Mark was also super reasonable in the price. 100% worth it and would recommend again. Next time I have something in my house worth cleaning, I'll use this service again.

I also worked with Kent and his team to replace my floors and the process was seamless. They worked around my schedule and were very accommodating. The demo and install teams were very professional and did a great job cleaning up as well. I highly recommend NewGen Restores for any water damage restoration as well as flooring needs!

We then hired a company that gave us a whole new experience: NewGen Restores. First, Ken Ravioli was a pleasure to work with. The team members that tore out flooring, installed carpet, put in new wood flooring, tore out and replaced new carpet, did custom baseboards, made dry wall repairs, and then did a complete indoor painting- were ALL, every one of them, a pleasure. They showed genuine care for us. The communication was stellar. FIVE STARS is rare but deserved. They are highly recommended.

I literally just wanted a refresher for the items. Simple dirt spots on carpet remained behind. They were recommended to me, but I would pass if I ever actually needed something done right. $385 down the drain. Never did get that invoice for services and payments as promised. Too bad I paid cash.

After raising two kids, and always with a pack of dogs in the family, our kitchen floor took a beating. I tested a spot to see if the dirt would come up. It did, but not without spending a day breaking my back scrubbing. And even then there was no way to get it uniformed. I found Eric on Google and based on the reviews, I decided to give him a call. After speaking with a couple of other tile cleaners the last year, I was shocked to learn how reasonable Eric's rates were. And the reviews were all so positive. Well today he came out, and after a couple of hours–we have kitchen floors that look as good as the day they were put down. It's unbelievable. A very satisfying transaction for sure. Eric is professional and courteous. In fact the only flaw I noticed was that he's a Cleveland Indians fan. Seriously, though, this was a really strong transaction. I recommend STAT highly.

But my appt was set with ease and a technician showed up right on time, ready to work. He wore ID, mask and booties. Very informative as he worked. I have a small apt (830 sq ft) and I cleaned and prepped before his arrival so he was able to get the job done fairly quickly. 0900 appt, done by 0940. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

He was very nice, on time, and gave me a heads up call when he was on the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience with having my furniture cleaned. Raul was honest in describing the condition of my carpet and furniture and what he would be able to do to restore them. He was extremely professional. I'm completely satisfied with his work and the cost.

The employment here is terrible they treat you and work you like slaves absolutely 0 consideration for the employees well-being.
The employees are all brainwashed and conditioned to work like slaves. I was too outgoing and bubbly for this job. This company made me feel like people like me aren’t welcomed.
