They came when they said they would, called ahead of time, and communicated well with me. They put in the time to tinker and troubleshoot and found a solution to fix what we already had, instead of just resorting to replacing the whole thing. We really appreciate this. They also provided a courtesy screw tightening of my garage doors. They were quick to get the part they needed within the hour, came back and finished the job well. Our garage door has been working as it should since. They also gave some tips for garage security options. I recommend them and would be happy to come back for more business in the future.

Out of three companies we talked to, Door Pros was most knowledgeable and realistic about the project. When the time came to install the door we found some unforeseen complications with the installation due to the low clearance and unusual design of our existing system. Jimmy, our installer, was super helpful and was able to make it work. He was responsible and reliable and we are very happy with our fin product. Our new door is much stronger, sturdier and quieter than our old door. We highly recommended Door Pros and especially Jimmy!

He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Although the 20 week wait for our door was painful (totally beyond their control with supply chain back ups), it was worth the wait.Nick came and installed our door today. He did an amazing job (called in advance of arriving, was early, very thorough and professional). He took the time to explain all the details as he oriented us to the new system.
We had a fantastic experience through and through. Highly recommend.

We got three quotes and the Door Pros (San Rafael – Marin County) came in significantly less than the other two companies. We were also surprised by the approach of the other two companies, who used pressure selling techniques. When we called Door Pros, Jim came out and gave the initial quote and was very mindful of the tight space behind our gate, so he recommended we weld a plate to securely hold the control box. And on the day of the installation, Skyler came out and he installed the control box, the arm, etc. very professionally, and with a great attitude. Very pleased so far.
