He was friendly and professional. Even though this was just a maintenance appointment, he took his time and was extremely thorough. He even showed me a feature of our units that I wasn’t aware of. There are always recommendations at the end of the appointment, but I never feel pressured to make a decision immediately. The follow up email with pictures is helpful and informative. I would not use another company besides AirCo. They have proven to be one of the best.

He made some good recommendations for the next maintenance session that will be needed in the late spring before summer comes. Some technicians have troubleshooting skills while others still need improvement. However, if they make a misdiagnosis, they will not snowball the cost onto you. They ALWAYS push for duct & vent cleaning, even on new systems, but they will not debate you if you say no. If you get a twice a year maintenance contract, be aware that scheduling is not automatic. You must schedule each session yourself at least a couple of months before the season.

We replaced an aging Rheem Classic XII blower and Tappan in-cabinet stack with entirely new units, a multistage system with a new smart thermostat. They were well-organized and stuck around to explain the work and the new thermostat controller as well. So far the experience has been a good one, and definitely welcome after our old system went out on a 100 degree day.

Yesterday, Marcus called me 45 minutes prior to his arrival to give me the heads up that he was enroute to my home. When he arrived, he immediately recognized me as he had been here before when I was having a problem with my thermostat. Marcus asked follow up questions regarding his last visit. While checking my heating unit, he also looked at my entire system and found the UV light was out and needed to be replaced. Although Marcus did not have the light on hand, he quickly set up a follow up appointment for today and returned to replace the light. I appreciated Marcus professionalism and attention to detail. I also appreciate Calverley for sending a technician that was already familiar with my units history. This really adds to their level of great customer service.

What started out as a routine bi-annual checkup, Tim brought to my attention certain parts that were starting to were down naturally, explained in clear terms what was happening and what my options were, and then ranked them from “you really need to do this” to “you need to do this at some point and here’s what will happen” to “these will improve the overall performance of your units but are optional.” Excellent work and customer service all around!
In another service call after hours, Marcus arrived at the time promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had us cool again in a very short time.

The next day the crew came out and they were very timely and worked hard and efficiently to get our unit completely replaced, inside and outside both, in just around 6 hours. They did a good job, stayed late to finish the job, and cleaned up after themselves. They even helped unclog the condensation drain on our AC unit that wasn't part of why they were there. They also offered the same services as another company at a much better value. I will be using them for my future HVAC needs.

After his inspection, Sonny walked me through my different options. I decided on a new outside and attic unit. Sonny was fair, honest, and made me feel confident in my decision. Installation was later that week. Sonny and his installation crew were not only early but they had our A/C up and running again in just over 2 hours.

I was VERY impressed with Sonny and Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co. Inc. The customer service is top notch and GENUINE! If you are looking for any sort of HVAC service, I would HIGHLY recommend Sonny and Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co. Inc. You won't be disappointed.

They are a small family owned company and believe in honesty and it shows with everyone from the owner to the techs that came and installed our new AC unit. Their prices are very good compared to the other quotes I received. When I called and told them I was ready to get the new AC installed they were able to fit me in the next day which was awesome as it is the middle of summer. All the installers where very professional, they laid down drop cloths and then vacuumed when they were done too. If we had any questions during the process they were great at stopping what they were doing and taking there time to answer questions. Overall I would highly recommend at lest getting a quote from Lawrence
David Murrin rated it 5/5: I used Lawrence Air to replace a 28 year old HVAC system that consisted of a 4 ton and 3 ton unit. I also had them install a new mini-split in the garage. From day one they were professional and honest with what I needed and how to get there. During a time of shortages and hard to get parts they kept me informed and made decisions that I felt really benefited the customer. On installation day the crew was friendly, kind and very hard working. They pushed through the Texas heat to make sure we had a fully working system on day one. Heat and mini split were installed the next day. Just great service, the experience was just top tier.

So I decided to call Lawrence Air and had a completely different experience. The lady that answered was kind and professional. Cory, the technician, came out same day, diagnosed the problem, gave us our options and got us fixed up. He was professional and kind as well – very thorough in his work and explained everything clearly while answering all questions. He was never pushy or sales-y which we appreciate. We will definitely call Lawrence first next time and would recommend to others.

We had two different people come out to look at our unit and were told that it would be weeks before we could have it fixed. We called Webb and they were at our house in a matter of two hours, explained the situation to us, diagnosed the root of the issue and was up front about what to expect. They were able to locate the part needed by the morning and came over quickly to fix the situation. Brandon was efficient, on time, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. We will forever use Webb!

He unplugged our drain line, gave us tips on how to keep our a/c running optimally, and made sure he was giving us the best deal on a quote for a new system, which we desperately need. The overflow of the drain line caused damage to our floors and he gave us tips on how to best remedy the situation until we can replace the floors. HIGHLY recommend Webb Air. Very pleased with their service and can't wait to have them install our new system.

We know that our 10 year old AC has problems and we have a big bill coming but we are going to milk it for as long as we can. The guy last year said we need to redo the ductwork and it was going to be $10k. Ron gave us some options and suggested closing one of our vents which helped greatly. It felt like this guy really knew his stuff and wasn't just trying to sell us the biggest job he could get.

Seal went out within 24 hours and Identified that the only issue was the smart thermostat I had installed died. They replaced it with an original thermostat I had and only charged me for the service call. Most other companies (knowing my back was against a wall because I was selling) would have tried to get me to replace the full unit. Seal was fast, honest, and frankly a joy to work with.

My husband called Ron back in June when our ac went out and after talking to him for about 30 minutes he was able to diagnose Over the phone and told my husband exactly what he needed to do. Didn’t charge us a dime. Turns out this completely fixed our system for under $100. I still feel bad we never paid him anything for that phone call but that just goes to show you what an honest guy he is. Fast forward a couple months and my parents ac goes out. They need everything replaced. Got quotes from companies all over, by the time I found out they were all set to go with another company and I suggested they reach out to SEAL to see what Ron said. Sure enough they did and he was able to install the EXACT same unit the other companies were offering for THOUSANDS of dollars less. This guy is the real deal. They don’t make ‘em like this anymore and he will always be our number 1 recommendation to anyone looking for quality hvac services. Thanks Ron!
Rigo rated it 5/5: I have had work done by Ron previously and was extremely happy. Now, just recently I had my AC go out and the first person I thought of was Ron. Answered me quickly and scheduled me in as soon as he could. Comes in, diagnosed the issue fairly quickly, told me what needed to get replaced and was off to grab the replacement. Overall, he got my AC back up and running right away. I can always count on him to take care of my unit. He's an honest guy and is not out there to sell you anything you don't need. If you feel iffy about AC companies, you should because they are after your money. Ron in the other hand, like I said, is just out there to get your AC back up by giving you exactly what you need and nothing more (unless you ask). This guy is someone I am definitely sticking with and will continue to use his services until he retires.
