Before cleaning, Zach and Andrew spent time locating any areas with stains using an infrared type light. Then, what you want treated (ALL of it!), is up to you. That's because their odor/ stain removal is above and beyond the regular carpet cleaning. I already knew that, and it's why I chose this company. Like anything right now, it's a bit pricey. However, this company has a good reputation, and I prefer to have clean carpets to lay down on to play games or watch movies with my family. Zach and Andrew were friendly and focused on doing a thorough job. I would recommend Chem-Dry, especially if you're needing the odor/ stain removal. My house looks and smells much better!

This was the worst carpet cleaning I've ever had. Not one stain came up. It actually doesn't look like they even cleaned the carpet. It was wet afterwards so I'm guessing they did. Of course he did try to upcharge me when he got here saying he could "pretreat" the spots for this much extra. I didn't do that, as shouldn't this be a part of carpet cleaning already? But I would assume not much effort was made as afterwards I saw debris in my daughters carpet that wasn't even vacuumed up. The last company I used really did an excellent job so I need to figure out who came last time. Safe yourself some money and try another place. Again, I didn't expect everything to come up, but NOT ONE STAIN. When you find stuff in the carpet then you know they didn't even vacuum well. Just not much effort was made.Also, it should be mentioned upon booking that they are not going to pretreat stains. I've had my carpets many times through the years and not one company charged more for treating spots. This should be disclosed at booking that they charge more for any spots. Learn from my bad.

Price is much more expensive than others and quality of their job is the worst, they just came to do a rushed work without seeing differences on our carpet. And when I asked to go over the stain again, he wanted to charge additional service fee on dry spots that were not touched.

I totally recommend to look for any other company to clean your rugs and air vents.

We closed escrow and took possession of a newly constructed home, expecting it to be clean and move in ready…it was not. I reached out to Sparkle and spoke with the owner who told me everything I could expect from his staff. He was even able to book my appointment the very next day. The team were kind, friendly, professional and incredibly thorough. They asked me what my expectations were and if I needed they to focus on anything in particular. I gave them my list of priorities, one of which was staying within 3.5 hr time frame, and they went to work. They cleaned our home literally from top to bottom and even went as far as to clean up any dried paint that the builder left behind. They used great products that left our home not only smelling clean, but visually clean. They left nothing untouched, and there isn't a fingerprint, smear or smudge in sight! We are very pleased with the experience we received from Sparkle! Thank you again for giving us our move in moment back!

We made an appointment for a deep clean of a 5000 square foot home and had a conversation with Daniel about the extensive cleaning to be done and the base cost of $400 for the first four hours and the $65/each hour over four hours for two workers and $92/extra hours if three workers were needed. We estimated the job would take two days at a total price between about $1000-$1500. We agreed upon a first day arrival time between 9-10am and we rearranged other plans. The night before the scheduled first work day, I got a text from the company (Daniel?) asking if we could push the arrival time to “12pm or a little earlier, but 12 to be safe” because the workers were having to work and finish another job that went unexpectedly overtime. Additionally we were asked if the workers could come on the second day between 845-900am instead of the previously agreed upon timeframe of 9-10am. We agreed and again rearranged other plans.
Today at 11:25am, I texted Daniel and asked for an ETA. He replied and said they were finishing up the previous job “in about an hour” and then would start en route to us which would take another 50 minutes. I replied that the new arrival time was not what he had stated the night before and what we agreed upon. I asked if he would provide a discount on the job since they could not meet the arrival time. This was denied. That small discount would have been a good faith effort to keep our business but unfortunately that was not the case. I asked for the owner’s name and contact information and was told that I was, in fact, texting with the owner. We canceled the appointment as a result. We will choose another company that will follow through with what they say that they will do and are more interested in customer service.

I cannot speak to the quality of their regular cleaning service, but I was extremely disappointed in the top to bottom service I received. Many of the things that were discussed on the phone and even on our walk through once they arrived were not done. My stairs were not vacuumed, light switches not wiped down, my upper kitchen cabinets were not wiped down but the bottom ones were. No baseboard were not done, kitchen window sills were not cleaned out at all (some small cobwebs were there), cupboards in the bathrooms were not wiped down either, etc. My house was generally clean, but no way would I call it a deep clean. Owners were very nice, but it just wasn't the quality job I was expecting from the price I paid. I was not able to walk around and inspect everything, so when they said they were done I trusted they had finished what we had agreed on, but was very disappointed in how many things had not been touched. They asked me several times to give them a 5 star review because they'd get as bonus for a 5 star review, but I told them I'd have to inspect their work first. Glad I didn't right then when they asked me to. So I would not use them again or recommend them to my friends or neighbors.

I’ve done deep cleans before I know the details that go with it. The baseboards never got touched, the floors are still dirty, the cabinets are still dusty.

Adriana, Christina, and their team responded, came out right away, and gave an estimate for the bathroom remodel. Out of 3 estimates they had the best price and we liked them best. They worked with our insurance company and met their requests perfectly. They did a great job on the demo and new install. Cleaned up very thoroughly and made all aspects of the job to our liking.
Their crew was on time and did a great job. They made sure that my wife and I were happy with all the choices we made on the remodel. If I liked something and my wife didn't, they continued to find more patterns until we both were happy and satisfied. The end results was amazing and we are very happy with the remodel. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects. I give them a 5 star rating.

We were in Chicago for a 1 ½ week's vacation when we came back we had a floor in our Master Bedroom, Closet, Bathroom, Powered Room, and another area on the main floors that were very much affected by the Water Damage leak from the master bedroom. I called my Insurance company Branch and they provided me with Service Master, and ServPro = none of these companies could even come out for 2 weeks to look at the house.
I called ProTech at 2:00 PM and within half an hour I got a call back from one of their team members and a follow-up call from Rudy – he said we will be coming to your house at 4:00 PM. Rudy has so much knowledge in construction, lots of experience working with insurance companies, and has an amazing team working with him. He also assures all subcontractors have the highest standards. We had a flooring company and counter company who came out and the work was very clean.
I would recommend ProTech to any of my family and friends. Love to work with them. Amazing family values and amazing ethics in the industry.

They called in like 5 to 10 minutes later with a estimate. After agreeing over the phone they had a truck out by 3pm that same day. The guy that came was professional and didn't leave a mess.

Richard B rated it 2/5: Wouldn't recomend their tile and grout cleaning services at all. The carpet cleaning was okay, got most of the carpet semi clean.
The tech tried to clean the tile in our kitchen but called me stating he wasnt able to clean the rest of the tile. Not sure why exactly he was unable to do that. Once he left, I came home and somehow our grout, where he had tried to clean, ended up dirtier than before. We were about to list the house for sale in 2 days. So I ordered a steam cleaner off of amazon and cleaned it myself. All it took was $30 and a little bit of elbow grease to clean it right up. So really, I'm not sure why he couldn't do it…
