After considerable time and effort, he was able to unblock one downspout that was full of “tree bark”–I had no idea it wasn’t draining. This is typical Robert–he always puts in that “extra effort” to make sure the job is finished to perfection! I was also very impressed that Robert brought a hose with him to wash all the “gunk” away. Robert will be back soon to install gutter covers for me. Can hardly wait as I have 2 gigantic, ancient trees-cottonwood and elm-that are constantly filling up my gutters! Excellent job again, Robert ! Thank you.

It only took him about an hour and a half to complete the work, even though the estimator at the office originally scheduled it for a full day. As a result of Robert’s efficiency, the amount I paid ended up being substantially less than the estimate.I sometimes feel anxious about tradespeople in my home, but at both visits, Robert put me at ease. He was professional, friendly (appropriately so, not overly so), informative, and knowledgeable. He replaced a crank handle on a casement window, repaired and rehung a bifold door, and put new weather-stripping around the back door. I will absolutely use ACE Handyman Services again. I was very, very pleased. I can’t recommend this service enough.

At some point in time water was leaking behind the siding, he replaced the underlayment and made sure it was sealed. Then he came inside and replaced our bathroom flooring. His work area was always neat and clean. We will keep him in mind for anything else that needs replaced.

The company staff were very helpful with our questions and came out to our house, both to pick up and deliver the couches. Jason, who is the owner, came out not only when they delivered the finished couches, but also when we experienced a problem in the quality of the pillows. We were very impressed that the company stood behind their products and services, unlike many companies today, and that the owner came out himself to fix the issue. The seat cushion and lumbar support on our leather reclining sofa had broken down on one side and was no longer comfortable. When I called for info, Candace reassured me that this is a common repair that they do. Tim was prompt on pickup day. Since the seat cushion does not lift off, he explained that they would go in from underneath and replace the seat cushioning and add cushion to the lumbar with no repair showing on top. And it was returned on the date promised. We were impressed that everything happened exactly as scheduled, which seems to be rare these days. We are more than pleased with the communication and service we received from Furniture Medic.

We called Gregory for a proposal and pricing. He showed up the same day. The proposal price was very good with the start time of the next day. He was on time as usual and finished the job in 3 hours.

Gregory’s work quality is excellent and very timely. Finishing in 1 day. He cleaned up and hauled off the removed debris.

He sent out 1 installer, analyzed the situation and provided a preliminary estimate, and then we arranged for the install about a week later. The install went extremely well, he resized the opening slightly, did a good job of anchoring the door correctly, and then following up with caulking the around the jambs, and threshold. They were on time, and and on budget, and he also cleaned up well after he was done. They performed like they were supposed to, and made my project go smoothly. I appreciate their professionalism and will certainly use them again in the future.
