It seemed like the rugs were vibrant and clean right after they were cleaned, but after they sat for a few hours to dry they really didn't appear perfectly clean like I expected. I paid for ScotchGard as well because we have two dogs, but the white runner rug was back to its normal dingy, dirty appearance within a week. I have vacuumed all the rugs since Shaun came out, but it hasn't really helped the discoloration. The "wet dog" smell also wasn't really removed from the living room rug. I'm glad I paid for the service, but maybe I just have to get the rugs cleaned more frequently to see better results.

My roommate and I have two cats, one of which was dastardly enough to start peeing in a separate room neither of us go into very much. We weren’t sure how long, but we had a sinking suspicion it was long enough to pose a serious problem to our carpeting in the room.

We tried every online trick in the book, and although the pee was totally cleared of the room, the smell still lingered.

At our wits end, we decided we were willing to pay $135 for the promise of total urine-smell removal. And that’s exactly what we got!

Shaun did an amazing job super fast and without any delay. They were able to service us the very next day after calling. I highly recommend this company if you are ever in need of serious carpet cleaning!

Masai Russell rated it 1/5: Terrible experience!! The maids arrived a hour and a half earlier than expected, with no call prior to arrival. It didn’t really bother me too much because it was a Friday and I had things to do but a call would’ve been appropriate especially for super early arrival.
Now onto my 1 bed 1 bath… as they started to clean I was trying to be out of their way as much a possible (which wouldn’t have been an issue if I received a call prior to early arrival) so I gave them the space they needed in each area so that my place could be DEEP cleaned efficiently.

The first room that was cleaned was my bed room, I went in there to see if it was to my liking and nothing was dusted, vacuumed, or swept up. I had to tell one of the maids to clean all the trophies off my dresser, to clean the baseboards (because that was what I was told was included in the deep cleaning service), to get the dust of of the corners, etc. I told them “hey could you make sure you clean the baseboards and dust off my trophies… I asked for the deep clean”.

I finally was able to get myself ready to depart from my apartment to give the maids the accessibility to my apartment without being in the way. So I left with the expectations my needs will be met.. especially for the price I was paying. ($240)

I came back after my apartment was “deeply” cleaned and I was highly disappointed!! Nothing was dusted, baseboards weren’t cleaned, shower was efficiently cleaned, DIRTY dishes were put into my dishwasher which caused the food to grow mold!! It was a terrible terrible experience!! For a small 1 bed and 1 bath my apartment should have been left SPOTLESS.

I then called to complain about the service and the maids ended up coming out to my apartment for a SECOND time. I had to leave a note and list ALL the things that needed to be clean and the concerns I had with the first service and my apartment was still not deeply cleaned. They charged me $240 for something I could’ve done.

I am very known individual in the area and I am a UK grad that runs on the track team and I will let everyone know about my experience with Molly maid! This is a shame and I have picture to prove how my apartment was left AFTER the maids “cleaned” my apartment.

We worked tireless trying to get the paint up and out of the carpet, but a bad blue stain was still evident. I called Chris Stinnett of Centric Carpet Cleaning and he worked us in at the end of the day to come clean the carpet. He even came back a day later to clean it again. Seriously, the carpet looked perfect when he was finished. My customer was happy and satisfied. Chris saved me a disaster financially if we had to replace that carpet. He knows what he's doing, and does it exceptionally well. I'll definitely reach out to him again and again. Thank you, Chris.

I’m retired and home a lot, and with allergies and a pulmonary condition I read that a home air duct cleaning could improve our home’s air quality. Adin came well-recommended and now not only does our HVAC system push air more efficiently through the home but the air quality is much better now that the system isn’t moving years of accumulated dust around. Big difference, we’re very pleased. Competitive pricing, too.

Would recommend him and this company to anyone, anywhere. He was so sweet and took the time to make sure she was satisfied with the results before ever trying to leave. She made all sorts of promises about how their professional cleaners would do a fantastic job and will be to my liking for sure. I was really excited. I even arranged for my dogs to be offsite to make it easier for the cleaners to move about throughout my small home. I say "cleaners"..plural because I was promised "a team of professional cleaners" would be in my home anywhere from 4 to 6 hours. You can imagine to my surprise that 1 lady showed up who is 5 months pregnant. Needless to say I was furious. When I called to get why this was happening, I was argued with and told the above was not what was told to me. I assured the person on the phone..he called himself the CEO of the company that I recorded each call and to be called a liar was just one of the many reasons I will NOT recommend Tidy Tim to anybody.

I left several messages to let the company know, because they usually send someone to re-do the job. Kara, the lady who answered my phone basically said that they did not reply to my messages because there was nothing that they could do about it. They usually check on customer satisfaction after each cleaning job, which they did not complete. They only sent me a survey after my card was charged. I was specific in my grievances in the survey, and I never received a call back from the company. They only relied on their cleaner to relay this information, they never once reached out to us. I asked to speak to their manager, and she stated that she was not allowed to give us his information, and he MAY give me a call. I would caution anyone who uses their service for monthly cleaning, because they clearly dropped the ball and refused to take any responsibility. If you do use them, please make sure that it is a requirement for them to call you and check on their work, before they charge your card (for monthly cleanings).
