I received a call from one of the residents asking when they were due since it was already 10:30 and they were supposed to have started 1- 1/2 hours earlier and she hadn't heard anything yet from the inside of her unit. I sent her a message that Premier had already been out there for more than an hour cleaning! She was embarrassed and apologized. Her comment was, they were so quiet unlike the previous company who had cleaned the carpets. She said they had done a wonderful job especially in the high traffic areas that were soiled.

He was also very knowledgeable about my carpet cleaning questions. The price was amazingly fair and he even gave me the pet service for a great price I only spent 150 on 2 rugs today, one big and one custom Mickey shaped bathroom rug. They are going to be my go to rug cleaners from this point on!!!!

He was prompt, explained the process in cleaning the stain of red silly putty on the middle of the carpet in the room. Tevin told me he would do the best he could but also stated that the carpet area would have to be cut out and there is a chance that it would be visible of the cutout. It is not!! He did a great job in the repair and you cannot tell especially if you didn’t know a stain was there. I’m very satisfied with the service. We have brand new carpet in our entire house that is a year old and luckily I had some extra carpet for the replacement and it fell right in place. I have already recommended them and am will definitely use them in the future. I want to say an extra thank you to Tevin for his professionalism and skill. Thank you!!

So, about 2 hours after initial phone call, we had a clean carpet without visible pet stains! 🤯 The guy that showed up was super professional and eager to work (sorry I forgot his name, this was about 3 weeks ago). You just don't see that very often in this town anymore. Needless to say, I will use them again for my carpet cleaning needs and will try their other services when the need arises.

Communication was great and respectful and the technician, Mike, arrived at the expected time. I recently lost my husband to Covid and have never been in charge of carpet cleanings, so the time that Mike took to explain the process, (without knowing I had NO idea what would take place), was much appreciated. Mike even went above and beyond in my mind and cautioned me about walking from carpet to tile for the next several hours. As soon as we shook hands, I immediately knew that he operates on the highest level of excellence, class, and integrity. He cleaned our living area couch and upholstered chairs, all of which have been moved three times and assaulted by our 4 dogs at times. That couch looked NEW again after this cleaning, and so did the chair-the improvement was FAR better than I had expected! He also cleaned the closet carpet in our master bedroom, which looked far more worn than it should, but now it looks fantastic. I'm not a fan of carpet and had planned on replacing it with hardwood floor, but I bought some time on that idea with Billy's cleaning crew. His prices are reasonable, and Billy is an incredible person who raises the energy level in the room as soon as he walks through the door. The first time we used them, our pup had gotten a hold of a bottle of indigo blue acrylic ink while we were out of town. Our dog sitter tried EVERYTHING to get the stains up, with no luck. As a last hope, I called SPECIALiZED. Mike came out and gave the entire room a thorough cleaning, and the stains were gone!!
Today we had them in to clean out our air vents/ducts and to clean out our dryer vents. I am so happy with how attentive they were to our needs. The air quality is already noticeably better, and my dryer system looks like new. Billy and Mike were amazing and got the whole job done in record time.

I had them come out to my apartment to do the initial inspection, once they sent me the quote to clean my one bedroom apartment, I scheduled my cleaning. I work in healthcare and don’t have much free time, but I do keep my place pretty clean, nothing a quick wipe down of things and some mopping couldn’t handle. I came home from work that night to look over their work and noticed multiple things that were missed. These things definitely shouldn’t have been missed, they were very noticeable and not difficult to reach or clean or anything, I think it was just some drops of yogurt on my end table. If they were doing a proper cleaning job, they would have easily seen it but I’m assuming they rushed the job because they had a pretty clean apartment to begin with. They also missed things that they said are part of their checklist like dusting the fans. I decided to give them a second chance, I scheduled my cleaning and was excited to come home to a clean apartment that night after work. Well, I got home and noticed nothing had been cleaned. Turns out they stopped by but left because I wasn’t home. This wasn’t an issue on the first clean so why would it be now? Apparently, they wrote in the wrong section on their work order paperwork that my door would be unlocked and the cleaner never bothered to check with his boss or me. I didn’t receive a call or text or anything asking if they could get into my apartment. I called the next day to find out what happened, the salesman told me about their mistake and said “sorry we messed up twice on your place”, I told him I’m going to have to go with another company and his response was “it is what it is”. No attention to detail, no integrity, and definitely no respect. I made this mistake but won’t make it again.
Vigil Family rated it 1/5: The man that drives this van has hit and blocked our trash cans. We have made numerous police reports prior to this incident due to this man’s erratic and harassing behavior. If this does not end will be filling a restraining order.

He was able to schedule us for a free estimate the next day and was able to do the work that same week. He is professional and offers great prices. The work is top notch! I was a little worried about one spot under the bench seat in the shower after the work was completed. He came out the following week and took care of it ASAP.

Ivan responded rapidly and came out that same day for an estimate. I liked that he offered a reasonable estimate for 2 showers and said he could have his team come out the next week. On the day of the work, he showed up with Jared on time and he got Jared right to work. Ivan said he would be back before his employee was finished to inspect the work and see if I had any concerns. Two thirds of the way through the job, Ivan called to say he was sending another employee over to help finish up the work. Ivan returned to inspect the job. Ivan even offered to return after the scheduled tub resurfacing job was completed to re caulk if needed. Ivan's team worked hard and finished on time. They also made sure I was satisfied with the job they did. The tile and showers look new again! I would recommend this company to others who are interested in restoring their shower tile!
