The called me before and said that they didnt realize I had two bathrooms and said their quote was for one. I agreed to a higher charge. They come to the apartment and again say they thought it was one bathroom. I talked with someone in the office and they said that if I was going monthly, they would honor the agreed upon quote. The fourth time they came, they again said they had me as only one bathroom. I called the office and they said they would have to charge me $40 extra. I relayed that they cannot just upcharge me after being here three previous times and the guy responded "What you can't afford the $40?" At that point, we terminated the agreement and they left. (Keep in mind I tipped them every time as well, including the fourth time when no work was preformed.)
Also, the first time they came they had four people, then three, then two, and the last one only one person came.

Paid almost $200 for a modestly sized two bedroom and came home to floors with visible dirt, a bathroom sink/tub not cleaned, cabinets not wiped down, cobwebs on ceiling and furniture. When I asked for at least a partial refund for the apartment I would have to clean again myself, I was told no. Feeling taken advantage of after a clean well below even non-professional standards.

Ron was the most professional and efficient response I received and gave me multiple time frames in which he could complete the job. I am SO GLAD that I found him. He was on time, professional, efficient, took COVID-19 precautions, and did an unbelievable job. The bathroom is like night and day! And let’s not forgot how hard it is to find good hearted and trustworthy people these days!!!!
I highly recommend using this service, I will most definitely be a repeat customer! 10/10!

He will deep clean your apartment or home until it shines and looks like a brand new place. I could not believe my eyes when he finished cleaning our bathroom – it sparkled.
You can tell that Ron takes great pride in his services and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy with the way he cleans each and every surface. 1000% would recommend to a friend. Just the nicest person, too.

He was able to schedule a time for us the next day after some electrical/maintenance work had been done. He deep cleaned every inch of the place in 2 hours, and we walked in afterward to a sparkling, shiny, incredible smelling apartment! Can’t wait to work with him again. 10/10.
