Autyana Lzai rated it 1/5: The guy came, quotes me $250 plus to fix a simple split in my carpet. Ended up charging me $80, he tried to get $100 cash but $80 was all I had and my carpet was back in it’s original torn state after 2 days. The company called me (I guess to verify what happened with my appointment) and told me the guy who did my carpet told them I canceled my appointment. (He told me he was going to tell them the quote I was given was too high which it was and he would take care of me on the low) I would’ve rather spent the $250 and had it done properly than to lost $80 and still have damaged carpet. He assured me multiple times he could fix it the same way just cheaper and off the books.
The company called me and told me management would reach out and I’ve yet to be called back. Don’t walk, run from this establishment, you are better off paying more elsewhere. I did what I was told and waited hours for the carpet to dry before I vacuumed and it’s like I just threw money in the dumpster.

Edit:// I’ve added the receipt the guy gave me. I just noticed he wrote $200 on the receipt but verbally told me it’d be at least $280. That’s when the number game began. Fast forward 2 months later and I’ve yet to get a call back.

I was extremely satisfied with their work and level of professionalism. When they completed the rug they inquired if there was anything other service that was needed. They stated that they cleaned dryer vents and that was something that was greatly needed. They completed that and it was a relief that I did not have to contact another company. The floor was still filthy, microwave uncleaned with soup at the top, I made my own bed and had to remind them to wipe down the mirrors. I sent these pictures and contacted the owner and he said "sorry your having a bad day and hung up."
They did not offer reimbursement… they wanted to send back the same 2 people (in photo) who did not speak any English whatsoever. Take your money elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

The appointment was for 10-12 arrival, they arrived promptly at 10 am. 4 people came marching in with dolly's and carts of cleaning supplies and went right to work! I had them clean my house top to bottom, it needed it too. I've been stuck in a wheelchair since two months before the pandemic, so it really needed it.
I was very pleased with the results. We did an inspection prior to them leaving, there were a couple of small things that I saw and they took care of them right away.
The people who showed up were very polite, professional and hard working! I will definitely use them again and I certainly recommend them. The cost was also like half of what merry maids wanted. Great price, great job, great value!

On the day we needed service for our move out a cleaning person i had scheduled bailed last minute. When I called to move my carpet cleaning appointment the gentleman on the phone advised me they also do move out cleaning and someone could be there today. They totally saved our butts! She showed up on time, had all of her own equipment, was extremely friendly, and did an amazing job! Our total was so decent and it took so much stress off of our move. Would definitely recommend!!!

The grout in my shower had nasty and unsightly mold underneath the caulking which I could not clean using many types of cleaners. He explained why I shouldn’t use typical bleach cleaners and the damage it does to the shower tiles and grout. I like the fact that they only use all natural substances that are not harmful to our health. I have children and pets which the decision to use Sir Grout was a no brainer. Jorge is very knowledgeable and answers all the questions that I had in a timely manner. Great customer service is a must.

I called Sir Grout Houston and was met with professionalism and a customer first mentality. Courtney and Jorge were phenomenal. Jorge called me immediately and presented his services with a very well put together video. He was also able to give me a quote via video call (this was amazing) and was able to schedule technician out to my house the next day. Nico was the technician and he was brilliant. He did what we all want from a service provider. He sent me a text with his ETA, arrived when he said he would and called we arrived at my house. Hats off to the customer service these techs receive. Jorge, the owner, came out and looked at the shower – gave me a reasonable quote – and within a few days they had a technician come out to perform the work. The technician arrived at 10AM and finished around 2PM.

Why introduce unknown chemicals in your house when you don't have to? I'm sure glad I went with it. I was impressed when Juan showed me the steam cleaner in action. They are honest and straight forward and not trying to make extra money off you. No extra charges for spot cleaning. You only pay a small amount for the cleaning product if needed. This company is now my go-to for carpet cleaning if I want it professionally done.

My husband has severe allergies and it was very important to us we removed as much dust as possible. She has made our move in so easy now. Refrigerator and oven are spotless no odor. All of the weird marks on the walls gone. She went above and beyond and asked me to check their work. I will be using them again and seriously recommend to anyone.

We have excellent service now. Our crew does an awesome job! They are very thorough and I truly feel like they clean like they are cleaning their own house. I would highly recommend Vanguard!

The quick response is especially appreciated since we will occasionally have to shut down due to a positive Covid case and are unable to reopen until the facilities are disinfected. Maintaining regular business hours would be very difficult without Vanguard, many thanks.

I speak about the numbers because numbers don't lie. Melissa and Jose are very good at what they do. I set a goal for my company, and I met that goal. Any accommodations I need for my staff are done. We all over communicate, and I couldn't have a better support for my cleaning company than Vanguard with Melissa and Jose. The whole staff is amazing and friendly to be honest.
