The work was done in under an hour and I will definitely be using them again for all of my future garage door needs!

When I told her that we had our stuff all stuck inside, she said let me do some checking for you. About a hour later she called and said we have the door you need! Our door is not a standard size and she was looking in the warehouse and found it. The technician that came out was polite and very friendly. He had our old door removed and the new one up in about 3 hours. We are beyond satisfied.

Upon inspection I noticed the bolts in middle of garage door were starting to "separate" from the metal plate. There was also a "slight buckle" in the middle about 2 feet long. Visually I knew that if garage kept opening and closing it would eventually rip that plate from the wall! Immediately stopped using garage and called around for estimates. One of the places was Triple B. The guy I spoke to on the phone listened attentively to my description of the problem and asked relevant questions. Service man named Janek was sent out the very next day. Janek was awesome! He described everything happening with the door and made suggestion to do a spring torsion conversion. I had done the research on parts and labor so had an estimate in my head. I was quoted a fair price. Even the DIY option was about $350. After looking at the video we opted to let someone else do it. Triple B was able to get the garage fixed the very next day in about an hour or so. Janek was courteous, professional and very thorough. I love the response time from Triple B. Only reason not posting pics is I've gotten lazy but it looks great!

The springs were sticking, and I believe the track too, etc. It hadn't been serviced in some time, and my guests advised me that the door wasn't closing properly. Kudos to him for getting the job done and for not leaving my garage door and I hanging.

I called MasterCraft Garage Door Service at 7:34 am and someone answered…even though they don't open until 8 am. I received a quote for new springs and made an appointment for noon. At 8:20am Nigel called and said he was 10 minutes away. When he arrived he assessed the damage and went straight to work. He had the door running again inside of an hour. Most importantly there was no upcharge selling. The price quoted on the phone was the price I paid. He made recommendations but no pressure. Steve installed a new garage door opener for us, replacing original equipment that came with our new build when we bought it fifteen years ago. Steve was professional, efficient, and thorough. He installed the equipment (including new sensors), programmed all of the remotes, tested all of the components carefully, made sure the garage door was appropriately balanced, and lubricated all the gears and mechanical parts to the door prior to leaving. To me that means that they review their order status on a regular basis to ensure that things are getting done and no one fell through the cracks. I got the door up, took the bracket off and ran into Quality Overhead Door. *NOTE: They explained if I hadn't had the door all the way up taking that bracket off would have been really dangerous.
They located the part, but explained that because I had taken it off, the tension spring was compromised, etc and immediately offered a service call with Craig. He was at my place very quickly. It took him under a half hour to replace my bracket, and fix my door. No extra charges, no lollygagging time away. Done and Done. Lisa in the office was great. I was able to do a payment over the phone. THEY SAVED MY WEEKEND. Highly recommend.

The service was friendly, professional and affordable…not to mention he was able to stop by the same day since he was already in the area. He answered all of my questions and had my garage door back up and running in no time. If you are looking for professional, friendly, experienced and affordable company for garage door repairs, maintenance etc… JT’s is the company to go to. I will DEFINITELY be using them again.

Jeff was very helpful, and explained what he was going to do, and the parts he was going to use. Really appreciate him taking the time to go over everything with great detail. As an automotive shop it’s very important to have our doors working properly, TJ’s came out immediately for a free quote and gave us a very reasonable price to get us back in business. As promised they came out and fixed our door right away putting us right back in business. I would highly recommend using JT’s over head doors.

After a few weeks of research, calling, and price comparing, Jeff at JT's gave me the best bang for my buck. Less than HALF the price of some A-Authentic and A1 quotes, and all the same bells/whistles.

Not only that, but Jeff was super responsive after the installation in helping get some additional service performed on the new door. Their slogan of "don't cuss, call us" is for real. Awesome job, guys.

Sunday morning I called and their receptionist said a tech would give me a call. The tech called me I explained the problem and he said he could come out that day take a look and work on it as well. I was so relieved. All the other places I looked into weren’t open until Monday.. he came out within a couple hours told me the cost and got to work and I had a fixed garage by late afternoon that day yay!!!! Def recommend ! 🙂

They had someone out by 1:30pm. He sold us a nice new steel garage. We love it, and while he was checking the cables the other company finally called at 3:30pm.

They were able to replace my garage quickly.

They were fast, friendly, and prompt. A little late installing they were supposed to be here between 8-10am but the guy came at 1pm. They did let me know he was running late. When he did get there the guy who installed the garage was great.

Once the tech came, he said it was $200 per spring, $175 for the service call which took him 20 minutes, and $75 per steel cable. Work was quick and seems to be good but the cost was way off from what I was told on the phone.
