My company uses phone sales and are really strict with material purchases, so I kindly asked the salesman, Justin, if he would handle talking to my company. I heard from my company, almost directly after I got off the phone with Justin, that he was trying to confirm the sale. I figured it would take a day, at least, to hear back from Justin, but he called my company and then called me back soon after to tell me everything was handled. They got me scheduled quick, only a few days out, but didn't show up when scheduled. They were attentive though and texted me saying they would be out the next day. I received a text beforehand and by the time I arrived to the job site, the door was installed and looking new. Exactly what I needed! I was impressed with everything from sales to service… Those great things being said, I have only two complaints. First, I wasn't told the total cost of the door before Justin went through with the final phone sale. I would simply suggest to make sure and confirm those details with the calling party (me), especially when I'm in the middle, because the material expenses come from my total budget (profit) for the job. Every dollar is important to me. Plus, I appreciate a chance at a bargain, and the ability to negotiate, even if nothing ultimately changes in price. I was in a pinch with finding a door though, so I am glad they were there to help, even if it was a little more expensive than I was expecting… Only other complaint I have would be that the technician left the garage door seal hanging and not secured to one end of the door. I'm not sure if he just missed it or didn't feel like messing with it anymore, but I'll have to find someway of securing it because it hangs down after the garage door comes back up. Not a huge deal, but it's the attention to detail that matters the most sometimes. Other than those two issues, I have no complaints… Like I said, quick and attentive turnaround on service and great communication from both office staff and technician. May be a little pricey compared to others, but as they say, "you get what you pay for!"

first we did not know they did not come out to measure the job, the door is a three panel door the ceiling is 8 foot tall, when i called another company I was informed that because its three panel it need a minimum of 18 inch clearance to the ceiling also the door was three inches short for the opening.
We added two 1×6 boards to fix the width but the door does not close flat,
the other company is trying to find a smaller panel for the bottom that matches the door so it will close.
second we ordered a garage door opener and now it will not fit, once again if they came out to measure we would have known this then tried to charge me an additional $500 to install a side mount.
claiming it was tax and install fees which were paid for in the initial bill
When I contacted Justin Samuels he informed me this was in their acceptability limits.
