After calling several companies listed online and either getting voicemails or looped into the automated attendant black hole, Bruni Aguilar was one of the few that actually answered the phone. It was so very fortunate that not only was I was able to converse with a live person to explain my situation, but it was a huge bonus she was able to offer me a late afternoon cleaning the same day! When I arrived at the property at the scheduled time to meet her and the crew at the property to introduce myself and give her my business card, the crew must have arrived early and was already there performing the professional services. The tenants at the property provided feedback that the cleaning was well above what they had expected, and it was done very professionally! They were happy with the final product, a very clean interior, and I was extremely grateful that it was able to be done on the same day since it was close to the holidays where demand for cleaning services is high. I would definitely call on Arizona Housekeeping Service again. Thank you Bruni!

    99% retention rate…. possibly because they do not respond to your emails to cancel service.
    I have been trying to contact someone for over 6 months both my rep (Joshua) and the contact (Janett) given me by the billing department will not respond to messages or emails.

He was kind and compassionate, he walked me through the steps of contacting my insurance company and telling me how exactly I might want to explain details that were incredibly difficult to say out loud. He brought in an energy of care that felt like I had a family member holding my hand. The value of that is priceless. The job itself was completed same day. He worked with me when the insurance company moved slowly, never once hounding me or making me feel pressured about payment, just letting things run their course and trusting the process. He was mindful and considerate of my time, working with me around hospital visits and other advocating I needed to do on my loved ones behalf during this time. The cleaning was not getting done so after giving them three months to correct it we started the cancellation process. It is the most ridiculous and frustrating process I have ever encountered in my life! Yes they do make you jump through hoops even if you have been unhappy for months. The third time my husband talked to them… somehow still remaining calm… the guy (Domingo) was incredibly rude and then proceeded to hang up on him! We were shocked and astounded! After going through the whole silly process they require to cancel… which took longer than we actually tried their services… all the while they continue billing you per their contract… We have an email saying our final payment will be in Oct, but we got billed again in November. I called again… which seems to always turn into a frustrating waste of time… to no resolution. Incredible. If you are considering using them, you would be better off putting your money in a pile on the floor and setting fire to it. Much less frustrating and your place will still be cleaner than they would have left it.

    The crews don't wear uniforms, they bring their children to the job-site (and they work), they often don't bring supplies unless you catch them, and towards the end of our contract, I audited them and found out they didn't show up to 2 of their shifts in December. When I brought this up to our account manager/operations guy, they were not outraged, they didn't assure me it wouldn't happen again, they just said they'd refund us.
    As someone in customer service, it's hard to even comprehend how you could mentally and financially risk treating customers this way. It's not a good look, nor is it smart for business.
    Save your money, do your research, spend a little more and hire a company that cares about quality.

I am always 100% thrilled with their cleaning, never having any complaints. Our cleaning goes beyond and clean dirty dishes that are left on the counter in our lunch room. They are quick on answering special requests and do an excellent job doing carpet spot cleaning every quarter. They are always on top of it!

Lack of communication, every visit they fell short on their cleaning and never sent someone back to fix it, just frustrating overall. But, then I contacted the jani-king corporate and complained and I could not have been happier with the service.

    Director of Operations, Don Horton was amazing. Not only did he get back to me almost immediately, but then he set up a time and date to come meet me in person and go over my concerns. He discussed things with me, took pictures, and made a plan of action. Then on my next cleaning, the head of the franchise that was cleaning our site finally showed his face (first time since first visit) and I was able to discuss my concerns with him and show him what was not being done. I am 100% positive this never would have happened if it was not for Don Horton and the magic he worked.

    Don even took the time to meet with me again the day after the clean, and went through everything with me to make sure the cleaning was done thoroughly and corectly this time. I really appreciate all the work Don did for me to get things back on track, and I am optimistically hopeful that now everything will stay on track and 100% will be given on every clean. Thank you Don Horton, you are awesome!

Sales rep was friendly but their cleaning was very poor: floors, toilets, desks, etc nothing was cleaned despite repeated communications. Refused to admit non-performance so they could get their remaining contract amount. I do not recommend them

Bob came out to meet with me, walked the suite, and sat down to thoroughly explain their methods, practices, and what makes them different.
After meeting with two other companies, and being ignored by two others, we opted to go with CBN. I emailed Bob to let him know, and we settled on a start date, a time to sign our agreement and deliver keys.

The first clean was last night, and this morning, it prompted me to send Bob the following via email:

I know your Ops Manager typically handles this, but I wanted to let you know personally…

"WOW. Your team did a phenomenal job last night. I got in, wondered why my cords were slightly out of place, but didn't give it much thought. Then happened to notice that the glass counter was spotless – and I remembered they were here last night! I jumped up and dashed about the office to check it all out, and was blown away.

1. We had terrible, horrible janitorial service at our last office. Truly wretched.
2. I haven't been able to keep up with these folks in addition to my own work load, I'm no pro.
3. Our suite is cleaner right now than when we took occupancy.

I'm sure the team spent more time than anticipated here last night, because it required more of an initial clean than maintenance clean, BUT I am thrilled (and grateful) that they went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, thank you, thank you."

Seriously impressed, and confident we made the right choice with CBN.

Bob came out and evaluated our needs and answered all of our questions. Security and trust were the most important factor when hiring a service and CBN Building Maintenance was an easy decision. The monthly fees are worth it and Kevin and I are pleased that we turned over the cleaning to them. We highly recommend them.

They were a very affordable solution for us in keeping our field office clean and sanitized every week during this Covid pandemic. They have been great at communication and fixed any issues we have brought up, which have been very minimal. We are now done with the job but will use them again if given the opportunity.
