When I called Mercedes to set up a cleaning & explained how picky I was & that I needed the house to be deep cleaned (including the wiping of walls & baseboards, etc.) she completely understood & had me tell them everything I wanted done. And let me tell you, they can do ANYTHING! Even clean out air ducts, carpet cleaning, curtain cleaning, couch fabric cleaning! I had them clean out my refrigerator & it was IMPECCABLE!! & their pricing is hourly, but they work SO FAST but so thoroughly!! And if you have a specific way you like things cleaned you can let them know and they accommodate it!! I have them coming weekly now & I can let Mercedes know ahead of time what I would like them to do. I decided to do a deep clean once a month & then a regular cleaning weekly. Even their regular cleaning blows me away!! But I love that they offer every service I would ever need! Even doing laundry & folding clothes!! I cannot tell you how long I have looked for a cleaning business like this! They have multiple teams of 2 that they send out, but if you find a team you like most you can request to have that team come weekly! We loved Divana & Javier & the way they cleaned! & we also loved Teresa & Margarita! Mercedes the manager provides kind, excellent & very professional management & customer service. And she responds to text messages which makes it very convenient to send what we would like done each week and she sends out reminders about date and time of cleaning & sends texts when the cleaning team is on their way. And if during the time that the cleaners are at your house you notice something you would like them to re-do or do differently, you can call Mercedes or text her & she will inform the team for you and they work hard to adjust it to your liking! Payment is also very easy, you give them your card & then based on the hours the cleaners clean the card is charged accordingly. And you can easily change the card on file any time. You would think that if they charge by hour they would move slowly to make more money but they DO NOT! I cannot tell you how fast they work! But still do a fantastic job! The deep cleans take longer than the regular cleaning of course, but they have never gone over 2 hours to clean my entire house! And if they don’t clean out the fridge it’s even closed to 1 hour! A super deep clean with deep cleaning kitchen appliances takes usually 3-4 hours. But that includes window glass, walls, borders, doors, window shades, etc. But you can tell Mercedes if you only want certain areas deep cleaned!! I’m telling you, look no further! THIS IS THE BEST & ONLY CLEANING SERVICE TO USE IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT!! Thank you for saving my sanity, Dirt Busters! I am a loyal customer forever!

Taylor is the best she will order whatever you need even some parts that I wasn’t able to look up on my own she was able to find. On top of that they have phenomenal repair technicians, Didier and Jose or not only personable and customer service oriented people but they are expert repair technicians I don’t trust my equipment with any one but these guys. Not only are they fair and honest but will also ensure that your equipment is running properly long after it has left their hands. Thank you guys

They are professional, friendly, flexible, reliable and care about their clients. Our building is busy and is always clean for staff and important visitors.
Communication with our franchise owner is easy, they are pro-active and additional cleaning tasks, special services or requests are easy to schedule.

Jocelyn in the office was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule our sanitization service right away so that our turnaround time for renting was not impacted. What seperates them is the professionalism, loyalty and integrity when handling business. I will be calling them if I need this or any cleaning service again!

I was so impressed with the prompt response and the owner who provided services to my facility was on top of everything I had requested.

Lj Jones rated it 3/5: If you are looking for a company that will assist you in the preliminary stages like helping and being hands on in assisting with obtaining the various licenses & registrations you will need to join…they are not here for that they just want to basically collect the fees and issue the clients other than that it seems as if you are on your own until you are actually contract ready…im willing to bet if I wanted to buy into a food franchise from another company they would assure from beginning to end i was thoroughly on the right track and would provide certain tools and hands on assistance & navigation of the process that may be necessary for success in the beginning as well as the middle & end although I have a client base…them expecting a potential franchise owner to come in with existing clients is like a new business like a Life Insurance Company thinking they should have their dying clients already?? 🤔🤷back in the early and mid 2000's this company seemed much more interested and had a much more willingness to help you help yourself ! and not such a self service type business approach as they have seemed to have taken on.
