    But AB May was fast, neat, clean and did excellent professional work. Robert and Anthony were friendly answered all our questions even while they worked in 3 different parts of the house. I stood in the basement and kitchen admiring their work long after they were gone.
  • Duy Phan rated it 2/5: I recently purchased a new HVAC System which the technicians did an excellent job from what I've seen. The entire process from the sales rep to the installation was top-notch. However, The biggest drawback is dealing with their "customer service" department. Dealing with them makes me have buyer's remorse. If I could, I would return everything in a heartbeat and deal with not having an HVAC system for the time being.

    The department that should set the standard for customer service does not know the meaning of customer service. I've dealt with multiple individuals, Michael Richmond *cough *cough, with a poor attitude and lack of care when dealing with customer issues. In addition, the department seems to lack any resources to help the customers. The typical answer I get is, "they will be there between 8-12" or "they will call 30 minutes before heading your way." Ok… I know there is a window, but can you tell me if the technician has an issue at the current job that might delay or reschedule my appointment. There has to be a way to provide transparency on the status of the technicians. I rather reschedule, knowing the technician won't make it to my appointment versus wasting my entire day to find out they won't be there at the last minute. Too many vacation days wasted just to make myself available with no service done. I expected more in terms of customer service, especially spending 18k.

    Overall, I've had a good experience with the exception of their customer service. Because of that, the only interaction I will continue with them is my complimentary maintenance and warranty.

  • Phil Ledgerwood rated it 2/5: Had a tech come out to replace cartridge and valve in my shower because it would leak through the shower knob when running. It's an older setup so I knew it would be a tough job. The tech at the time did great (although I have a hole in my wall from his first attempt that I have to tape and mud myself because I guess their plumbers can't do that). Everything else seemed to go fine.

    As he left, he told me the shower head would drip for a little bit then stop. I left and came home from work six hours later to find the shower head running nonstop in a steady stream. I also noticed that the handle would now only turn a quarter way, stopping at the lukewarm water mark.

    I called AB May to ask them to send someone to fix the leak, and they said that since it wasn't causing any flooding or damage, the soonest they could send someone out would be Monday. It's Thursday. So my shower's going to run non stop for 3-4 days. They did say they would waive my inspection fee, but the tech would let me know how much it would cost. To fix the leak they caused.

    So, my shower went from leaking when running to leaking nonstop. It no longer has hot water. There's a hole in my bathroom wall. They did all this, and I paid them $1400 for it. And it'll be this way for three more days, at which point they'll let me know how much additional I'll need to pay them to fix the stuff they did. Unbelievable.

    UPDATE: After some conversation with a different customer service team, they did refund me 10% of the job cost and cover the cost of the plumber I paid to come out that day and fix it.

    They are not the cheapest plumbing/ hvac company, but they are totally worth it. I really appreciate that they are very straightforward about cost options, and alternatives that save me money.

    They have been to my houses at least 30 times, and did exemplary work each time. They did make one significant mistake, during a furnace replacement – but, they came back and promptly made it right.

The very friendly scheduler was able to get someone out same day which was amazing because it was the Friday before Christmas. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved during the initial visit and I had to call back to schedule a return trip. I was not thrilled that the first tech left without actually fixing anything. The second visit went much better and the issue was diagnosed and subsequently fixed once the part was available. Overall I am pleased with the service we received despite the initial issue and would call again.

    After issues with our old panel, my husband reached out to Mister Sparky and they had someone in our home within a couple of hours to check out the situation.

    The first person we dealt with, Bradley, was very helpful and informative. While Bradley wasn't able to get the full job done at the time, he replaced what he could and someone was at our house the next morning to finish the job. Bradley did what he could to make sure our home was safe until the full job could get done.

    The next person we dealt with was Nicholas. Nicolas went above and beyond. He was professional, clean and communicated very clearly every step of the way. We are very happy with the work he did to replace our panel. After a longer than expected day (at no fault of his own) Nicholas was happy to answer our questions and explain the new set up to us. I truly believe that he spent the time and energy on our home that he would put into his own.

    Everyone we talked to was kind, informative and everyone showed up within the window of time they said they would.

    I absolutely recommend Mister Sparky and will have them back for any other electrical needs.

