She said she’d address the problem and give me a discount. Two weeks later, actually three due to my schedule I had a different crew and they were apologetic and much better and I was happy. Third time I believe was the 1st team back and it was again a haphazardly, lazy job. I had to ask for the laundry/ mud room to be mopped and I’m not sure they swept or vacuumed first. They didn’t dust the bench seating (again) and the wood floors in the rest of the house was barely vacuumed with a small stick vac prior to mopping. I have three dogs one of which is a lab, dust mopping and vacuuming are most important. The claw foot tub doesn’t look touch and behind it looked unmopped yet again. Emptying trash cans isn’t a normal task I was told, but can be done if I request. But most are missed. My glass doors have dog nose prints (inside & out) they aren’t allowed to do outside??!!? So when they finish and I pay $159 for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and open living room, dining room and kitchen and mud room. I have to go after them and empty trash, dust mop, and windex outside of my doors. Really

June Dean rated it 4/5: First Baptist Church has Office Pride clean the facilities. Our regular team that cleans the church building each week are superb! They are dependable, very conscientious about their work, and pleasant to have as our team. When issues have been addressed with them, it only needed to be mentioned once and there's never been another concern.
However, when we have outside events use the facilities the clean-up afterwards has been less than Office Pride quality. When this happens we make a call and the management is good about making sure it gets corrected. Allen is definitely detail-oriented and does a fantastic job!
