    I highly recommend Zack, he was my technician, talk about thorough he's amazing. He gets the edges clean at baseboards before he cleans…I've never had a carpet technician do that before. He asked me to inspect a couple of rooms at a time to make sure I was happy with the results. And Zack was so professional, was the most hard working carpet cleaner I've ever had. I can't say enough about his quality of service. I highly recommend This company and Zack is the man who can get your carpets the best they can be.

He used the steam and a scrubber on the tile to get as much as possible off the tiles. He worked hard and consistently until the job was finished. It took him about 2 hours to cover 230 ft of tile. I highly recommend him for any future jobs that require steam cleaning.

I was in a major time crunch because we were moving the next day. I took a shot & called COIT, explained my situation & asked if there was a chance they had an opening for the next day. The gentleman (Tim?) did one better. He was able to send a technician the same afternoon! Jonathan arrived within an hour & did a fantastic job. My carpets looked brand new when he finished, plus we had a really good chat about the NFL. 🙂 I highly recommend COIT for their professionalism & excellent results. You can hire them with confidence!

    Initially, everything seemed smooth. I got a call ahead of my appointment and the person on the phone was helpful. (Even though I couldn’t provide the information he needed to give me an accurate quote.) He assured me the person inspecting my home could provide me an accurate quote with what services they would recommend.

    The website sets aside 4 hour blocks of time to wait for an employee to come to your house. (8-12PM and 12PM-4PM) Come to my appointment time, I waited the whole 4 hour block of time required and the employee never came to my house. I was home all day. I never received an email or a call about them rescheduling the appointment or cancelling the appointment on their end. As a result, I lost a whole days worth of work! It sucks because it's hard carving out time for stuff like this.

    I’ll probably try and find somewhere else to go. But hopefully this can give some insight for someone else when they’re shopping around for these services.

We got our carpets cleaned on monday, the guy came in, gave us our quote and right away told us that one of our rooms should just be ripped out because the cleaning they do wouldn't get it up to par, fine we go ahead and go forth with not getting the room done and getting our stairs, loft and hallway done. The stairs were left still black all along the corners and he didn't even try to clean the sides of the stairs like other carpet cleaner services normally would. Fast forward to wednesday, we decided to get the master bedroom shampooed after all until we can pull the carpet out and they told us that they would come back out and call it finishing a previous job plus we had an extra 30% off our next job from the last guy that did the job on monday. They didn't honor either of them. Still charged us $139.99 plus tax for ONE ROOM even though it was "finishing the job". We had pet stains so we asked for the pet enzyme and all the extras which was an extra $50 just for him to spray it in one spot when we clearly said we needed the entire room. To top it off the room smells even worse than before and looks the same when it started. I would never use this company again. We had 2 different guys come out, the first guy didn't even know how to talk to us and the second guy was rude and acted like he didn't want our business. I would give them no stars but was forced to put at least one.

The window and door tracks, cabinets inside and out and the hardwood floors, along with everything else was immaculate when they were done. Aaron and Dora and their helper were professional, friendly and thorough. I would recommend to them and would use them again if needed.

I expected dragging of feet and needing to have more time/money but I was very wrong. They showed up when they said they would, gave a quote and timeframe, and ended up doing double what I thought they would in that time. They truly are interested in helping people and take pride in the work they do. Since I now have less to do, I get to go play in the mountains 🙂 thank you, D’aaron’s!!
  • Trinh Baird rated it 5/5: so incredibly fast and efficient! cleaned everything from my fans to my oven, even my light switches. i struggle with ocd and it makes it hard for me to specifically feel comfortable in my bathroom, they made it so beautiful it looks brand new! they had my entire apartment cleaned in just a couple hours and the pricing was SO fair. 10000% rehiring them if i ever need!

I worked for Sparkle for just over 11 years. At first as an Area Manager and then as the night Operations Manager. The owners Paul and Carlo are upstanding caring people who above all believe in doing what’s right. They run their business with that as a number one principle and put service and quality in everything they do. Sparkle does their very best to ensure they are putting the highest quality people into your buildings.

    I’ve since moved on in my career but I’ll never forget the lessons and experience gained from my time at Sparkle. It was a true blessing.

Zack, the technician, was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get the difficult areas cleaned! He went above and beyond for us and I would gladly recommend Zack and the company to anyone searching for a great carpet cleaning service.

She got me in in just a few days which worked great with my schedule. Paul showed up on time and after some pleasantries got to work right away. I was able to move everything except my couch and he moved it to clean and moved it back before leaving. I was considering new carpet but instead got a great professional clean instead. What a great decision.
