All my questions were answered (I asked A LOT) and communication was prompt with the contract for monthly cleaning. I just had my first clean and I’m overall really happy with the service – there was one spot on the kitchen floor that was missed but they were meticulous with wiping down the cabinets that have never been done and straightening things all around the house. They used cloth booties on their shoes and were careful with the items I told them were delicate.

The lead person that day and every clean since was and remains Isabella. She is pleasant, communicates well with her co-workers, and is a hard-worker. Isabella gets five stars in my book. Rowan has become the person who works regularly here with Isabella. Rowan is eager for feedback, conscientious, and very sweet, and it’s great to see that the girls work well together. Why not a five star review for MaidPro? I think when you start with a new service like this there can be hiccups at the start, a getting to know each other period for is and for them. The are cheerful, consistent, and pay attention to small details like fingerprints on the walls. They were flexible around our vacation time, and fine working around our minor construction project. You always get the same people with the same smiles and cheer. Their cleaners work like a charm, and I love that they're kid safe.

The meeting went well. They were systematic and orderly in their cleaning process. I love that they make their own cleaners with essential oils. They left no trace after thay were done with an area.

Matt is probably the most caring and responsive service provider I know. Very skilled and knowledgable on about every janitorial task we come across. He currently manages a major account for me, handling all of the day to day cleaning, plus additional services like carpet cleaning, hard floor care, window washing, etc. He is absolutely one of the best in his field. I would reccomend Matt to anyone looking for quality service.

As President of Dickson Realty, I (Nancy Fennell), can assure you this did not come from Dickson Realty and the negative comment should be ignored or taken down as it is not true. The owner of Commercial Janitorial of Reno, Matt Foster, is a conscientious small business owner just as we are at Dickson Realty. Upon receiving this review, he immediately called me to see how he could help or rectify any issues. At that time he let me know he never received a telephone call from Dickson Realty as the impostor email suggest. Anyone that cares that much about their reputation needs to be tried! And to the impostor that used our name, don't you know that is bad karma?
