For my house, I got two ladies who were worked very hard and made the house spotless! They did an awesome job at cleaning the bathroom which is the hardest part for me to clean. I love how after Maid in Orange leave, my house is spotless! I love the attention to details especially in the bathroom and kitchen!

For the past year or so my company has used about 2 different cleaning services to manage our office area after hours. While I can love certain parts of the cleanliness factor, we constantly found ourselves having to change dates, increase days, and deal with minor problems that could have been prevented on their end.

When we made the switch to Smart Janitorial I couldn't have been more pleased. Aside from being run by an absolutely charming team, they really are a one-stop shop for everything . Showing up to work the next day had me saying "wow looks clean" out loud. They provided us with little necessities on the side like restocking cleaning products and supplies and making sure that the wonderful cleaning jobs were also matched by their prompt professionalism and a huge emphasis on customer service.
I cannot stress enough how much of a difference it makes to have people who care about what they do and actually care about the clients . This company is competing with big names and I can see why. But whatever it is I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I finally call this place and I get quoted a a price for the equipment over the phone. I made sure we both understood which equipment we are both talking about, the guy tells me yes we sell the tool alone and your looking at about $500-600 for the spinner tool, and he proceeds to tell me come on down and check it out we have it here in stock. I drove down there 1hr & half just to find out that the price is 3 times as much as they told me over the phone. The guy who spoke to me also admitted he told me the wrong information which ok I guess I can say oh well but the owner never once told me hey man I'm so sorry I can at least give you a better deal, NOTHING. Instead he continued to me how expensive they are blah blah blah…3 hrs out of my day wasted. If he would of told me hey man heres a deal for the inconvenience I dont care if i paid more than 600 but just for that no buisness ever. If you call for a product ask for the main owner because the employees have no idea about any prices I guess. Sadly this place wount get a dime off me ever.

I was also completely SWINDLED and taken advantage of by the manager who came to my home to quote me for air duct cleaning. I was quoted $1,800.00 for air duct cleaning. The service was not explained to me, and when the technician showed up he said it would be extremely loud and disruptive so I had to reschedule because of my baby. When they came back the second time, they said they had no protective equipment to protect the floors, furniture, etc from debris and they had no way of cleaning it up. At this time, the technician called his manager so I could speak to him and I asked him to cancel the services and discard of the check I wrote. I spoke to Darnell three times asking them to get rid of the check, and after the third time he said he would call me back. I never heard back. The next day another person called me to let me know they did cash the check and it would take 30-60 days for them to send me a refund check in the mail. All while this was happening, I had Stanley Steemer come to my house and give me an estimate and they quoted me $800.00! They were extremely professional and had all the necessary equipment to protect the floors, furniture etc. COIT IS THE WORST! OVER PRICED AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!

The location is convenient and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great cleaning experience.

At the recommendation of a good friend, I was informed about not only their quick response time but quality work. Apparently they also can help with insurance related matters as it pertains to billing if needed. Sunny Hills Restoration will come out with their licensed, bonded, and insured staff remove the mold and then follows up with additional proof of the quality of their job by an independent agency that will issue a Certificate of Acceptable Standards! All the while making your uncomfortable experience a little more comfortable.

They came out around 3 a.m. and put boards on our windows and garage door area. Then they went into the house and blocked off the burnt part of the master bedroom. When our insurance guy came out, he said they did a good job. We asked him if they could fix the damage and he told us we could use who ever we wanted. We asked them to give up a estimate and the next day, they came over with it. My wife and I had some questions, and we talked to them for a while. There was another company that came, so we asked them for a price quote to fix the damages too. We felt that the second company didn't really care about what we wanted, so we went Sunny Hills.

