Prior to the cleaning I confirmed the checklist and action items included in the checklist for a standard cleaning. I came home excited to see their work but was very disappointed. I immediately reached out to inform them that the cleaners did not even complete the items on the checklist and that I wanted to cancel my service plan. I honored their 30 day notice and explained my grievances. They offered to have someone to come and clean but they would have had to practically redo a few bathrooms amongst other things. If it was just a few spots I would not have minded but this was unacceptable. They have not honored my request and have been unresponsive.

Update: I did get in touch with them and the individual I spoke with took accountability and handled my grievances. He explained what went wrong and that he valued customers feedback. I may be open to giving them a try in the future.

Amy Rojas rated it 1/5: I requested a specific day, and was initially told it was available. When the day came, they still hadn’t confirmed, despite me following their sign up protocols. I was told on the day of, they they “found a team” available.
I requested they only do 4 bedrooms, not the 5 (since the last bedroom is not used, nor is there furniture in it. They still “did it” and I had to request a refund for this room… still not processed.

Upon checking their work they i realized they missed many basic things that any cleaning company should do for a standard clean.

There were cobb webs at eye level that were clearly left from cleaning them from the ceiling in more than 2 common areas. One being above my infant swing, so I had to clean it up.

They didn’t spot clean kitchen cabinets so I had to do those myself too.

My sons diaper pail was left full and not changed out.

No replacement trash bags left in bathroom bins.

It’s worth mentioning that we just moved into this home and had it cleaned regularly. I wanted to try a “better” service since they seemed more professional. Big mistake!

It was obvious they saw how clean my home was and did a rushed job. They ended up charging me $410 for a 2hr cleaning!!!!

Don’t fall for their discount scam. They won’t do good work and you’ll end up doing touch ups on things you paid them to do.

Also their customer service is awful. They didn’t waive any fee despite me giving them ample notice that I would not be using their services anymore.

Not worth your time or money!!

To say the cleaner did not do an adequate job is an understatement. The floor was not vacuumed and the area was not dusted. We sent pictures and asked for a refund however we were told refunds are not possible. After going back and forth and agreeing the job was not completed we received only 25 percent back. Please save yourself the hassle and headache and do not hire maidpro. Terrible service. I have attached pictures of the terrible “cleaning” service. If I could give zero stars I would.

Not only are they charging for a full cleaning, they suggested that they send a crew anyway! They said we could just go the (unfinished) basement. I can't believe they'd risk their employees like that! (And I have no doubts that they'd send a sick employee into someone's healthy house.) Beware!

After they were done I found crumbs in one kitchen drawer, sticky goo in another cabinet, dirt behind and under the radiators (including a curtain rod finial), and trash left on the counters. I called to express my disappointment and the supervisor returned with the crew. This morning I checked back and there was still sticky goo in the cabinet I pointed out. I also ran a wet paper towel in the other cabinets and they were also still dirty. I ran a paper towel under the radiator and came up with dirt. I sent an email to the owner requesting a refund and she refused. She offered to come out a third time but I refused because I do not have time to point out every crumb and bit of dust. All pictures with paper towels are from this morning after the SECOND visit.

When you get a good cleaner it’s an amazing service, Allyson did our home this week and she really went above and beyond. Customer service is good, it’s a convenient service and scheduling is easy. I would prefer to have the same Pro more often rather than always having someone new who doesn’t know our home. We’ve been using them since 2019.

The Power Of Four rated it 1/5: This is the second cleaning company I've used. I do not recommend maidpro to anyone. I've given them 3 chances to clean my home and each time they have failed. Customer service is a joke, all the woman does is make excuses for the cleaning or no cleaning I should say the employees do. I've provided pictures of the not once, not twice, but 3 times my house has been 'cleaned' but have clear evidence it was not. Do not waste your hard earned money on this place, there's plenty of places that will do it right. Pictures attached of the work you can expect.

I'm a tidy person with high expectations for cleanliness but I hate deep cleaning (baseboards and tile especially). The crew cleaned my house while I was away on vacation and it was a treat to return to a spotless and deep-cleaned home. Bart was so helpful and easy to work with. Don't hesitate to use this company. They also are very inconspicuous. They come after hours and you would never know they came other than the cleanliness. Additionally, they recently waxed our floors and they look spectacular.

They spent just about the whole day at my house. I must say I am impressed with how clean my house is. It looks brighter. My kitchen cabinets are nice and white again and refrigerate looks brand new. They got all the stains out of the carpets and old stains from the hard wood floors. I will definitely be using their services again. I definitely recommend you use them.
