This last time on 9/27 my sister and I both feel they didn't clean the bathroom very good, doesn't look like they have cleaned the ceiling fan blades in a long time which is something they should do everytime from your emails. They(owner) contacted me regards to the incident last week, showed me a sincere apology, and exchanged the feedback. I was very glad that they took it very seriously did the best what they can do for the future.

I was going to call another provider but changed my mind to get the service from Westpaq. Two people came to my place (this time an hour early!) for the service- I can tell that they did an amazing job. I am sure I will use the service again and really appreciated the actions made by the owner.

Made apartment deep cleaning appointment via Amazon Home Service. Long story short, they didn't show up. I called the office three times- no response.

The appointment was 11 AM – 2 PM. They contacted me around 2:18 PM. They said they are on the way and asked me the location (I sent them to google map link of my location). I waited about 3 hours- They called me again around 5:18 PM saying they cannot find my place (I use Amazon, Uber Eats, Yelp Delivery, etc with the same address with no problem.)

This is total BS. Horrible experience ever I had with any service providers. Now, I don't even trust they were on the way. I just contacted Amazon Customer Service to share my experience and got a refund. They mentioned that they sent the coaching to Westpaq Cleaning Solutions. I hope other customers won't have the same issue I had today.

I was struggling to find a cleaner for my move out date before the holidays and also a cleaner that offered carpet cleaning. I almost gave up but then I found Mary. She responded so quick and even was willing to clean on a Sunday when she normally was off. Not only that, she cleaned our carpets and was extremely thorough!
Lastly, she was so nice and professional. My apartment was left spotless and I don’t know what I would have done without Mary.
So many other maid services over charge and aren’t willing to go that extra mile for you, but Mary was willing and reasonable! Support a small business and work with her! 1000/10 recommend!

She left her work half way and I took her to get her car out At the end she force me to pay $270 and get her car out and she charged me $150 and she didn’t even finished her work. I will not recommend this lady to no one . Is about customer service, she started screaming at me when she figured out her car been toed, I even took her there nicely and took her car out and she still screaming at me for the money that she didn’t finished. I gave her all and I guess karma will come to her soon. I don’t need this type of service

They finished my 4,500 sqf home by 2pm. At the end their head cleaner walked through the home and made sure I’m content and satisfied with every details.
I just wished they had another branch in The Woodlands (where we live) so I could have them over frequently.

We are renters and I'm not sure they had ever been cleaned so it was a big job. Washing at all three levels was accomplished quickly and with minimum fuss and disruption. Murray and his associate are very professional and courteous – very easy to deal with. We will use their excellent service again.
Murray's team just did a final clean of our windows – inside and out – so we can vacate the property. Professional, on time, courteous and very nice people. I just wish we could take them to Australia with us.

Diced Poke rated it 1/5: Upon reading this companies reviews we are under the impression that they were a top notch company that uses special chemicals and equipment to clean store font windows professionally. The service was delayed and for the price they charged the quality of the work was underwhelming at best. From what we could tell, the guy showed up with soapy water and a squeegee sponge, not what our expectations were for the price.

They are also trust-worthy and we don’t have to worry about anything. It’s wonderful to know when I leave each night I know the next morning everything will be clean and secure.

The staff and owners gave us their cell phone numbers and were always available for anything. They were generous and honest and kind. We truly enjoyed working with them and are so thankful.
