When I called Mercedes to set up a cleaning & explained how picky I was & that I needed the house to be deep cleaned (including the wiping of walls & baseboards, etc.) she completely understood & had me tell them everything I wanted done. And let me tell you, they can do ANYTHING! Even clean out air ducts, carpet cleaning, curtain cleaning, couch fabric cleaning! I had them clean out my refrigerator & it was IMPECCABLE!! & their pricing is hourly, but they work SO FAST but so thoroughly!! And if you have a specific way you like things cleaned you can let them know and they accommodate it!! I have them coming weekly now & I can let Mercedes know ahead of time what I would like them to do. I decided to do a deep clean once a month & then a regular cleaning weekly. Even their regular cleaning blows me away!! But I love that they offer every service I would ever need! Even doing laundry & folding clothes!! I cannot tell you how long I have looked for a cleaning business like this! They have multiple teams of 2 that they send out, but if you find a team you like most you can request to have that team come weekly! We loved Divana & Javier & the way they cleaned! & we also loved Teresa & Margarita! Mercedes the manager provides kind, excellent & very professional management & customer service. And she responds to text messages which makes it very convenient to send what we would like done each week and she sends out reminders about date and time of cleaning & sends texts when the cleaning team is on their way. And if during the time that the cleaners are at your house you notice something you would like them to re-do or do differently, you can call Mercedes or text her & she will inform the team for you and they work hard to adjust it to your liking! Payment is also very easy, you give them your card & then based on the hours the cleaners clean the card is charged accordingly. And you can easily change the card on file any time. You would think that if they charge by hour they would move slowly to make more money but they DO NOT! I cannot tell you how fast they work! But still do a fantastic job! The deep cleans take longer than the regular cleaning of course, but they have never gone over 2 hours to clean my entire house! And if they don’t clean out the fridge it’s even closed to 1 hour! A super deep clean with deep cleaning kitchen appliances takes usually 3-4 hours. But that includes window glass, walls, borders, doors, window shades, etc. But you can tell Mercedes if you only want certain areas deep cleaned!! I’m telling you, look no further! THIS IS THE BEST & ONLY CLEANING SERVICE TO USE IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT!! Thank you for saving my sanity, Dirt Busters! I am a loyal customer forever!

Taylor is the best she will order whatever you need even some parts that I wasn’t able to look up on my own she was able to find. Love Pinky rated it 5/5: After having an elderly dog pass away, my cat developed bladder stones. She wasn’t able to control her bladder & basically stained my sofa recliner of only 1.5 yrs. I made sure the cat was completely healed & researched a few places near by.
These guys made it the most convenient & price was very reasonable. Everything was upfront, the gentlemen were polite & very professional. I had the sofa, 1 large area rug, & 2 runner rugs cleaned. They completed the cleaning in about 1 hr. Drying time took about 3 hrs to completely dry. The 2 runners took a bit longer, but that’s probably because I moved them to a less ventilated area.

The pictures will tell you if they did a good job or not. There’s no trace of any scent unless you try really hard to sniff it out. Cat urine will always linger, but I’m thoroughly excited the room is inhabitable, again.

The carpet on the stairs was filthy from movers coming up and down and after cleaning was totally clean! We also had him steam clean and sanitize the tile which came out amazing! He also does steam cleaning of showers which we plan to have him do after our construction. His prices are very affordable for the great job that he does. His cleaning system is also super efficient so he uses less water than other carpet cleaners so the carpets dry way faster, about half the time. I highly recommend his services!!

The reason I hired them over the other competitors was their professionalism. They gave a detailed invoice, communicated when they were coming and going, and followed up with emails.
I'm also happy with how the floors turned out and so are my guests who stay there at Casa de Conejo.
Aung Win rated it 5/5: Stone shine was one of the companies i call for my bathroom counter top. two other told me, this type of stone is not polish able and advice to leave it the way it is. the other one was not able to accommodate the time i needed, but stone shine was able to come out within a few days to get it done. the price is little higher than other guys, but i don't regret and result is great. They are responsive with call. you can see the result from the pictures.

They worked very hard and did a great job. The result completely surprised me. The floors have never looked so good, they looked better than when they were first installed. I was so happy and my family loves the newly restored floor. I highly recommend Stoneshine.

They gave an honest opinion about the state of our grout and some trouble areas that they are unable to fix as it required brand new tiles. They gave cleaned the grout and tile floor in the kitchen and bathrooms and made them look almost brand new! The 4 stars come from them leaving other areas of the house slightly dusty (a quick swifter and it was good) and leaving some trash they said they would take care of, but only moved them to another room.

They arrived with masks and shoe covers, texted to let us know they were on the way and completed the task quickly and superbly.