Lisa & Paul Peatross rated it 1/5: INCOMPETENT. If I had to describe Sunny Hills in one word, that's it in a nutshell. Their good reviews are a result of buying off customers with a discounted offer for a good review–they actually print this offer on their paperwork (see my attached photo).
Long story short, Sunny Hills took my excellent-condition drapes and returned them to me RIPPED in several places (I was not home and had given them housekey). After I called to complain, they took drapes the back to "fix" them and returned them the second time SHRUNKEN by several inches.
Details follow:

Sunny Hills came out, inspected my drapery with blackout lining, said they could clean my drapes (2 sets), no problem.

A week later, they returned & hung my drapes (I had left key with them) with black marks, holes & tears in the lining, as well as areas where the backing stuck to itself. I'm not talking one or two spots; there were dozens of these tears/holes covering the drapery backing (lining), making the blackout lining pointless and ridiculously obvious on sunny days when light beams through numerous holes in otherwise dark drapery (see photo). That they had the gall to hang those (again, I was not home) without a word to me was my first clue as to the kind of business I was dealing with.

My second clue was after I called my contact there, Octavio, to ask him why my drapery backing was was ripped. He feigned ignorance and sent Sam out to "inspect". Upon inspection, Sam informed me that he sees this happen to blackout lining "all the time". He told me that someone should have informed me of the risk I was taking before they accepted my drapes and said that had he been the one to initially come out and look at my drapery, prior to cleaning, he would have told me that cleaning them was very risky. Good to know.

SHODDY OPERATION. (That's another phrase that comes to mind when describing Sunny Hills) Hope you aren't bored because here is where it gets really ridiculous: Octavio called two days later to tell me those drapes had been in perfect condition when they left his shop. Chew on that for a bit. Yep, he pretty much accused me of putting holes in my lining. I guess he realized, as it came out of his mouth, how silly he sounded because he let that one go quickly, and after being asked repeatedly by myself and my husband what he was going to do to make this situation right, finally offered to "patch" the holes & tears.

That's right, "patch the tears". What could I do other than agree to allow Sunny Hills to try to salvage the mess they had made of my draperies? After all, as my husband pointed out to me, "the backing is already trashed–how much worse can it get?"
You guessed it: It got worse. The drapes were returned to us SHRUNKEN by 3-4 inches in length. Now the backing hangs well BENEATH the drapery. (see photo) I did not give these people permission to do ANYTHING to my drapery fabric; only to patch the holes/tears that they created in the lining. Amazing.

More amazing, the holes/tears are still there. The patches, hard little pieces of something, are TRANSPARENT! Are these people sitting back laughing at me and taking bets on how much more I will take from them?? And, this may seem like a small thing at this point but they also returned the drapes wrinkled. It's as if they washed & shrunk them, then tossed them in a corner somewhere for a while.

Octavio's response this time: "That's the best we can do to fix the lining." Then he asked if I wanted him to try to STRETCH my fabric.

We have made attempts to contact the owner, Phil Vasquez, without success. So, we have written a certified letter to the company laying out the details and requesting that they make this situation right for us. I don't have high hopes.
Javed Iqbal rated it 1/5: I had a very bad experience with Sunny Hills Restoration.
I hired them for mold removal and installation of drywall under my kitchen sink. The owner of the company, Octavio, told me both verbally and in writing that the entire job would cost $3,100. After his employees removed the mold, Octavio changed his tune and said it would be an additional $5,200 to install the drywall. So a $3,100 job suddenly turned into an $8,300 job. Octavio denied that we had an agreement and claimed that the original estimate he gave me was just for the mold removal. So I just wrote them a check for the $3,100 to get rid of them and had to hire someone else to finish the job because I do not trust this man.

On a side note – While his employees were completing the mold removal, they damaged a pipe under my sink, causing water to leak. I did not notice it because the area under the sink was sealed off with material I could not see through for four days. Only when his employees came back on the last day of the job did they admit there was a leak. They denied they caused it and said it was there the whole time. I know this is not true because they would have alerted me to it on the first day they found the leak. Why would they allow water to run down onto the floor for four days and not notify the homeowner? When I pressed Octavio about this, he sent out a plumber to fix the issue but it just started leaking again about a week later. This company is a nightmare.
