They had a team out to my apartment within 2 hours of my quote and did an absolutely phenomenal job with the number of cleaning hours I wanted them to stay in for my budget. I was expecting to need to do finishing touches because the team said they needed more time to clean than I could afford but no, they made it work while also not lacking in the quality of the job! So happy with their services and would recommend to anyone needing their place cleaned after moving!

The amount they got accomplished was beyond my expectations! They took the time to not only take care of my main priorities, but tidy as well. When they tidied my kids' beds, they even made sure to collect all of my nine year old's paper book marks, cards, and trinkets which meant the world to her (us!). I scheduled a monthly clean for the fantastic communication, extra care, and the shocking speed of these talented cleaners.

They were very detailed in their approach to cleaning and added final touches that may seem small, but made a huge difference in the overall feeling of comfort in our home.

Zachary rated it 1/5: Do not use this company. We scheduled a move out clean with them for 4-5 hours with two cleaners. We had already moved overseas at this time so we had a neighbor go and check on the cleaning for us and they barely even cleaned one floor of our house. When I called the company the man that answered said that they needed an additional 4-5 hours than what was quoted to finish. When I told him that what he said was done was not done and I have pictures for proof he told me that I am wrong. They then went ahead and still charged me for 9 hours worth or work since there were two workers. The state they left my house in looked like they came and worked for 30 minutes. The unprofessional manner of the employer I talked with was unbelievable. I would recommend any other cleaning company in Spokane. Pictures below are of my fridge drawers and cabinets that they said they cleaned and are obviously not.

As an employee of Argus you are employed by a non profit organization that helps hundreds of not thousands of people in need through all of the programs that Northwest center our parent company provides. They have programs that help children with learning disabilities as well as helping adults with disabilities find employment opportunities with job coaches to help them get back into if not just enter the job force. I have been an employee for a number of years now and would not want to work for another company. I get to go to work everyday feeling a great sense of pride knowing that every hour I work is helping someone else improve their life in some small or major way. And if that isn’t enough to float your boat they also offer a competitive wages, 401k options with investment matching, paid holidays, paid time off, a great medical/dental/vision benefits, internal promotion opportunities, along with so many more benefits. Some of the reviews on here were accurate in the past, but since a new management team was hired a lot if not all of the communication issues have been resolved.

HR and Payroll are super nice, but thats all this company has going for them. Management is inept, to be polite. Communication does not exist. Not to mention they regularly eat up personal time (1 hour before/after clocking in/out) with phone calls about work. Sorry, but if I'm taking calls for work, im gonna be on the clock to do it.
The worst part of this company is the lack of communication. You can tell management, for example that your child is sick, his school called, and I need to go pick him up. Then, 2 weeks later you will be written up for leaving work early. Even though I told them, and have proof from my child's school that he was sick. Hell, I even got wrote up for using a personal holiday to go camping. A personal holiday that management had to approve, but I still go written up for not working that day

Bob Demianew rated it 5/5: Angel and Katie M. did an excellent job. Every countertop, sink, toilet, shower and tub were immaculately clean and sparkling. They dusted everything including the special request to dust the doors .The house even smells clean and fresh after they have left.

They offer so many services, care deeply about every customer, go the extra mile to be sure things are perfect (and immediately address them if they're not) and the list goes on. We love Frontline!!!

Two wonderful ladies spent two grueling hours scrubbing on hands and knees with Mr Clean Magic Erasers and elbow grease and my floors look amazing! They spent an extra 20 minutes, but my bill was discounted to accommodate the agreed upon budget. I recommend Frontline and I will come back to them whenever I need help with cleaning!

Danger Dan Curb Driving Man rated it 1/5: If you like working for free this is the place for you. Haven’t been paid twice now and they act like it’s an inconsequential mistake. This organization is wholly predatory. Constantly under bids and over promises on contracts while abusing their employees and offering sub par results. Their benefits are non existent. You’re essentially paying to say you have insurance. Don’t waste your time, either as a customer or employee.
