece of furniture the night before, so it was still dusty. The table was still dusty, along with other pieces of furniture when they “cleaned.” They cleaned around my area rugs. The job was “done” in such a haste.

I expressed my concerns with the owner as I’ve used their services before and she seemed apologetic, said she would talk to the cleaners and said she would send a new crew to clean my residence again.

We agreed upon a date and time and no one showed up. No call or text. She didn’t even answer the phones when I called.

So, if you’re looking for a company that cleans THOROUGHLY- DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

If you’re looking to re clean your entire house after you’ve paid for cleaners then they would be the company for you. It’s guaranteed that they will rush and do a subpar job. Waste of time and money!

They even made sure to clean the walls where it was needed in certain areas of the house! They organized my daughters room and it was extra money well spent. Everything was thorough and everyone was very polite. Extremely trustworthy crew as I run a bussiness and was not even able to be home half the time while they cleaned and nothing was out of place when I returned nor was any doors or closets entered. I appreciated them so much for their honesty and hard work! Anything I asked them to ensure to take care of they did without me having to remind them! Now in the new house and previous cleaner no longer works there so another girl was sent. Her work was not good at all so I requested another girl last time and she was great. So if you are not happy with the cleaner then request a different one and let the company know why.

Had these guys come out for carpet cleaning and noticed an unpleasant odor in the property the same day. Attempted to contact them again to have it resolved their rep showed up and told me to light a candle to deal with the moldy smell. He refused to re-clean or resolve the issue. I contacted the owner 2 days later after having another professional service attempt to make it right, the owner was rude, unprofessional and refused to do anything to resolve what they did. The 2 year old carpet is moldy and has browning on it from excessive contaminated water they used. The smell is horrible and I now have to replace the carpet.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS !!!!
John Hensley rated it 1/5: I paid $300 to clean a $1450 sq foot house. I was ok with paying the money but the quality was poor. The cleaners didn’t even move my trash can in the kitchen when they cleaned the floor, along with not vacuuming along the baseboards.

The house just needed dusting if they had looked. I wasted an entire day planning for them to clean, no dust the house. The owner will try and make reasoning on why. Very disappointing. Should consider new leadership if you plan to continue cleaning.

Although we weren't able to have the cleaning done prior to the event we had scheduled that was the purpose of the cleaning, Felecia came and cleaned for us and did an excellent job on our home. We we're very pleased. It looked and smelled amazing.
Very disappointed in our "Deep clean." We paid $370 for a deep clean service for our home and had high expectations as we were told it would include base board cleaning and a thorough cleaning of floors, counters, bathrooms, and flat surfaces. After the cleaning, we realized that many surfaces were not even dusted, let alone cleaned. We shared photos with the company and while they tried, they were unable to have the cleaner return and offered $50 refund, but that was not enough. Additionally, later in the evening, it became clear that our upstairs carpets were all sticky with Murphy's oil that had been used to clean the hard floors. Our carpets now need professional cleaning. I hope others save their money.

Christian Gates rated it 1/5: Way over priced. I have never paid this much for a deep clean so expectations were very high. Received “deep clean” service more like a normal clean day. Base boards, mantels, sinks all had sticky or dust residue still on them. Asked for some money back and was told they would not be able to do that. Cleaning people were here 11-2:15 and were rushing out the door to their next job. Not using this company again.
