We asked them to focus on particular areas like kitchen etc. I was particularly impressed by one of them where she really scrubbed and cleaned the soiled oven grills from the previous owners. One thing to note is that they start their clock when they step in the house. They take 5-10 minutes to evaluate and gather their stuff. So actual cleaning time is 2 hours 15 min

I am not sure if they have new management or just questionable practices, but I would strongly advise you to BEWARE and do not give them your credit card on file. We asked for a regular cleaning and told them that we did not want a deep clean as the cost and services were more than we need. (For background – we simply have a birthday party for our child and wanted to tidy up (dust) our already generally neat home.). We told them “ No” on the phone to a deep clean, so they offered to do a regular clean at a lower rate. Instead, after the job was done, they charged nearly double the cost and said the first clean (if you miss having them clean your home for a month goes back to the deep clean rate). Without telling us in advance or giving any warning that we would be charged $495 dollars (and without ever doing a true deep clean at our home), we were billed double what we expected. If they would have just been upfront, we could have used other options to do this cleaning job for half that price and would have never gone with them at that rate. So please be careful as I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. More so than being out of this money, I am sad to have to walk away from a company that I enjoyed doing business with for a few years.

They honestly don't know how to treat there good employees I had a employee recognize after 2 days of being at Kohls very first time working for the company and NOTHING not a Good Job Nothing.. home! I just give them a call and then easily and quickly schedule
some of the nicest people to clean. I am pretty fussy about
the bathrooms and the floors….they do a better job than I can
do! I love that they bring their own equipment but allow me to
provide my favorite floor cleaners, etc. They are also much more
thorough and work quicker than I ever have! The office staff is
caring and detailed oriented. Price is more than fair! I am happy

bhawna oberoi rated it 4/5: They did an OK job but definitely the quality has gone down over the last five or six years since the last time I used them. They were several hours late and I think the girls were a little tired.
Alexis Rodriguez rated it 1/5: I was initially looking forward to working with Pop-Ins Maid Service because the prices seemed reasonable and the average rating was good.
However, I’m very disappointed with my experience. I made an appointment for a Saturday a week in advance, and I was told at 6pm the Friday before that they weren’t coming. They rescheduled for the next Saturday with an estimated arrival of 11-2pm. On Saturday at 1pm I reached out because we hadn’t heard anything, and at 2pm I was notified that they couldn’t get a hold of the cleaning crew so they probably weren’t coming.
Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

1. Charged higher than quoted: They gave me a quote over the phone after asking all the info. After they did the work, I got charged $50+ more. When I called the office today they said the girl who gave me the quote 7 days ago does not work here anymore, and she must give me a wrong quote. I have to pay the price they have the receipt.
2. LATE and not responsive: They were scheduled to arrive between 1pm to 4pm on a Friday. I started to call them around 3pm since no update the entire day, but no one picked up the phone. I called many times before 4pm as their office closed at 4pm, left voice mail, and no response. They finally arrived around 4:10pm.
3. Poor cleaning quality and bad communication: We arrived at the house around 2 hours after they started cleaning and still saw a lot of dust at where they said they already cleaned. We communicated with the ladies but they didn't do the work we suggested (as simple as wiping the door knob). I asked them to clean the upper closet shelf and they said they cannot do it because they did not have a ladder. The microwave (from previous owner) outside is obviously not cleaned. Closet fully of dust. Oven has dust at obvious spots.

Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
Devin Lenahan rated it 1/5: They never called or wrote a text to notify me for cleaning on the day of my appointment. They canceled me and didn't tell me! So i waited three hours then called to verify they were coming just for them to tell them there not coming. Don't recommend using a company that treats first time customers with this lack of customer service skills and respect.