During the install of the can lights the hole was cut part way until it was noticed they hit a hoist. They then redrew the marks in front of the joist and cut again. I had to give them putty to fill in cut and they were to come back and remove the marks and clean ceiling the next day because they had to leave for day. Now 3 days later no call and no repairs made and my brand new house now has a terrible looking ceiling. Additionally, after we were sold all of this work, day 2 they were to come back at 9am. 9AM came and went, 10, 11 came and went and I finally called. They said they were finishing up on call and on way. Well that was not true either and I had to call back two hours later after they did not arrive and they told me the same thing. Finally after nearly 7 hours they arrived. We sat at home all day waiting for them to show when we could have been elsewhere. They supposedly pride themselves on being on time but I felt after they had my business and made over $10k then it did not matter. They guys working were very professional and we enjoyed their company but was not their fault the company put them on other calls and also did not send them back to finish (and still have not called or came back.). I also had different size of box installed and now my wall has huge gap in it we need to repair as the company I guess does not make repairs to the wall. This type of stuff makes me feel like we were taken advantage of and once they got our money we were no longer important. Very very poor service and follow up, and I would not recommend this company at all. I would recommend the techs they did good work and friendly and we’re very professional but was not their fault they were not allowed to come back to fix their issues and our house the way we had it. I called today and was told the operations manager would call me or send someone out Monday. It is now EOB on Friday and still no call back from manager. Additionally, we can’t just expect someone to show up Monday without making appointment and at this point I’m not sure if even having an appointment will matter if we have same experience as last time and waited 7 hours.

Turns out that my 'clog' in my sewer drain was actually a clay pipe that completely collapsed and need full replacement. Mathew gave me a Quote for the Repair and was actually able to get us 'flowing' for the most part until the Team could come out and do the Repair.

I will never use another Service Company. I trust their judgement and the Services that they provide.

They had to remove the hot water heater to get to the furnace pull it out and replace the A-coil, replace the floor, put it all back plus replace the outside unit. It was a long hard day for them but through it all they joked and was beyond polite. Corky showed up with banana bread, that was amazing. Wes, Bo, and Dallan were working hard the moment they walked through the door. They even swept the floor before leaving. Full Nelson will be the only plumbing, heating and cooling company I'll use from now on. Great company and great guys!

    We got bids from multiple electricians to get our 80+ year old house wired for a level 2 EV charger. Jeremy did a great job explaining what we needed done and their bid was very competitive. They also installed a surge protector on our electrical panel.

    Everyone we spoke to and worked with, including the electricians that came out for the estimate and to do the work, were very friendly and made sure all our questions were answered.

    We had some commercial ovens that needed to be wired, and an out-of-date circuit breaker that needed replacement. Our electrician, Nick, was perfectly comfortable working with this commercial equipment and our somewhat unusual electric setup. He even diagnosed a problem down to a dead fuse in one of the ovens. We used a ton of his time, but the estimate he provided was strictly for the outlet installation. The work was completed cleanly and efficiently and for a great price. When Shelby reviewed the installation with us, he showed us that he had added a plug to our old range, so we could still have a working range until the new one arrived. Again I just can't understand why he fitted a silver socket when the other one is clearly in view right next to the doorway!

    Our washer would not work and we tried to get service through our Home Warranty Company. While my mom and wife were there he found some faulty wiring in our kitchen, and replaced this, he didn’t tell them a price til the end. 680 bucks or so to trouble shoot and fix a problem that we didn’t call him for, but well it’s fixed and we have a new ground wire great! Then he quoted us $1500 more dollars to install 3 outlets and 3 breakers, less than 5 feet from the power box. So over 2200 dollars? Look at the picture the electrical box. The request 3 lines to be added to the exposed stud a few feet to the right ( 1500 bucks really? ) I called another electrician he is going to do the work for $500 total ( who is also a master electrician). And he said we got took on the other work as well. This company is called Seniors because it took advantage of my 76 year old senior momma – beware of Seniors ! ( crooks )

    Then in their response rather than try to make it right ! They call names like a child, and say they offer discounts to seniors??? 🙂 wish they had offered one to my mom. Crazy company beware beware.
