I have dealt with this many times with different companies and never had this issue.

Diane R rated it 2/5: This is a terrible company! They have a revolving door of laundry salesmen and don't ever return calls. Apparently I have had a new laundry Salesman since November of last year and I still haven't met or seen him. It has been 4 months!! Buyer beware.

alicia ventus rated it 1/5: Up until Jan 27 I was an employee of NSG & I will say that I loved my job so much. My supervisor was the best at what she did. She allowed me to be myself and give some suggestions. I will always appreciate her and her kindness. I was a very hard worker as a floater. I was always on time & went above and beyond my duties yet management should be replaced. I was terminated because I did not respond quickly enough to a text message that was sent by management although I did respond it was an hour and a half after. My reason for not responding in a timely fashion is that I was busy working and I did not even have my phone in my hand. As a responsible worker I don't see it fit to be on my phone while I'm working I've discussed several times with management to call me not text. Management was unprofessional gossiping about other employees to employees sending random silly text messages off the clock overstepping her boundaries as management with employees trying to be more of their friends instead of their boss. I was very sad that instead of giving me a warning they just FIRED ME. In my opinion I feel like if they replace management they may not have such a high turnover with employees. I will miss being with NSG but it's on to bigger and better things now.

But NSG could definitely do their employees better. there's no opportunity to grow in this company it's a cool part time job you can't survive off their pay alone and my supervisor ain't bad just wish they were more appreciated of good employees

Diamond H rated it 1/5: Absolute worst company to work for they under pay thier employers thier janitorial department does not believe in communication of any sort you can be a good proactive worker with integrity and very great performer. But they will not meet you with the same. As a very soon to be former employer I'm highly disappointed in the lack of communication of compassion and dishonesty from this company. And I only hope the employers (team leader and floaters) that has shown nothing less than GREAT loyalty integrity and efficient work ethic/performance to treat them better that they are doing now.
Treat your employers right and the RIGHT employees will always be willing to go the extra mile plus more.
Robert Newton rated it 1/5: So i was called in for a interview for weekend security. During the interview i was advised i would be called back on friday and or no later than monday. If not for me to call sean mackey back on monday. I did all they asked however they did not keep their end of the bargain. I take it as i did not get the position which is no big deal .however im kind of glad i didnt after seing how non profesional the staff is. .i read the reviews and thought… Well maybe these people posting are just mad about something. But after dealing in the same situation i beleive the reviews. I meen geesh your offering securing a facility and you dont even know how to communicate? Smh best of luck. Where is my response from the owner?. . please give me reason for your horrible communication like you did others. Lol
Austin Mercury rated it 1/5: Worked for the company from July 2022 – October 2022 to many people in charge and not enough employees. To many managers to work with they all say something different site supervisors are rude and accuse you of not doing your job they snitch on you and lie about you. Beware they will never give you the equipment you need to be successful. They want to expand their business but they do not treat their current employees fair or with dignity and respect. Do not work for them unless you like being a part of their click certain People they like get favoritism. Will not let you work the days you want, and will make you feel like you can’t leave the company like you are forced to work here.
