They then gathered all tools and equipment and began working. It literally took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to clean, pack up and take my form of payment and they were gone. When I say I am so far happy the whole house smells great and ready for the holidays as soon as I put everything back in its respective spot. I look forward to checking in and watching progress. We also had some fond remnants of blue fingerprint designed by our great niece on the beige carpet in another room, which surprisingly also disappeared. .

The owner took the time to thoroughly explain the cleaning process, so I went with them.There was no extra fee for pickup and delivery. The rugs look and smell great. They took a lot of time positioning the rugs correctly on new pads and placing the furniture on them. Satisfied customer.

Through Covid, Vanguard kept us clean and safe. They wiped down surfaces and took great care to follow protocol. When we have extra tasks, like carpet cleaning, they are affordable and do excellent work. When we contact them with an issue or with questions, they are immediately responsive and also perform with integrity. We are thankful we found Vanguard to handle all of our office cleaning needs.
