We scheduled time off for this to be done and what you guys did was very unprofessional. To top it off the lady on the phone was very disrespectful and had a very sarcastic tone when "apologizing". If you are going to be in customer service please take a few classes. Biggest thing is be respectful of other people's time!

HOWEVER, as they were packing up to leave they left the large 12 inch diameter hose in our entryway and it was spewing nasty dust back inside our house from our vents and probably all of your other customers.

I screamed for them to stop and to get the hose out of our house. They never apologized for this fairly significant error. In fact, the apparently senior technician had the nerve to tell me he did not appreciate me yelling at his associate.

Guess what? I don't appreciate you pumping furnace vent waste back into my house! Please make sure to address this and train them to ensure that this does not happen to your other clients.

P.S. We did appreciate that you used plastic corner guards to protect the paint on drywall corners. However, the guards still rubbed and I will need to touch up the paint on a number of corners in our home. Maybe you could place some fabric on the inside of your corner guards to avoid this going forward!
Thida Son rated it 1/5: Terrible job, didn’t put my vents back the right away on top of that even stripped the thread on not just 1 vent but 3, so now they aren’t even on , they didn’t even bother to put all of them back on, sent a couple kids that really didn’t even seem to know what they were doing, what bothers me the most is my vents will not go back in at all anymore cause the guys drilled it in the wrong way and chose to leave it that way when we weren’t looking, noticed days after they left. Even left my water heater off. Doubt they’ll ever come fix what they damaged.

This company should be ashamed of themselves. I contracted them to clean 2 small bathrooms and a small kitchen. I was quoted $40 per hour, and they said it will not take longer than 4 hours MAX. Which I totally agreed with, as the rooms are not very big at all and I had already cleaned a good portion of them myself.

I was charged over $300 for a job that was promised to not exceed $160. After calling to try and remedy the situation, Doug was very rude an unprofessional. He claimed that there were almost 8 hours of work billed, because there were 2 cleaners present. We never discussed 2 cleaners nor did we discuss being billed for almost 8 hours. I never agreed to those terms and would have never agreed to those terms.

He then had the audacity to tell me that I “asked them to do other things while they were there”, and that’s why it took longer??

I WASN’T EVEN AT THE PROPERTY DURING THE CLEANING! I wasn’t even in the same state!! How could I have asked them to do more things? Why would I ask them to do more things when I cleaned most of the house myself?

Extremely dishonest. Do not use this company. Shameful.

I found Paragon cleaning online and contacted Jesus. He very professionally and patiently answered all my questions about the services offered and accommodated my request for cleaning on a Saturday. I was happy to know that the company is insured, bonded and have worker's compensation. The cleaner Alejandra did a terrific job cleaning the apartment spick and span and was very fast and efficient. Long story short- the property manager inspected our apartment and commented that it looked really clean for a 5 year tenancy and we would get our entire security deposit back! So thankful to Jesus and the team for doing a great job and enabling us to have a stress-free move-out. Jesus is communicative and down-to-earth and I felt reassured that we were in good hands. Also it's reasonably priced and I would absolutely recommend Paragon to anyone who wants a trusted professional cleaning service. I would not hesitate to hire them for future cleaning of my home.

She has been paying 9$ a day out of pocket for parking at the meters since she started her job with your company. No one has reimbursed her or anything. It's very unprofessional of your company to make an employee, that earns 15$ an hour, to pay for parking downtown.

I hired the company because I was impressed by how professional and knowledgable Raul was, the owner of the company, when he visited our office to provide a quote.

Once they started to clean our office, the service was good. They took care of things our previous cleaning company was missing. But the best part of the experience was the customer service. They always have been really fast to answer any of my inquiries. I have never waited more than 45 minutes to hear back from them. I want to thank them for that as it is something that was very frustrating with our previous vendor.

They also offer services on top of janitorial that our previous vendor didn't, like strip and wax. They did a great job of bringing the shine to our floors back.
Customer service is also great, I've reached out a few times with questions and they always answer the phone or reply to any email within minutes.
I highly recommend this company. We've switched cleaners a few times over the years but will definitely not be switching again anytime soon, by far the best we've ever had!!

I was not home when they were cleaning and Maria made sure to communicate with me on the problem areas I wanted them to focus on. I am super happy with their work and especially for taking the time to communicate to with me.

Worth hiring Superior Cleaners! They had great communication prior and the day of our service. We needed a quick appointment in the same week of contacting them and they were able to make it happen. Would definitely recommend!
Jane Griffin rated it 1/5: Used this cleaning company because you can book online and they don’t require a in home estimate before cleaning, I work a lot and don’t have time for it. I booked them on the only day I had available (found it strange that they don’t give you an estimate when you book) and received and email and text saying someone would show up between 8 and 12 to clean. I cleared my morning and waited for someone to show up, no one ever did, I got no text or phone call saying they would be late even though I knew that they had my number as they sent me 2 confirmation texts. After 1 I did get a text, but it was just asking if I wanted a weekly or one time cleaning and when I expressed my annoyance that they did not show up when they were supposed to there was no apology or response.

Think I will keep the job!!!

The people working in the Des Moines branch are very understanding when it comes to personal matters and are always concerned about my well being.
And to top it off they offer the Employee Stock Ownership Plan for my retirement. I would highly suggest everyone checking out employment with FBG!

Coming from retail/restaurants it is amazing to work in an industry where the hours can be flexible around my own schedule, it really has improved my work/life balance. I also enjoy the fact that I have the ability to work in larger teams or by myself. It really helped me find the work environment that I thrive in.

FBG is a very friendly and professional atmosphere that really focuses on quality, and is full of opportunity. Fbg actually listens to you and are willing to help you. I have never heard of Esop(Employee stock ownership) until joining Fbg. So many oppertunities for employees. I would highly recommend joining Fbg Family team!
