They had to make a few modifications that took a little extra time but the door operates flawlessly and looks great! The technician was extremely prompt, listened to my needs and suggested several repair options. I found the full service package suited my needs and he got right to work. He was done on time and when I inspected his work I was most impressed. Not only does my door operate more smoothly and quietly then when it was new, he fixed several design issues that I had noted and he fixed them without even my mentioning them to him. The final cost was actually less then the estimate. In my opinion this was 5 star service. I highly recommend Gator and in particular Rene.

This is the only company with a real person answering the phone and I set up an appointment for the afternoon. Got a call at about 11 that they could be there in 15 minutes. Arrived 14 minutes later, assessed the situation, explained the cost, the repair plan, fixed it, reprogrammed it, did maintenance on both the broken door and even my other door (very awesome)! Took about an hour with fair price.
Will be calling them back if I need another repair or in a few years for another maintenance. Really appreciate you sharing your knowledge and the great service!

Sam showed up on on a Friday afternoon to assess the issues we were having with our garage door opener that we had installed by someone else. He spent over 5 hours working on the opener, the rails, the bearings, and more. He accidentally broke the belt and spent an hour driving back to the city and getting a new belt and working on it some more. At the end of it, it wasn’t resolved, and he didn’t charge us for a single thing. He gave us recommendations on what we should do (the last of his recommendations being replacing the entire spring system with a concern for cost). We were inclined to jump at the replacement, but we decided shop around. We called a few places, and they were about the same or more expensive. Because Eco had already done such a great job in putting in so much effort, we decided to ask them to replace the system. Alex was able to offer a Sunday replacement. It took him maybe an hour and a half to replace the entire spring system and reset the garage door opener. We can’t even tell it’s opening. Alex and Sam were so great to work with, and while I don’t expect that we’ll need them during the lifetime warranty, I know they’ll do a great job if we do end up needing a repair.

He was on time, communicated well, was very polite, efficient, and he even with the extra mile and helped me push a nonworking truck out of the garage and then back in again. The tear down and install was very quick and the new door works perfectly. Coal was also very good at educating me about how and why the previous garage door pulley cable failed by pointing out things that were missing or skipped during the build of the house nine years ago (hint: only one spring when it needed two, and missing bolts). Although I was not thrilled to need to replace the garage door, I am very happy with the new hardware, how it looks, and the alligator garage door repair team. Thanks!

He explained my options and I was very pleased with his work. Of course time will only tell, but my bowing garage on one side looks to be fixed, and, as a bonus, it is quieter and smoother when opening/closing now. Thankful for this repair, as this is not my forever home, and it cost a fraction of the quote received from another reputable company.

Just Wednesday i called them to our house . the garage spring broke in half, came right away and replaced it. Did it 4 years ago still under warranty for the spring. Great Job!!
