Shiann Thivierge rated it 1/5: do not work for this company or use them to service your home! they steal money from their employees and customers! they train their employees to "clean around" stuff even if you paid over $300 for a deep clean. william is the office manager and has poor management skills. he sits in the office all day gossiping with employees about other employees showing their paystubs to other people, talking about how one of the maids messed up laughing about it and leaving their personal information exposed such as social security numbers etc! they lie and tell you whatever you want to hear to keep you as an employee/customer and then do the opposite. he is very two faced and disrespectful! the cleaning products they use are very old and do not work well. in fact, it leaves more residue than before. this company is very money hungry and selfish! do not believe anything they tell you and go spend your hard earned money elsewhere! they do not care about their customers at all! I call them two thieves and a mop!

My first location was in San Antonio, Texas. It started off amazing and I loved it. I loved it there as well as the friendship that blossomed there, but tension soon began to grow between the owner's wife and me, and it just didnt feel the same. I was happy to put in my two weeks with them due to moving from Texas to Florida and started working at the Lutz office while I lived in a hotel for 21 days. All I can say about that is don't join Lutz. The manager that was there while I was there loved and created drama. Honestly, that was the first job I have ever quit. I did so after finishing my cleanings for the day AFTER the manager, Meg, was messaging me through Facebook about cleaning too fast despite the customer's satisfaction and gratitude. I was harassed by my manager while cleaning a client's home.

After that, I dashed until I felt like giving another Two Maids location a shot. All I have to say is, I should have applied sooner. I love my job and the people in the office. It really is like a family there. We celebrate all known birthdays as well as holidays. There are always snacks and drinks available for everyone. Oh, and don't forget the coffee. Some days are longer than others, but, to me, it is worth it. I love my job and the relationships I've built through it.

I don’t really mind how expensive the service is as long as they do a great job. But was disappointed when I came to check they still miss few spots like they were in a rush. See pics for yourself. They also advertise that they would get in contact with the property manager to determine the cleaning requirements necessary to receive our full security deposit, but clearly I don’t think they did. Apartment was still cleaned and smelled good but for the price they ask for I would not recommend them and look somewhere else.

** Before I posted here on google I made sure to directly tell them my concerns first. They said they would call but they did not. I’m not sure they care that much with their client satisfaction as long they’re already paid**

In order to make it easy for them, I elected to have the home professionally cleaned beforehand so that they could only focus on the items listed in the deep cleaning service. However, I immediately knew that it was a bad sign when they completed a 3200 sq foot house in just 2.5 hours. I would have expected closer to 7-8 hours. I arrived after their departure and my suspicions were confirmed. This is the biggest ripoff ever and they charged my card for more than the agreed upon price.

The cleaners they use also know this so they will really make an effort to do thier best. We have had 2 different crews and they are great.

T Wright rated it 3/5: The cleaning lady came in, began to sweep up in the kitchen area, and accidentally hit one of the buttons on my oven. A glass cake pan was on my oven an cracked as a result. When I made the company aware of the accident, they gave me a hard time before finally agreeing to pay for it. I didnt even want them to pay for it, I just wanted them to be aware of it. But after all of their denial, I will never waste my time with them again.

Showed up at 6:30pm, rushed the cleaning where I had to go back over counter tops and floors. Left rugs and belongings is disarray. Nothing was put back in the right spot. Used strong bleach smelling cleaners when I was told she wouldn’t because of my 6 months old. Was told too to bottom clean and that wasn’t done. She didn’t even clean or vacuum a room or ask to go into it to clean. I will
Never use this service and would highly not recommend. The owner didn’t make me pay for the cleaning because it was such a bad experience but still wanted to share how it all went down. Not a big fan of the owner as well. She is a bit unprofessional and pushy. Also told me if I would have had the cleaning the day before, it would have been a better experience since it wasn’t as busy on a Thursday. I really don’t think so. I set this cleaning up weeks in advance.

Update: After leaving a bad review, I was called by the lady that set everything up which I assume is the owner harassing me because I left a bad review. She is SUPER unprofessional and I had to block her number after I hung up on her for yelling at me. Moral of the story, Stay far away from this company.
