I've gotten it much cleaner on my hands and knees with Pinesol. The attached photos were taken 30 minutes AFTER the grout was "cleaned." Also, the living room carpet under the furniture (where the furniture legs contact the carpet) did not come clean. We've cleaned our carpet every other year and never had an issue with it coming entirely cleaned in the past. This is the first time we've used Stanley Steemer . . . and evidently, the last time, as well. Why pay for a service that can't get the job done?
Jesse rated it 1/5: I used Stanley Steemer to have carpets cleaned a couple weeks ago to satisfy a rental agreement. During scheduling I gave them my credit card information upfront & was clear that I would not be available during the day that the cleaning was to take place. The key would be available in a certain location at the property.
Therefore I wanted to pay upfront or give them permission to charge the account when the work was finished. Which was supposedly all set up during scheduling.

On the day the work was carried out, both my wife & I received separate phone calls/texts from the employee's requesting that we come to the address for signing & payment, that they couldn't leave until we did so. One of the employees was very rude in their messaging and even requested a tip for "inconveniencing them". I work in services as well and I have never requested a tip in my entire working career. If I receive one, that is nice, but I never would ask someone for one. My wife did show up to make payment and even tipped the workers, one of whom decided to sit in the work vehicle & was frustrated with my wife for making them wait at the residence. The next day I contacted Stanley Steemer and was told that the manager of the crew who cleaned our carpet would reach out to me within 4 to 48 hours. That call never came. I never heard back from anyone at Stanley Steemer.

I don't know who dropped the ball on this one, but my experience was completely unprofessional and I will not be using Stanley Steemer for any future purpose.

He worked with us to prioritize and get a ton of work done in a short amount of time. When the movers arrived I was able to simply unpack without worrying about the cleanliness. Malik was motivated and efficient. He was polite and got right to work! I would recommend him to anyone!

A small improvement to professionalism and this would have been a 5 star review. Overall I’m happy with our experience and would use him again.

The other day when they were cleaning one of the ladies ran over the charging cord for the babies room monitor with the vacuum. Accidents happen I get, but was kinda bummed out.
The owner took it upon himself to order a brand new baby monitor from amazon and shipped it right to our house the next day. I didn’t even ask. That just shows how much they truly care for their customers.

They arrived late but stated the house was cleaned after 2hrs. I returned to the Unit a month later, and it looked like it was not touched. The walls were still dirty, as well as baseboards, doors, and windows. So I'm unsure why they are so expensive and no work was done. I would recommend someone to be present if you are to use them. When I called to speak with a manager they started the cleaning pictures had been deleted, and the crew couldn't recall the house. Smh. They never offered a refund or recleaning but wanted to keep their money and find a way not to be at fault. I wouldn't ever use this company. I have the phone conversations recorded as well, and I will try to post them for anyone else.

I found a company called, "A Deeper Clean" I only had to wait a couple days for an appointment – I cannot say this enough times nor loud enough – This man, Chris is a "miracle worker". I have gone out to the kitchen just to look at it three times – I honestly cannot believe what a great job he has done. If you or someone you know needs any kind of cleaning please call this man and tell him I sent you. The company name is "A Deeper Clean". He does residential and commercial and get this you DO NOT have to sign a contract. Also I'm on social security and I consider myself broke (and poor). And yet I could afford him. Give him a try – you won't be sorry.

The morning of, I text to confirm an hour before the appt and she said that she had a family emergency and needs to reschedule. I messaged her over a week later, no response. A few days later I message again asking when she is free, she said she will get back to me. Days later, I have to message again, she again says she will get back to me. It’s now been over a week and nothing. I have never had such a hard time, even if she scheduled 3 weeks out that is fine I would have just liked a response, perhaps she is too busy and doesn’t need my business

After the service was completed, my once empty house that was filled with dust and dirt was SPOTLESS. Liza and her team did not miss a beat when it came to cleaning every square inch of my new home.
