First they vacuumed, then they sprayed solution, and then they used their machine to remove the tough stains. My tile looks amazing, it was worth the price. Ivan and Hayden are stellar.

I scheduled a carpet and upholstery cleaning with this company. They quoted a price based on the number of rooms, and the number of seats of my sectional sofa. I was never asked for the sofa dimensions. They took a deposit and told me the exact balance due and that I was to pay that on the day of service to the technician. Technician arrived and says that my sofa would cost a lot more to clean ($450 vs $375 quoted) since it was very big. I told him no one asked for dimensions, only number of “seats”. There also had been no indication from the person booking the service that this was an estimate and that the price could go up based on visual inspection and size. The technician became extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. I asked him to leave my home I called the company right away asking to speak with a manager, was told they were all in meetings, called back several hours later still couldn’t reach the manager. I called a week later and I still couldn’t speak to a manager! If this is how they treat their customers it’s a wonder they are still in business!

My technician was able to get all the hair off the couches as well as a few stains. I couldn't be more grateful for the help. I will definitely be using Steam Master DFW again in the future!
