As soon as the leak was detected and contained we contacted Dry Force to come assess the water damage. Dry Force was able to come out the same day and set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out all the walls and spaces that had been affected by the leak. We were extremely concerned about water damage and or mold growth. We were lucky. Dry Force was able to detect the compromised areas with a tool that showed wetness and immediately set in motion a plan to dry everything up. It only took a few days for everything to dry out. And thankfully we didn’t have any mold growth. I highly recommend this company. They did a great job for us.

We were concerned about replacement cost but the results are “like new”. Flawless tiles! Carpet stains magically gone! Perfect patio! I should have taken “before and after” pictures as these photos don’t do justice to the quality of work. Please use this independent owner-operator and help support his small company. I received the quote, which was acceptable and made an appointment for the services. Ryan did a fantastic job with the carpets and stripping the floors. It was a very professional job and I was about 90% pleased. I say 90% because there were a few spots that Ryan understandably missed due to the angle how the light hit the flooring. After I reached back out, Ryan came back and was able to complete stripping those areas within a couple of hours and even left me with a bottle of stripping solution for future use. I appreciate CleanBright for a professional crew and for returning to make it right. I have had several compliments on the flooring and I have recommended Cleanbright for their cleaning needs!

She also explained that their warranty on tile cleaning was that technician would not leave the job until we were completely satisfied. After deciding together that we only needed tile cleaning services (without grout sealing) she gave us a ballpark per square estimate for their cleaning services. Using the area that we had previously measured, we came up with total ballpark estimate for their services. She explained that technician would come out and measure tile area to confirm area, check nature of the job and give us a no obligation, free bid before starting actual work. She then promptly scheduled a time for technician’s visit. The technician, Luke, arrived right on time. He quickly confirmed area of tile to be cleaned and gave us a firm bid for work that was right in line with the ballpark estimate Amy had previously given to us, After agreeing on bid, Luke began to meticulously clean the tile paying much attention to detail. He completed his work in about 3 hours and then invited us to do a careful inspection of his work and thoroughly cleaned the very few, small spots that he missed living up to the warranty Amy had described. Our 31 year old tile (that had never before been cleaned) now looks like new! We are very happy with the friendly customer service, and tile cleaning services at a reasonable price and recommend using Clean Bright for your tile cleaning needs.

They told me they will clean the countertops in the kitchen and vacuum, and I thought that was just a general cleaning that even I could do myself. But I decide to give them a chance…not recommend. I’m writing this review because I think it’s very expensive and I wanna let other people know that is not worth it.

They were on time (unfortunately for me, my bus was late), but they made sure not to put anyone under pressure by being flexible with their scheduling. I called them about 20 minutes before arriving at the apartment building just to make sure there were no mistakes. The apartment smelled fantastic, so don't hesitate if you need a thorough deep clean for your home.
