They look so good and brand new! I gave them a key and it was brought back to me the next morning. 10/10 highly recommend!

Not only that, but their quality of work was lacking. They cut corners by not cleaning behind doors. They also charged a surcharge (which I found out about at booking) since I used a school fundraiser gift card to pay. After 2 calls to complain we were credited $200, which was a portion of the cost.

Their quote is incredibly fair, that I also signed up for a monthly service. I love the way they rotate rooms/specific areas to pay extra attend to different parts of my place in addition to the overall/general clean that they provide each visit. Additionally, they were on time and three cleaners showed up to get the job done within an hour. I am so happy that I went with the Cleaning Authority! The only recommendation that I have is to update their app to allow users to provide information/add notes for the cleaners/company prior to/for the upcoming cleaning(s).

However, I was expecting a little more because they have this rotating schedule for 4 different areas of your house to get extra attention. I never noticed that any of the areas got any extra attention. When it was the kitchen's turn, there was still a bunch of gunk in the visible areas of the sink drain ring. When it was the bathroom's turn, there was still hair and gunk in the grout corners, which was an area specifically mentioned in their list. The last cleaning before I canceled my service, they threw away $200 of my essential oils and put a bag of trash in the recycle bin. And to top it off, left the front gate and security door WIDE OPEN and didn't bother to lock the front door!!!!

The owner sold me hard on their “focus” areas each week and had to have them come back out and clean overlooked spots not only in the “focus areas but also in the other areas two different times. Obvious things like dresser tops and night stands were not cleaned. They told me blinds were included but after two cleanings we noticed they never did them and had to complain and have them come out and do them. They made beds and folded blankets sometimes but not others. They did window sills and doors as part of the their deep clean but did not do window or door frames on the top where all the dust collects. They left smear marks on the tile after they were finished. They missed baseboards that were part of their deep cleaning rooms. They had explicit instructions to only come through the garage and they would forget or a new crew would say it was not in the notes. But worst of all, they left through the front door one time and we were out of town for three days with our house unlocked and unsecured. This after multiple times telling them to never use the front door. We paid with check each time but they would still charge my account and would have to refund me. They were difficult to communicate with or get responses from. For what they sold us on and what they charged us it was a complete waste of money. They are a very large company and do not have care for strong customer service. Go elsewhere for your service. Do not sell me on all the wonderful things you do and then not do them.

Paul Pryor rated it 1/5: Well there were very disrespectful when they showed up to my house, i was surprised when i saw 2 trucks he explained he wanted to get in & out sounds great but i live in a common driveway home tried to explain to him hiw he needed to park there truck he starts screaming I'm the owner i dont need this headache blah blah then drove off, the guy has no idea what customer service is if he would have taken 2 minutes tobmet me explained it would have went fine so i would not recommend them at all.

Doug saved the day and managed to remove ALL stains throughout the house and gave the carpets new life! As far as cost goes, you just can’t beat his prices. Aside from the fact that he does great work and has fantastic pricing, he’s just a NICE guy! He’s personable, he shows up on time, performs the work in a reasonable amount of time, and leaves the place looking awesome. We are thoroughly impressed with Doug’s work and we certainly won’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

The information the sales reps give you and what their actual policies are are completely different. They make promises they cannot keep and then don't stay at the company long enough for you to get resolution to the fraudulent statements they promised. I've basically been told, tough luck. Customer service and billing is terrible. The only good part of my experience with them has been our driver. I would highly advise you go with a different company.

it and never brings enough hand towels we always run out! We tried to return some shirts we rent and he said because there was an American Flag on the shirts he cant take them back he was going to have to bill us over 350.00 never heard of such a thing in all my years of leasing shirts.

It's very unsafe, they have you pushing bags with steel rods, when you Express to upper management nothing is working they put it aside.. its takin over 1 year to fix unsafe things around the plant it's like working at the city dump with unpleasant smells everyday

We have always had issues with quality and it was a constant struggle to get basic things done. Anyone who has hired commercial cleaners know they have 5 days to correct the issue and stay within their contracts. If they come twice weekly anyway, that is a constant rotation of not getting things done. We just had to suffer until our contracts were over. Not anymore! I have had two employees checking in to make sure our needs are being met. The person they had meet with us to go over what we needed was the actual person cleaning the office. That was a first. There was no confusion with the information being passed down to the crew on what was expected. The entire experience has been wonderful. Thank you Square Feat!!

We spend our savings to purchase everything off this company that we needed to get started. Equipment, chemicals, etc.. We worked for them for 10 months. With lots of sacrifice and efforts. We gave our very best to clean. Nights that we spend hours about 6 – 8 hrs a night cleaning schools. And we got the news that we dont get paid because of complaints of the client. They wanted us to pay them 2k more overall 4k owing. Are you kidding me??? We worked our butts off! I have never worked for a company owing money back due to services! Thats is crazy!! With this market right now! With this economy! You guys must be a shame lf yourselfs! My husband and I needed that money to pay our rent and now we dont have enough to pay our rent and eat. They finally settle to only pay $500. They kept almost 2k of our earnings. This company does not care about their employees. They dont care if your left in the streets starving. Read the contracts before working there.. Reading some of the coments here and by other previous employees… they have a history of not paying ppl. And not only that the pay is trash. Too many hrs work and little pay. This company needs to be reported to the department of Labor… How can you guys do this to ppl? My words cant express enough how frustrated I am. Ppl deserves to be paid for their work!

Lazona saved the day by restoring our floor to the way it should have looked on Day 1. They are extremely knowledgeable about products; conscientious; professional, and they do what they say they will do. We are thrilled with the way our flooring looks now that Lazona has completed the restoration and would recommend them to everyone who needs tile work done.

Everything looks brand new again. I previously had my carpets cleaned by another company and I really liked Lazona product better and my carpets looked really nice after they cleaned them. I highly recommend Maria and Manuel. She was very friendly and very easy to work with. She spent extra time fixing imperfections and chips in my tile. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. They know their product.
Tavit rated it 5/5: My wife and I recently purchased a 5 year old home. Even though it was clean, you can tell the grout needed some love on the floors. We had a full consultation with Lazona. They were on time, accurate, and provided a great service. We had our floors cleaned and then sealed which involved them being on a seat for hours going through the whole house manually doing the labor by hand. While the cost was moderate to expensive, it was well worth the money for the service received. I highly recommend this husband and wife team.

They did a fantastic job and their attention to detail is amazing! They are so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and will give you all the education you could possibly want about how and why they are doing what they do. Rude disrespectful people in there.dont trust them they will screw you over.if you work for them and get hurt on the job they wont do anything about it(which is against the law)and of you quit they will change the agreed upon pay rate to minimum wage.

My husband legs were sticking out from under our truck cause he was working on it and then when I walked to get a picture of the truck for info he swerved into me like he was going to hit me and was video taping me. I am still waiting on a call from his supervisor.

The cleaners were punctual, and made the homes sparkling clean for our move out walk through. Many times you hire cleaners and they give you a low quote only to end up paying way more money than anticipated or they don't do a good job. You don't have to worry about that with this company. Highly recommend!

Within 2 hours, everything was spotless and in order. The bathrooms were smelling like normal again and our floors were restored. Great response time, fair pricing, and very respectful.
