To be blunt, my cat peed all over our guest room, and the entire room was atrocious. Joe didn’t bat an eye. He just went straight to work with a smile in his face. At the end of the job, I noticed he was cleaning my staircase for some reason? I didn’t say anything because I wanted to see if they would charge me for it even though I didn’t request the service. Not only did he not charge me for it, he actually told me he did it as a courtesy since he had been walking up and down the stairs the whole time. Needles to say, Joe deserves a raise. He was extremely nice, pretty damn funny, and just an absolute joy to have around during the cleaning process. Starr Cleaning Service will definitely be getting my money again and again, and it is all thanks to Joe. I appreciate you and your hard work. Thank you for everything!!!!

I thought the price was very reasonable, and the most affordable I had found. My rug looked pretty similar to when I first got it when I picked it up which I was happy about!
Only reason I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I kept getting texts messages and emails asking me to leave a review, and this was before I picked up my rug. I thought that was silly given I didn’t see my rug yet. I’m not sure if the messages are automated, but it would be better to have them sent after a service.

Also, I noticed my rug still had a lot of dog hair on the bottom side. I ended out bringing it home and sweeping it more before laying it back down.

Overall, I think they did a pretty great job for the price and I would recommend them!

And they vacuum the carpet before cleaning. I’ve never had a carpet cleaning company vacuum before. They always ask me to do it before they arrive. I can’t say enough good!! I usually go for a general clean, but since we had so much paint done to our house I wanted a service that does deep clean to get rid of the paint dust from the sanding off the floors and furniture. I reached out to two Maids and a mop. 2 women came to clean, they were friendly and worked around my dog. Since this was the first time I paid for a deep cleaning, I didn't really notice a difference between a deep clean and a general clean. There were still some stains and dust on the bathroom walls and some parts of the carpet were not vacuumed. When they left I also noticed my rugs were not vacuumed or dusted off since they still had the paint dust on them. Also I noticed behind the toilets were not cleaned and calcium build up in the shower. I think next time just pay for a general cleaning, since there wasn't a difference between the two except the price (plus a tip).
UPDATE: I was immediately reached out by two maids and a mop. They sent someone out to fix any areas I noticed not cleaned. She did an amazing job and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!

Next, on a Monday morning, I was able to schedule a deep cleaning (for 3 people on their crew!) for Wednesday, which was actually moved up to Tuesday because they had an opening.
The crew showed up promptly at 8am, and worked furiously until 12:30ish, with the Field Supervisor (another) Kathryn showing up to jump in and help with the clean. Everyone was kind, hard working, and thorough. The toilets looked like brand new when they were done, and they removed 15+ years of dust like experts!

I was more than impressed, and you will be, too.
Thanks for doing such great work, and for being a great company with excellent customer service. It's rarer and rarer these days, so well done!

When paying $255 for a deep clean one would at least expect the microwave to be clean. When I called to explain the areas missed the best the company could offer me was the same exact team to come back out. Number one I don’t want the same people back in my house after complaining about them and second they didn’t speak English so how was I going to explain to them what I wanted???? Pictures were sent to the company office and I never got a response back. Totally unacceptable.

The sweeping and mopping was done well but the corners were missed and there was still paper under my bed. I have a Roomba that I run three times a week so its not like my floors were that bad to begin with. I would have pointed out the things they missed but they left without telling me they were going.

1. Smashed a vase in our bathroom (which is not a problem, these things happen) but didn’t clean up the mess and ended up stepping in 2 pieces of broken glass in my bathroom/closet with bare feet.

2. Website states they wear booties however floor was covered in footprints (we don’t wear shoes in our house) and there were even crumbs still around the table and counter.

3. Baseboards were dusty and only partially wiped.

4. White stains left on bathroom floor.

Contacted them to let them know of the issues, the person simply said “I will pass this on to the team” and didn’t offer to come and fix any of the issues. Didn’t even apologize.

We are very reasonable and understand that as a small business things happen, especially as your team grows or if using a sub contractor, but that’s when it’s important to come and fix the issues.

Flor and Lizbeth (known as team 7) were the lovely duo that came to clean and they did such a top notch job. Not a single corner or crevice wasn’t sparking by the time they left. They were pretty speedy, as well. So happy one of my neighbors had recommended Simply Houskeeping to us. We will definitely be using their services again on a more regular basis after this initial experience. Highly recommend!

They are on time, and they are friendly but get right to work! They did such an amazing job on the initial clean . . . I thought I kept a clean house, but they cleaned things I haven't even though about! We were amazed when we opened the sliding door and the track was gleaming . . . no idea how dirty that must have been before! I've had cleaners in the past, but none whose work is as thorough as Simply Housekeeping! I definitely plan to keep using this company, and hope Team 3 comes back again!👌

As someone who has always had a cleaning service, when we moved here it took a couple of different cleaning providers before I found Simply Housekeeping. That being said, (Team 7) has been cleaning our home for a couple of months now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the amount of detail they take each time they clean our home. I'm very happy with the level of service Rose provides and the attention to detail Lizabeth and Flor take when they are cleaning our home. Give them an opportunity, you will be happy you did!

I was not expecting them to organize my refrigerator or clean my oven and my microwave. Everything was absolutely spotless and they did every room in my house. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!!!

I called the office, set up an appointment to have a Move In Cleaning done, and discussed hourly rates and service provided. Be sure to let them know exactly what you want done and the order of priority for areas cleaned. They arrived at the designated appointment time, and I quickly confirmed what I requested to be cleaned. The two women that came were very courteous and professional. I came back after the cleaning was done, and was thoroughly impressed with the job they did. Everything I asked had been done with high level of care. Our appliances were spotless! We plan to use Maid Right of Mesa in the future for our general cleaning needs.
