Their quote is incredibly fair, that I also signed up for a monthly service. I love the way they rotate rooms/specific areas to pay extra attend to different parts of my place in addition to the overall/general clean that they provide each visit. Additionally, they were on time and three cleaners showed up to get the job done within an hour. I am so happy that I went with the Cleaning Authority! The only recommendation that I have is to update their app to allow users to provide information/add notes for the cleaners/company prior to/for the upcoming cleaning(s).

However, I was expecting a little more because they have this rotating schedule for 4 different areas of your house to get extra attention. I never noticed that any of the areas got any extra attention. When it was the kitchen's turn, there was still a bunch of gunk in the visible areas of the sink drain ring. When it was the bathroom's turn, there was still hair and gunk in the grout corners, which was an area specifically mentioned in their list. The last cleaning before I canceled my service, they threw away $200 of my essential oils and put a bag of trash in the recycle bin. And to top it off, left the front gate and security door WIDE OPEN and didn't bother to lock the front door!!!!

The owner sold me hard on their “focus” areas each week and had to have them come back out and clean overlooked spots not only in the “focus areas but also in the other areas two different times. Obvious things like dresser tops and night stands were not cleaned. They told me blinds were included but after two cleanings we noticed they never did them and had to complain and have them come out and do them. They made beds and folded blankets sometimes but not others. They did window sills and doors as part of the their deep clean but did not do window or door frames on the top where all the dust collects. They left smear marks on the tile after they were finished. They missed baseboards that were part of their deep cleaning rooms. They had explicit instructions to only come through the garage and they would forget or a new crew would say it was not in the notes. But worst of all, they left through the front door one time and we were out of town for three days with our house unlocked and unsecured. This after multiple times telling them to never use the front door. We paid with check each time but they would still charge my account and would have to refund me. They were difficult to communicate with or get responses from. For what they sold us on and what they charged us it was a complete waste of money. They are a very large company and do not have care for strong customer service. Go elsewhere for your service. Do not sell me on all the wonderful things you do and then not do them.

But I’m just unhappy with the service because I ordered for a cleaning and sealing. If it wasn’t going to be clean to the original color then sealed then what is the point of paying for the cleaning. I could’ve cleaned it myself and then just ask for sealing for this was going to be the result. I was thinking they were going to do a better job and be faster. My dad does flooring service and I’ve seen him clean grout worse than mine and it come out cleaner than what my result look like . I should’ve asked my dad to come scrub it with his machine and it’d be free. I’m just very disappointed and won’t be using the service again.

They were on time, accurate, and provided a great service. My husband legs were sticking out from under our truck cause he was working on it and then when I walked to get a picture of the truck for info he swerved into me like he was going to hit me and was video taping me. I am still waiting on a call from his supervisor.

The first time my dog got sick and they not only cleaned the stains completely but also deodorized the carpet and got rid of All the Stink! The second time they were able to get bright blue icing from my son's birthday party cupcakes that had been smeared into my cream colored carpet! That was a miracle! Then this last week I had company coming in town and I just needed my house to be fresh – Mark and his crew made my floors look brand new and were so quick and efficient! I would definitley recommend USA Carpet Care to anyone who needs a dependable, honest, affordable, and friendly carpet cleaner!

Thomas Wille rated it 5/5: USA Carpet Care & 24 Hr Flood Service really saved us. We had a waterheater broke and the lead managed to get into two of the closest bedroom. We managed to drain the heater but there was still possible water damage.
We called Mark and Bianca and they came through in a pinch and took the time to assess possible damage and use up-to-date tech to ensure mold did not take hold. Over the next few days, they returned to ensure that moisture collecting was taking place and that water damage was minimum.

The company we hired to install another water heater (through home depot) told us we should get a "restoration company" to rip out the walls and redo a lot of work. Mark did us a solid and referred us to a local handyman that installed the water heater, a drip tray, and a drain (to ensure it wouldn't happen again (and at a fraction of the cost).

Unfortunately we can only rate USA Carpet with only five stars because it is worth a much higher rating. Professionalism and trustworthiness are just two words that come to mind when I think of Mark and USA carpet.
