The window they gave me for when the technicians would arrive was 2-5, but they were actually able to come earlier which was nice. The technicians we’re very polite and they finish in about an hour. Called Zerorez to schedule an appointment and they were able to get us in three days later on a Saturday. Anthony, the tech, was great, and did an excellent job. He explained everything well and listened to the details that we wanted taken care of and then did a go job! Office staff are helpful, friendly and up beat. Job well done!

My house smells now since they’ve been cleaned. Save your money and look for a company that actually cleans the carpet. He told me it’s because I have cheap carpets. Then top of my stairs tells me that the missing carpet isn’t from them but I have lived here years and never had missing carpet. Waste of $210!

After moving into a new home, I needed the carpet cleaned in the family room as well as the staircase where there were significant pet stains. I was a bit in doubt that I would get the staircase free of the stains, however, when he was finished the carpet was completely stain free! The family room carpet looked amazing and to top it off he left a little package with stain remover and other trinkets for me. Excellent service and as I mentioned to Bobby I will be getting my carpets cleaned from Safe N Soft in the future.

We were able to get on Safe N Soft's schedule within 2 weeks of the incident. Erik came to our home and in under 2 hours had completely erased all signs of the bleach spot. When I say erased, I mean it. The spot is no longer visible (picture below is wet which is why it is slightly darker). He also worked on 2 smaller areas that had slight discoloration due to make-up without second thought. He was extremely professional, friendly, diligent, and considerate. We could not be happier and will 100% be recommending their services to other families in the Treasure Valley!

Each person was friendly and communicated clearly. I was surprised that I could schedule within a few days. Bobby was the on-site tech and did a great job. Two different cleaners came a month later to do another cleaning and they did a much better job. The two gals did a great job dusting, leaving things as I would expect, and working the entire time they were scheduled, which was much appreciated. I give 4-stars now for the customer service, I appreciate their quick response and efforts to remedy the situation, but dependability is key when you are paying for a service, especially when you may not be present to monitor the job being done, I see great value in being able to trust the job being done correctly every time. Thank you for coming out again and showing that you value customer satisfaction.
I had my house cleaned yesterday, paid for a one-time deep cleaning for 3.5 hours. I am glad I got home before they left, as I noticed many things that were not completed or not done right, I saw dust in several places still, after it had "been done." I liked that the website said they clean up pet areas and do the base boards, but mine were not done. The bathroom where my cat's litter box was looked like it was not done at all, the mat was not even vacuumed, the bathroom base boards weren't touched. They were ready to leave one hour in and my son's downstairs bedroom had not been dusted or vacuumed. After the first hour when I started pointing things out that were missed only one of them was working at any given time, so no, I did not get my 3.5 hours worth (that is 1 hour 45 mins with two gals). I appreciate the one gal in the purple shirt that was sweating and working hard to fix what was missed, the other gal was kind, but admitted she was new and I understand that, but I wish she would have at least shown some hustle like the other lady. I do not know what was done that first hour downstairs since my son's room was not done, but I did notice my son's toothpaste was cleaned up and I thought that was weird as a toothpaste tube is kind of personal thing, I would have rather had her spend the time cleaning the bathroom. I lifted the seat and neither of the lids had been wiped. The stairs were not vacuumed. The purple shirt lady did an amazing job on the kitchen sink, but then the back kitchen counter was not even wiped as there was dust and crumbs on it. It reached the point where they looked ready to leave (one outside with the car on and the other vacuuming my son's room) and I was frankly tired of pointing things out and so they left and I spent the next two hours cleaning what they did not or doing what they did again. Not worth the money if I have to take my time to walk through and point out obvious things, for that I could have cleaned it myself. I understand people are calling in and new, but I would rather have had two experienced cleaners come another day than just the one for the price. Sadly I will not be using them again.

I actually had to contact the supervisor to have the cleaners come back to do their job right. I was luckily at home and I was able to go and see what they “did”. Please don’t waste your money on them. You’ll be very disappointed.

I was very impressed with Miro. I called and got a quote and 2 days later, he was at the house with his van. He didn't just come in and use a steam cleaner and split. He uses organic cleaning solutions and does a very thorough job. I had him do a living room, stairs, hall & bedroom. He quoted me a price that was more than reasonable and didn't increase for things like special treatments etc. When he did the work, he wasn't in & out. He took his time to do a great job. He used something like a floor scrubber on the main room, something I have never seen before. It worked like a champ. The carpet was clean, fluffy and soft. The carpet dried fine without any residue or that crunchy feel. Before he left, he asked if I approved or wanted any areas re-done. Nope! All good!
Overall – a great service & will be calling again when need it cleaned again.

My MO is typically "live and learn", "should've just done it myself", or a variation of both. However, my experience with Miro today compels me to share my 2 cents. Had a fair amount to get cleaned, so I emailed his business account with a multi-part quote request after my own work day ended…around 6pm (last week Thursday I think). To my surprise, he responded within the hour, and additionally responded to several more emails that made me comfortable giving him my business. He showed up as planned this morning. We toured my home, he asked questions, established a game plan, and got to work. I immediately appreciated the little things he did: Pre-treated/steamed a "smoothie" stain in my son's room, put down corner guards, suspended his hoses from the bannister, mopped our hardwood flooring as he backed his way out finished areas, helped move a nightstand, and kept my front door as "closed" as possible during his time here. I also noticed his truck from my office window – it was obvious that he cares for his vehicle and equipment as much as he cares about his work. In a nutshell, Miro was polite, mindful, and an expert in his practice. I despise finding new anything…barbers and sprinklers top my personal list, but carpet sucks too. There are likely other local companies in town that would have done perhaps an equally fine job, but IMO, you get a different level of service when the owner IS the operator. I'm super happy knowing that I have Miro's name and # in my phone now for all of my future carpet and couch cleaning needs. Great dude. Great results. Great price. Great find.

We've been working from home for the last couple months, and so it was finally to the point where we knew we needed a whole-house deep cleaning. The Happy Homes team was super flexible, and found one of their team members (Megan) to clean our house. She was here for six full hours, and the house seems BRAND NEW. It's amazing – it seriously seems like there wasn't anyone living here at all! Not a spot of dust anywhere, not a dirty surface to be seen. Thank you, Megan, for making our house feel new again!

The secondary charge of $640 I just woke up to seeing is entirely unwarranted. 2 closets were intentionally skipped. The cleaners simply shut the doors I had left open and out of sight, out of mind. Now, I'm 1400 miles away.
