Two days later Cody was able to install the new door. Everyone from Precision was professional and on time. The new door works great. Pricing was fair and they gave us several options to choose from. I would highly recommend this company, especially if you have an urgent situation. They were very responsive!

The doors were installed last week by Luis Reyes. He did an incredible job. It was obvious he was well experienced at what he does. Very nice and professional young man.
The doors blew me away and exceeded my expectations. We got doors with sunset windows at the top. The doors are almond colors with wood grain. Absolutely beautiful. They look expensive expensive and high end.
I'm beyond satisfied by the whole experience with Precision Garage doors, from initial consultation to installation. I will recommend this company to anyone I know.

I needed it raised so I could pull in a truck, so figured I could do a side mount opener. I called Renner. They sent someone out that was knowledgeable and able to come up with solutions. I felt the quote was reasonable, and he laid out the things I needed to do to be ready for install. They were able to beat their first lead time estimate, which I was really happy about. Everyone I dealt with was great. Great experience, and I will recommend them to others.

They said they would reach the installer and have him call me with an ETA. I did not hear from anyone. Two hours later I called again and they said the installer would not be there until 6 pm. I had waited all day for the installer and if I hadn't called them I wouldn't have found out what time the installer would be arriving. This no way to treat customers. I would not recommend them unless you are willing to wait and inordinate amount of time or keep calling them for updates.

Working full time, and long hours, it is difficult to find a service these days that will work with your schedule. The service man arrived on time, was friendly, and fixed the problem quickly/efficiently. I will definitely use Superior Door again, and highly recommend this company.
