EJ rated it 3/5: This Laundromat is my new go to. One of the best i could find in southwest area. It’s much cleaner than all others I’ve been to. And they have all options to choose how you like to make a payment, which is one of the reasons why I love about this Laundromat! I do have a few things I dislike – their washers will charge you extra just to change the water temperatures, and the other thing is almost literally no one is wearing a mask, not even social distance. Side note, I highly recommend to get a fascard to pay your laundry. They will charge extra each time for authorization purpose if you pay with your debit card. Dryers are 25¢ per 5 minutes just in case if you are wondering.

RACIST, RUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I’m here at 7(open) to wash and no one is here. Doors locked, no employees, just customers waiting. It’s always something EXCEPT a good experience!

I am updating this a week after the first review. I always have an issue with the German lady, she never wants to help or get off her phone. Bending over backwards for every white customer she sees but if anyone black or brown asks for help, it’s a problem! CRAZY BC THIS NEIGHBORHOOD IS PREDOMINANTLY BLACK AND BROWN!! Do better BC NOT ALL CUSTOMERS WILL DEAL WITH THAT OR HANDLE DISRESPECT THE SAME. I’m that customer.

Will tell you she has no quarters just bc she is lazy. Most of us come here to use quarters and to think that a laundry mat doesn’t have any is blasphemous!!! Not everyone has $5 to keep adding to a laundry card, not every one has dollar bills, not everyone has quarters….IF YOU OFFER A SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC MAKE IT WORK FOR THE PUBLIC. They have massage chairs ($1 for 5 minutes), a child's movie area, adult casino machine, kids clae prize machine, food and drink machines, complimentary coffee, a reading area and change machine if u don't want yo get stuck with a card u will never use again lime me cause 8 live about 45 minutes away and stopped here because I was in the area and a friend told me about it! Also the staff couldn't be more friendly. There is a key to access either the lady or mens restrooms and they are kept very clean! If and when I need to use a laundromat again I will make the trip here because the service, quality of machines and overall cleanliness is hands down worth the trip!

The dryers don't toast your fluffy stuff or anything for that matter and still get things dry at a decent speed. Employees were helpful and super nice.

The first time I went by and it was done. The second time I called and was ready. I gave them 4 plus hours both times I could not get a call or text like I asked. They even offered that service.

I will say that As I was loading the dryers, I decided to check the filters that slide out. I was so glad I did! The three filters I checked had nearly an inch thick of lint, which contained a lot of debris to include a large screw.

I like that, but have never been to a laundry mat where people who work there will come open your washer & push your clothes around. I get what he was saying, but I wasn't even finished putting all of my clothes in. There was one article of clothing in the door. Again, I was still loading & would have taken care of that on my own before I started it. I don't want my clothes ripped or to tear up the machines. Then my clothes which I sorted and put into small loads to dry, had to dry twice as long. Came back to check twice & the 1st time someone had stopped two of my dryers. I will continue to use the other laundry mat. My husband can use this place.

They have no air conditioning when it was hot the Oklahoma City genetically altered gang flies were buzzing around attacking like killer bees attacking for nor reason no food around (I guess) the smell is a big turn-off. All around its OK but that smell and everyone acts oblivious to the smell like they don't smell it or see the flies. Horrible smell for the price.

It's constantly kept clean, they clean and wipe out their machines, all machines always seem to be in proper working condition, the dryers are great. I live on the north side of OKC and have tried other places but none that warranted me a return to their establishments. I will always come here. The prices can't be beat for a good wash and dry. I definitely recommend this laundry mat to anyone who is looking for a great laundry experience. Thank you, Western Hills.

As of July 11th 2022, this place has remained the same. It still has the same owners which are thoughtful and keeps it clean and orderly.
As always keep an eye on your clothes and belongings in public.

Cody S rated it 1/5: Used to live in Choctaw but moved out in the boonies almost an hour away. Still kept coming every week or two when I came in the area because the older lady working here was nice. I also liked that you could just give the employee a $10 bill and get a roll of quarters rather than having to scoop handfuls of change out of the machine.
I didn’t really mind when there was new ownership. I didn’t like that he raised the prices even though he didn’t get any new machines but I am a creature of habit and kept coming. I came in the next time and the older lady was gone and a new employee was standing out by the front door smoking. I was disappointed probably more than I should have been about the rolls of quarters not being available anymore, employee said it was too much work to roll them up.

Today there was yet another new employee. Her friend or acquaintance came in after me to do some laundry. She happily greeted her and they start talking up a storm. Within a couple minutes I’m folding laundry while they loudly talk about how Transgenders are trying to sneak into the woman’s locker room and how they are trying to corrupt our kids. I decided I finally had enough and won’t be going out of my way to spend money here anymore.

They have a very friendly lady that works there and will wash and fold your clothes for you at a price of course. She also keeps the place very clean, I didn't mind waiting in there for my clothes to get done. I will definitely be going back here and I've been telling everybody in the apartments where I live about this place, because our apartments don't have a washer or a dryer right now haven't had one that worked right since before the day before Thanksgiving. The lady that works there is named Tracy, she does bundle service and does really well. I've used it and the prices are very reasonable.

We always come here to do our laundry because Tracy always keeps it clean, she is a very hard worker and that is one reason we keep coming back here.

Lyanna Logan rated it 5/5: Normally I love this laundry-mat. The Gentleman that works there named Walt is amazing and so friendly and also far to his customers. But the short Mexican lady who’s name I don’t know let’s anyone walk into the office and today closed super early at 7:00pm when they don’t close till 10:00pm. She said it’s for her early Mother’s Day. Bad business. The owners will hear about this.
