Axel Gomez rated it 1/5: The dryer on the top doesn't work it takes like 2 or 3 dollars to get dry your clothes, I ask to the old lady and she just say that was to much clothes, so if I touch the glass of the machines working and that one is not working like others, for my is like 10 pounds or less, or the owner has to put a sing saying put a number of clothes or put something to see how much pounds the machines are getting 🤔 or put the lady's to clean the filters. If you go that place get ready at least 10 box or more…$$$

Her name is Jamie & I was thoroughly impressed with her on Friday Dec. 1st, 2022. Despite her being busy, she came over to help me retrieve my stuck coins out of my machine. She was also knowledgable in how to avoid the problem in the future. I witnessed her kindness in opening the restroom for a gentleman even after she had just cleaned them for the night before ending her shift. CJSings rated it 5/5: Superior customer service. Kim and Kylee we're extremely helpful and very friendly. There are big washers for bigger than normal loads and there are giant washers for those really big things like bedspreads. The giant washers include laundry soap and fabric softener.
They have a couple of games in there to occupy your time. They have the newspaper there to read. They have vending machines with drinks or snacks and of course vending machines for wash and dry items.
The laundromat is immaculately clean.
They have hand sanitizer, tissue and paper towels for customers to use.
They also have laundry services such as washing, drying and even ironing.

A heavy wash, 50lb front washer was $6.25 and did a great job in 23 minutes. Also, the dryers are FAST. They took $3.25 for 30 mins in the medium sized dryer and my jeans are completely dry with 6 mins to spare.

THEY EVEN HAVE WASHERS THAT HAVE DETERGENT AND SOFTENER INCLUDED!!!! Huuuggee perk for people traveling.

Major plus is they are very clean, with a attendant on duty to help you and keep the place nice.

Not one folding table at a level that a wheelchair user can use. Clerk was helpful to get payment to start respective washers and dryers. No seating or chairs close to the dryers. There was one entrance I think a wheelchair user could navigate but the doors are heavy, hard to open and if you're toting laundry trying to open doors from a wheelchair is not conducive. An automatic door, or push button handicap button is needed. I definitely would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I purchased $30 and immediately had my loyalty card loaded with $33 with of washing, supplies, and or vending products. Plus, with every swipe, I earned points towards a free wash. There were four SUPER sized machines (9 load capacity- perfect for a 4×6 foot carpet we had), and numerous other types of machines, none smaller than a double load. Highly recommend!!

I highly do not recommend this place. The detergent was so strong that they are still not out of my clothes. The young lady I went to pick my clothes up from clocked out while I was at the desk waiting for my clothes. She said I don’t know I’m off the clock. I stood there for another twenty minutes and a guy finally came in to help. He found my clothes and had to fold them etc. the customer service, the lack of care for how to clean clothes and the cost will ensure I don’t return.

I felt like an idiot because I had not clue how to use the machines. If they can simplify the App and how to pay for the machine, I would be so happy.

I love how you are able to pay with your debit/credit card unlike other places! As someone who doesn’t carry cash, that’s all you need to earn my business. Cash and their app or loyalty card are also payment methods. Another plus is that the washers and dryers have a timer for you. I also hadn’t seen that before. The snacks are a bit on the high end, however everything is more when it’s at a convenience. I will definitely be back for my laundry needs. 10/10 stars!

There is video gambling machines and two large wall mounted television for entertainment. They provide several benches that will accommodate 21 individuals seating, (12) tables to fold and sort laundry, carts to move your laundry from washer to dryer or out to your car. Plus separate men and women bathrooms. Every time I've been at this location it's always been well maintained and clean. Washers range from 77lbs to 20lbs. Anyone can definitely wash large comforters and larger blankets / quilts

I came in with a tide pod not thinking that laundromats use liquid or powder and she gave me some liquid tide to use. I just thought that was outstanding and she just had a smile that made my morning. This place is very clean and up to date on technology. I was able to use my credit card which was nice and convenient. I don't use laundromats often because I have my own washer/dryer at home but my king comforter is to big. I will be coming back to this location since my experience was so pleasant and my gym isn't far away. There are plenty of places to eat, get your car worked on or to shop all within walking distance.

Also they no longer accept change in the dryers so you are forced to use a card. We never bring our debit/credit cards in to this place because someone is scanning them and trying to access our accounts. We have had to replace 3 cards and dispute charges that were not made by us.

Usually when you add extra quarters to the dryer you get a few extra minutes per quarter, nope each 16 minutes (which is no dry time at all) equals $1.25, then the attendant acted like I shouldn’t have asked for my quarters back, then I tried to swipe my card to dry a second 16 minutes and they have the audacity to put a $25 hold on your card for a measly $1.25, took my still wet clothes up the street, wash world has lost their greedy little minds, I’ll go where it’s actually reasonable. Do better wash world.

I keep trying to give them a chance because it’s close to work and I keep hoping that tipping them well will win me some bonus points for decent service. But today sealed the deal. I dropped off laundry 2 days ago including bedding. Paid extra for the comforter and for the throw that had to go to dry cleaning, no problem, I get it. I go to pick up my laundry today excited for clean clothes and fresh bedding, I can’t wait to go home and make my bed! I get home go to my room open up my laundry bag and find a note saying that duvet covers are an extra cost so they couldn’t wash them…. I am so frustrated! I have no issue paying extra, why wouldn’t they call and ask to process the extra cost?! Why wouldn’t they tell me today when I picked up so I could have the option of paying and leaving it then to be washed?! Instead I took home my dirty duvet and now have to make another trip to drop it back off! I will definitely be looking for somewhere new to drop off.

This location has an on site employee, great lighting, safe location and AC keep you cool. Prices are very fair. During the week they have specials to save on Drying. All the machines clean and in working order.

There was this mean lady once who wanted to hog 2 clothes folding tables, and some young dude who didn't want to give up a cart when there's only 6 or 7 and he was drying his loads. A table, empty 3ft. away. Grow up dude!
