She really did get the baseboards, ceiling fans, appliances and window shades and made everything look fabulous. For a small, 3-bedroom home it was $300. It was a splurge for us but it was definitely worth it! Especially for those hard-to-clean places that we never want to clean ourselves. The estimate said it would take 7 hours but she was in and out in about less than 3 hours – I couldn't believe one person was able to do everything so quickly and was nervous we'd come back to a half-done job, but it was great! My only reason for 4 stars is that she left our door unlocked when she left. I believe she thought she locked it but didn't quite get it closed. Otherwise loved it and would use again!

TK rated it 1/5: If I could give this company no stars I would. I contacted Walo Maids to get a new home cleaned before move in (it was cleaned upon the sellers move out however it needed a little bit extra – specifically the bathrooms and cabinets). I called and spoke to Justin, he gave me a reasonable price and was able to send cleaners out within a few days. As soon as I started moving in I noticed the cabinets had not been wiped down (there was still dust sitting), so I contacted Justin again and he sent someone out 2 days later to rectify the issue. I continue moving stuff in and continue to find places that were not cleaned. I contacted Justin and send him pictures of the issues and he put me on the schedule again. This time, the cleaners did not show up. So I contacted Justin that evening and he told me he scheduled me on the wrong day. I then requested a refund due to the multiple mistakes on their part and the hassle. Justin offered a 10% refund or said I would have to wait until the following week for the cleaners to come so I said if I clean it and show you these stains can be removed will you issue a full refund, he said NO. He agreed to a 20% refund. Over a week later I contacted him and stated I had not received a refund and he said he apologized and said he would contact the bank. This is over a month later and I have yet to receive a refund. This is after me sending him before / after pictures of random places not being cleaned.

I heard / read great reviews about this company and was so excited to use them to take the hassle off cleaning myself while I was moving. I ended up losing my money and still having to clean the house myself. Justin will just tell you what you want to hear to secure your money. The service was less than poor.

I am certainly going to bring them back to do regular upkeep at my apartment. This was actually the first time I hired cleaners for an apartment ever and I was so pleased. Doing a deep clean on your own place can be so stressful and time consuming…instead, hire this crew. I was able to sit back and enjoy some morning World Cup matches while they took care of my place. I am truly thankful for the great job they did!

Tina is the lady that comes over every two weeks, she does and awesome job! I have about 1800 sq. ft. home, no children two small dogs. I hired Walo Maids with the recommendation of my neighbor, and I'm totally happy we did! Tina is the person I text call with and she's always been professional with me. I look forward to every other Wednesday!
kou her rated it 5/5: -Bought a house for the wife. Needed to be cleaned before anything got moved in. After the ladies were done my wife went by and man did she do some raving about how wonderful everything was. She even sent me plenty of pictures. She really loves the way the hard wood floors shine. The stove was a mess on the inside and I could see the shine from the pictures. Thanks again for making her so happy. Will be calling you guys back from time to time just to give her a break.
