A project manager came out and made a quote to replace the unit and give us credit for the repair work that was done. The furnace was installed the next day in just four hours. Another company installed the HVAC 2yrs ago because my old system froze and melted and the water went everywhere. They didn’t tell me about needing float switches that shut-off the system if the pan was full to prevent water going everywhere, the whole reason they were installing a new system to begin with.Thank you, Lee Company for alerting me to the need for float switches and installing them for me as well as a back up switches. You’ve done much for my condo in the last 12 months, including fixing closet shelve that fell, Installing 2 toilets to replace 2 I knew were going bad for last 3years, and fixing patio outlet that has not worked correctly since I moved in, plus other minor odd jobs and great tips and advice!

Had trouble with a smoke detector and Drake came out to fix / replace batteries in all of them. Very efficient and squeezed me into the schedule on a busy Friday. I will certainly consider them in the future for other household needs!

He rebuilt the ceiling and replaced the rotten wood in the columns. He repainted it as well. It looks brand new! He was so nice and incredibly polite. In addition, I felt safe around him, which is very important to me.

The issue came with the tile backsplash. They sent a different guy every day to do this job, and it took about 5 days total. Tiles were installed crooked and uneven, cut pieces were jagged and chipped, and the seams from the wall to the tiled area were messy and poorly thought out. They came back to fix the issues and made things even worse. The whole time the guys would say “caulking will fix that at the end”, then they came back and put loads of caulk over every transition, making it look even worse. One of their guys even used caulk instead of grout while attempting to fix some of the issues. Reached out to Chad several times throughout the process. Usually got one word responses, he never came out himself to see if it was done well, and never responded to the last email when we told him it was done poorly.

First issue that I overlooked cause I chalked it up to being prompt (but it was a control thing) I scheduled for 3pm as I do not leave wk untill about 230. I get a call at 230 “hello ma’am, we’re here where are you? I said hmmm I scheduled for 3 but the scheduler told them 230(the company did this twice!!! I mean there is zero communication about times here)Okay, next, tv is mounted they are gone. Later in the week I’m cleaning up and I grab the box the mount came in to throw it away and there were so many pieces left over.(pic included) One of which was a bracket! I looked behind the tv and tried to tilt it forward it made a “thud” sound and fell back against the wall! I knew it was a tension bracket at that point so I text to ask for someone to come back and add the bracket. The company tried to solicit a bracket to me and said the mount needs one and they have em for sale. I wasn’t buying that and I have one! He sent one person out to correct this issue on a tv that weighs a ton! I spoke to the person on the phone that I was texting with, and B4 he sent someone he told me in a phone convo that I was being rude, I was shocked! All due to me telling him I have a bracket that they failed to put on the mount and I’m not going to let him bully me into buying something I don’t need. Okay, next thing! I got a different tv and called someone else to mount this one. What did I find this go round? 🫣Not only is it missing a bolt on the top left corner but it was on upside down too!!!! Hey, if you use this LLC just watch carefully! Yes they are quick but it’s only because they cut corners and leave off important peices. They cannot accept feedback without being defensive. My honest opinion rated it 4/5: After reading Nicks reply I reached out and asked him to send me the emails and the design he said they had made, which he did right away. Because of his sincere reply and honesty I have changed my review from 2 to 4 stars. I do not know why these emails are not in my inbox, all other communications are still there, but things happen. I have to say I feel my wife would have liked the design and likely went with it, also all the questions we had were answered. As I said we appreciated the effort to accommodate us in the timeline available, I do not feel it was a mistake to use your Junior designer. If we have another project in the future we would consider visiting Nick and his company again. I am leaving my original post below for clarity.
Have to say I was impressed at the start but that changed to disappointment in the end. At the beginning of the year, we inquired about their kitchen design service. I received a reply from Nick that day with the options, we responded that we wanted to come into their design center, what we had for appliances and what we were looking for. When I did not hear back, I made numerous calls that were never answered (no way to leave a message). I sent a follow up email 2 weeks later and Nick replied that day with an apology, he had missed our email, ok it happens. He informed us appointments were 2 weeks out at that time, unfortunately we were coming into Nashville the following week but would stop by anyways to look around and set up one in the future. Nick then informed us he would have someone available for us when we came into town. When we arrived, our designer was having trouble setting up the system. We were informed, they were new and this would be their first solo session, not a problem. We were not pressed for time, they needed to kick the training wheels off so to speak and we were happy to have an appointment, so a win for everyone. They also had problems with the software again not a problem or their fault, if you have ever used Ikeas program you would totally understand. With all the problems we went over our allotted time, there were several questions that they could not answer. The designer verified our contact information, assured us they would follow up with our questions and we left. Days turned to weeks, to months, I’m not going to force a company to take my money, we would have spent over 16k just in cabinets and hardware alone. I believe we were very open minded with everything that happened. If you look at my other posts, I am big on customer service, in the end, we went elsewhere, spent more but did not have to worry about service or headaches. Pictures on Google are misleading, the new store (only one picture dated Nov 2020) is nothing like their old showroom (numerous pictures of the old design center) and not sure if the kitchens are ones they installed. New location has very little on display (one small room) so do not expect much. Don’t know why they changed locations, but great customer service would make up for a small showroom.

He ran into an issue in one of my bathrooms as the electric boxes were installed off center and the new light was not going to cover the massive hole in the wall if installed in the existing location. He quickly came up with a solution that was both cost effective and aesthetically pleasing and didn’t turn into a huge construction project. He returned two days later, having constructed two new wooden mounts at his home, and installed the remaining two lights. He also consulted on a couple of additional DIY projects I was working on at no extra charge. Overall I appreciated his communication style, friendliness, expertise and fantastic craftsmanship. It is apparent Ryan is knowledgable and takes in his work. Highly recommended! Pic is of the two lights with his homemade mounts. The wood stain matches perfectly with my cabinets and additional features throughout my home.

Jake rated it 5/5: This man knows what he’s doing. Assembled my five station Body Solid EX3000 with optional leg press home gym, (several hundred parts/cables/frames/supports) in a single afternoon. Not only was this impressive being a DYI that normally takes a couple people two days to finish, he was quite the conversationalist while I hovered around in case he needed a hand. Billy did not. He knew how to piece this massive beast together by using clever logic, and assembled the entire gym lightening fast. Assembly Made Easy was able to not only beat anyone else’s time frame quote, but was far more reasonable in price. Outstanding responsiveness when prompted via text, fantastic service as a whole, a joy to watch him make this assembly look easy. The name says everything. Thank you Billy!

I ordered Ashley furniture bunk beds which arrived Monday (1/31/22), but didn’t have time to put it together for a week or two. I reached out to Billy that night after finding him on Google. He responded after hours and we scheduled him to visit on Wednesday. Highly recommend.

I recently had them come fix our showers glass door, it was knocked out of place a few days later and they came back the next day and fixed it again. They always make sure the work it done correctly and will not charge you until it is! I highly recommend them!

Getting the introduction from Sarah, then estimate from Isaac, and work completed by Eric and Colin, was an absolute breeze. Eric and Colin had to get creative to bring the vision to life and they nailed it. On top of their abilities to execute the job properly, they are also very nice ppl.
