I think their prices are very fair, the cleaning technician showed up when the said that she would and was very kind. They did an amazing job on the apartment especially in my main concern areas which were the floors and the large glass shower. I am really looking forward to these monthly cleans.

Once I followed through with Ashley, Marti was still trying to coordinate so there seemed to be a little lack of communication on their end but I didn’t mind as Ashley was very responsive. They provided a window time frame and came right at the start of that window. They texted me when they were 20 min away which I appreciated for the heads up. They did a deep clean of our home. Any spots they missed during the walk through they took care of. I wouldn’t have expected so many missed spots getting a “deep clean” done but wasn’t a problem overall as they cleaned up any spots that needed extra love. The glass shower doors were the most impressive and the bath tub really shined. I loved the products they used as they were eco friendly so didn’t have any harsh chemical smells afterwards. Overall I’ll use them again!

They are not truthful this is not a good place to work, they just want body's because the turnover rate is ridiculous they don't care about Quality only quantity. It's funny companies like this get the bids and get away with being mediocre, while honest Quality companies don't get the bids. If you are a honest hard working person and have any bit of Integrity and looking for a company that values its vision and mission statement this is not the company.

I worked in one of there plastic surgeon accounts that night! What I saw take place that night still gives me the shivers. Cross contamination up the yang yang. Granted the client is one of the top plastic surgeons in Scottsdale if not Arizona. If you are looking for a cleaning company, you better do some good research!!! If I could give them no stars I would. Btw it took me three months to get paid for that night. The owner "lady" is yucky too!

I can't believe how disgusting the group of women that showed up were, didn't even let me finish what I needed to do, also threw away 50$ bra and swim trunks thay belonged to a friend of mines kid, don't bother with these people. I wouldn't even hire them to clean the blood out of my grout in my house WHERE MY HUSBAND JUST COMMITED SUICIDE, but couldn't even give me time to discuss the situation, just was hostile and disgusting. That women or little girl I should say in the blue cross over that's just another Karen in this world should be fired, I'll keep making complaints until someone chooses to own up to this very disrespectful and disgusting mistake. Or until she is fired.

Ams Pm rated it 1/5: Just had my home "deep cleaned" it was a joke. They don't pull anything out, they missed the outlets, the mirrors were a mess, they don't even have trash bags. Three cleaners were in one small room for 45 minutes missed the counter ( the only one ) missed the two light switches and missed dusting the dressers. Also they didn't move a thing they just used a dirty swifter and moved around all the items. It was totally not a deep clean, totally not a good job, totally would never use them again. Also, they broke a bottle while cleaning my frig but never offered to replace it. Lastly, I paid extra for frig and stove to be cleaned they didn't even pull them out! Furthermore, as I said they broke a bottle and I just found glass under the frig that they didn't clean up! Dangerous! And they didn't even clean the interior of the microwave!!!! They don't even fold the towels or throw blankets!! Got them thru #AMAZON going to complain! Terrible job!

J B rated it 2/5: I used the deep cleaning service for my new place, & the move-out cleaning service for my old place. The cleaner did not do the best job with the deep clean. She left bug carcass on the living room window sill, dust on the outside of the fridge, and a cobweb remained in the kitchen. Master bathroom still had grime on it. I spoke with Nati and since I wasn’t completely satisfied, she charged me the lowest fee for deep cleaning, which was $150.
Fast forward to the move-out cleaning. I was told it can take between 3-5 hours (originally I was told 4-6). There were two cleaners; the first one showed up at 12:30pm, the second one less than an hour later. I leave them to it & go run errands. I get a text from Nati saying that there’s more cleaning needed than originally expected, & they’d have to charge a “heavy-duty fee” of $50-$100 (never been told about this possible extra cleaning fee before) on top of the $280, depending on how much more time it takes. I got a text at 5:42pm saying that the ladies were finished (a few minutes outside of the 3-5 hour window).

A couple of days later, I called Nati asking when they’d run payment and how much everything was. She said she still had to do invoicing & would call me before she ran payment. A week from the move-out cleaning, I was charged a total of $530 for both cleanings. No heads-up. I’m trying to understand why I got charged a full $100 extra dollars for a move-out cleaning when they completed it a little after the 5 hour timeframe? Also, you don’t just run payment a week later without giving a total. It’s tacky and unprofessional.
