Carter was a pleasure and did a fantastic job of replacing rotted wood pieces on the front of my house. He even routed the boards on his own when he couldn’t find the material. My house was built in 1960 and these type of boards are not easily found, if at all! I’m definitely never straying from First Coast Home Pros!!

The maids did a fabulous job and after a long day or work and hustling my kids around, I walked into a clean house. They went above and beyond doing a load of laundry, making all of the beds and changing sheets, the baseboards were actually white again! This is by far the best service I’ve had and I will definitely be keeping them around! The owner was very helpful with making sure I got what I needed and adding the oven and fridge was only a small up charge more. The best part is I was able to relax on the couch without having to tidy anything! I couldn’t even smell the sweaty uniforms anymore (it smelled so fresh). I 100% recommend this company and will be booking reoccurring services. 😀

We fired them and asked for the total balance due at the end of our services, then paid it in full. A month later they sent us a new bill stating we "short paid" the final invoice. We have been harassed (10 calls in one day) by their accounting department and collections company for $300. We are hiring an attorney to dispute. We are not paying for services we did not receive.

He just makes the whole process so easy and pleasant – from scheduling to arrival, cleaning and payment. My couch and area rugs look and feel brand new by the time he is done, and as a pet owner (and allergy sufferer), that is a big deal! If you are on the fence about whether your upholstery/carpet/rugs need to be cleaned, just take the plunge and do it – you will be so glad you did! So happy I found them. Thanks guys!
devonzimmi rated it 2/5: Cleaning was absolutely nice. However, a door was removed from my closet. When I called asking about it they told me they would check with the cleaners. I then get a call from the employee telling me a story that changed halfway through the call.
First One: They had to remove the wobbly door because they couldn’t clean behind it and that there was no bolt.

While on the phone, I was trying to see what I could do with the door when I found the bolt on the second shelf.

I asked him about it and then the story completely changed.

Second One: The door was already broken and leaning against the wall. The bolt was found on the second shelf.

I was called by their front desk and they tried telling me that their employee didn’t lie. She mentioned something about how they don’t clean walls. My call was not about the walls what so ever. She kept interrupting me when I was explaining to her that I didn’t want anything done and that I was able to reattach the “broken” door, I was just upset with the blatant lies and story changes I was given.

Here’s a picture of the “broken” door that was just leaning against the wall. It closes and opens perfectly btw. Pictures were taken after this horrible customer service call. You can see in this picture that the door is neither broken or leaning against the wall.

They removed it and didn’t put it back.

I will say this again, cleaning was great but when you lie about something you did you lose all respect. Don’t lie about a door being broken. Don’t change your story if you’re going to lie.
